1 A to Z FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT 4 th 6 th September 2015 Duke s Course Woburn Golf Club ACCOMMODATION For accommodation in Woburn, Bedfordshire area: BANKING There are no banking facilities on site. The nearest banking facilities are in Woburn Sands. CAMERAS Cameras are NOT permitted on Tournament Days Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including camera phones. CLOTHING AND WHAT TO WEAR It would be recommended to wear casual golf wear. The ground is uneven and particularly under wet conditions the ground may become slippery therefore appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND PROHIBITED ITEMS All tickets are issued subject to the ground regulations and terms and conditions of the Tournament and the European Tour.

2 Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Tickets are nonrefundable including in the event of curtailment or cancellation through adverse weather. The ticket holder acknowledges the risk of being struck by a golf ball and agrees that they are assuming all risk and danger arising from their attendance at the event. To the extent permissible by law the promoter, venue, European Tour, players, sponsors and their respective employees, servants, agents, independent contractors or representatives will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person entering the venue including liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by the negligence of the promoter or venue, their employees, contractors or agents. Making or distributing broadcasts, commentary, news reports, data, results or statistics by any means in any format or media including any such by mobile phone or other wireless device is not permitted. Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded at the Tournament (including by CCTV), and consent to use of any such film, image or recording at the discretion of the promoter and/or European Tour and their licensees and partners without compensation or notice. No dogs (other than guide dogs) or other animals are permitted on the course. All promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including, but not limited to clothing, banners, signs, symbols and leaflets are prohibited. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, signs, safety announcements, directions of stewards and ground regulations whilst attending the Tournament. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or event management to revoke this ticket and to eject the holder without compensation. Tickets are non transferable. Any transfer of this ticket will render it void. The ticket remains the property of the Tournament at all times. NO Cameras Friday Sunday COURSE Spectators can move freely around the golf course but please stay outside the ropes. Controlled crossing points, which are clearly marked, should be used when crossing fairways. COURSE SHUTTLE There will not be a public shuttle service around the course.

3 DIRECTIONS From M1 Junction 13 From roundabout, A507 into Aspley Guise, ignoring signs for Woburn Abbey and Safari. At Woburn Sands turn left at the Fir Tree Pub heading towards Woburn. After 1/2 mile, turn right and follow lane for another 1/2 mile, turn left at the T-junction and proceed about 400 yards to the club on the right. Follow signage to either Public Car Park (Free parking) or Car Park 2 (Pre-paid parking) From M1 Junction 14 via A5 Follow signs for Milton Keynes and A5. Go South on the A5. At the large roundabout take the 'A5 London' exit. At the first slip-road take the turning signposted Woburn. After 500 yards as the road bends round to the right take the turning marked Woburn Golf Club. Continue along, Woburn Golf Club entrance is on the left. Follow signage to either Public Car Park (Free parking) or Car Park 2 (Pre-paid parking) Travelling from the South via A5 Take the Little Brickhill slip-road off the A5. At the first roundabout turn right (crossing over the A5). After 800 yards as the road bends round, take the left turning which is marked Woburn Golf Club. Continue along, Woburn Golf Club entrance is on the left. DISABLED FACILITIES Car Parking There will be an easily accessible disabled car park. Viewing on the course a viewing area will be created on the 18th green. Easy Access to all Tented Village facilities. There will be a disabled toilet in the Clubhouse, Tented Village and at the 6 th /9 th green on-course catering area.

4 Event Mobility Charitable Trust will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors to the Travis Perkins Masters at Woburn. To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair you can book on line at print out an advance booking form from the website or contact the office on to request a form to be posted to you. The charity asks 25 for an electric scooter and 10 for a manual wheelchair. Please be aware that advance bookings cannot be made by phone. Event Mobility is also present at a number of other events. 5 FIRST AID Medic 1 are the official First aid support on-site and located next to the Clubhouse and Championship Office in the Tented Village or please ask a Marshal or Championship Official. GRANDSTAND Free Spectator grandstand available in the following location: 18 th Green Grandstand seating is free and available to the public on a first come first served basis. NO ALCOHOL OR SMOKING in the grandstand is permitted and spectators are kindly asked not to stand up on the stand during play. A dedicated wheelchair viewing area will once again be positioned on the 18 th green. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY FOR SPECTATORS Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, Marshals will be instructed to start clearing the grandstand and spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately. AVOID THE FOLLOWING: Open areas Hilltops / high places Isolated trees Golf carts Wire fences LEADER BOARDS Leader boards will be located in the following areas: 6 th tee, 12 th tee, 14 th green, 16 th green and 17 th green Thru 17 board right of the 18 th Green Hole by Hole Leader Board in the Tented Village. LEFT LUGGAGE There will not be a left luggage facility at this tournament. LOST PROPERTY Lost property that has been found on-course or in the Tented Village will be handed in to the Championship Office at the end of each day. The Championship Office is located close to the entrance of the Tented Village.

Mobile Phones can only be used in the Tented Village. Mobile Phone Policy Mobile devices are permitted but must be on silent Data use is permitted outside these areas but please be respectful to the players and spectators around you No video recording permitted at any time No photographs permitted during competition round (i.e. after Thursday) Violation may result in the confiscation of your mobile device or removal from the tournament MARSHALS The Travis Perkins Masters Marshals are managed by Stefan Dimic Chief Marshal. The Marshals are extremely influential in helping to ensure that play runs smoothly. The purpose of a marshal is to ensure that the competitors are able to compete under the best conditions. Many of the marshals have volunteered at a number of other golf events across the country and have a good understanding of the appropriate golfing etiquette. ON-COURSE CATERING There will be on-course catering facilities located in the following areas: 6 th /9 th Green area 10 th /11 th Tee area PARKING Public car parks will be well signposted. Main Public Car Park - Free of Charge (off Longslade Lane) Car Park 2 - Pre-Paid Parking (Car Park 2 label must be displayed) PARKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2015 Customers please note that by taking advantage of the Advance Parking car park label (Car Park 2), you will be within an easy 250 yard walk of the 1st tee and fairway, 18th green, tented village and practice putting

7 area. You will also receive a voucher which you may redeem for a complimentary daily drawsheet from the Programme and Information Tent near the entrance. There are limited spaces available, so please purchase early to secure a place. The main public car park (free of charge) is approximately half a mile walk from the tented village, 1st tee and 18th green. The main public car park is a 10 minute walk from the course. DISABLED CAR PARKING There will be a dedicated disabled car park area for blue badge holders. Please ensure that blue badges are clearly displayed on arrival. PETS No pets are allowed, with the exception of guide dogs, on the course and we respectfully suggest that you do not leave your pet in the car. PLAYERS This is a full field European Senior Tour event consisting of the top 72 European Senior Tour professionals to enter. Please visit for further updates and player related releases. PRACTICE GROUND The practice ground is located next to the 2 nd hole. PRIZE GIVING The prize giving will take place as soon as possible after the conclusion of play on Sunday 6 th September on the 18 th green, or in a sheltered location in the event of inclement weather. PRIZE MONEY The tournament prize fund is 320,000. The winner will receive a cheque for 48,000 plus a bonus prize of 10,000 from the His Grace, the Duke of Bedford. PROGRAMMES & DRAWSHEETS Programmes are 4 and Drawsheets are 1.

8 Free drawsheet with every programme. These will be sold from the Programme and Information Tent situated on the walkway between the public car park and Tented Village. PUBLIC CATERING Hot and cold food will be available in the Tented Village and on course from until the close of play on Friday 4 th, Saturday 5 th and Sunday 6 th September. Tented Village 6 th /9 th Green 10 th /11 th Tee There will also be a public bar facility in the Tented Village from Friday 4 th Sunday 6 th September. PUBLIC CONVENIENCES Spectators toilet facilities (including disabled facilities) will be available in the Tented Village and at the 6 th /9 th green on-course catering area. PUBLIC CRÈCHE There will not be a crèche at this event. PUTTING GREEN The putting green is located within the Tented Village. TOURNAMENT FORMAT The Tournament is a 54 hole stroke play event with 18 holes being played each day. A field of 72 Professional Competitors are eligible to

10 play in the Tournament. There is no cut so all Players play all three rounds. In the event of a tie for first place, there will be a Hole by Hole play-off using hole 18 repeated until a result is achieved.
