The Git-R-Done Foundation is a notfor-profit organization started by my wife Cara and me, in 2009 to provide assistance to children and families who have experienced hardships beyond their control. The Git-R-Done Foundation has made numerous donations, including a $5 million dollar commitment to the Arnold Palmer Medical Center Foundation and the International Hip Dysplasia Institute for the treatment and cure of hip dysplasia, Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital, The Child Advocacy Center, Operation Homefront and more. Money raised from this golf tournament will support America s Fund America s Fund is set up to provide immediate financial support for post-9/11 injured and critically ill members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. America s Fund is a new program of the Semper Fi Fund, a registered 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization. Since 2004, the Semper Fi Fund has provided over $70 million of much-needed assistance to over 8,800 Marines and Sailors and their families. After receiving multiple requests to expand the organization to serve other branches of service, the Semper Fi Fund created America s Fund. America s Fund currently provides family support, enabling loved ones to be at their service member s bedside following injury and helping to eliminate financial worries. The Semper Fi Fund s streamlined structure keeps overhead very low less than 6% and they are one of two Veteran Charities to receivean A+ from the The American Institute of Philanthropy s Charity Watch and Four Stars from Charity Navigator -the highest rating for each organization.
