1 NEWSLETTER 2 14-FEB-2016 Latest news from the 41 International AGM in Landshut 22 nd to 24 th of April 2016 What a success! We didn t expect, that so many of you would like to celebrate this big party together with us. So far about 400 people from 24 countries are registered and we are close to the limits of our locations. But we are still trying to find solutions to fit some more. We are working hard, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

2 Pre-tours and 41 International Golf Trophy During the week, our neighboring clubs in Regensburg, Ingolstadt, Munich, Passau, Ried/Austria as well as RT153 Landshut will take care about you on the pre-tours or golf trophy. All tours will start at 9 a.m. near the venue Michel Hotel or Isar Residenz. During the day, the local clubs take care about you, showing you the interesting places and look after you are not starving. Lunch and supper is included. Please note, that the Munich II tour starts at 12 a.m. On Friday 22 nd of April 2016 at 10 a.m. starts the 41 International Golf Trophy. It s about 20 min from the hotels. If you are a passionate Golfer, you should not miss this event. Sid s Cycling Tour Our 41 International Secretary Dr. Sid is very keen on utilising the infrastructure for cycling in Landshut. So we have organised that the 41 International Board will ride the bicycle to their meeting location on Friday. The start will be at 8:30 a.m. The tour will run along the river Isar and is about 4 km long. It is an easy route - no hills in between - and will take approx. 15 min, one way.

3 If you want to join, please send us an . Get dressed for Friday s Bavarian night The welcome party will be a typical Bavarian festival, similar to the Oktoberfest. Local food and of course beer will be predominant. The appropriate dresses will be the Dirndl for the ladies and the Lederhosen for the men. If you are not prepared yet, please check the homepage of Moser Trachten. On Friday afternoon there is a possibility to go to the Dirndl outlet shop, approx. 10 min from the hotels. You can easily select something in the internet, but we strongly recommend, that you try it on, before you buy.

4 And, here is the good thing. If we, as a group, buy more than 1000, the shop keeper will donate a certain amount to one of our service projects. Welcome Party The Bavarian Night will be approx. 10 km outside Landshut and starts at 7 p.m. Landgasthof Hahn Dorfstr Zweikirchen Telefone: Buses will run starting at 5:45 p.m. from the Michel Hotel and Isar Residenz to the location. Starting at 11:30 p.m. the buses will bring you back to the hotels. The party ends at 1 a.m.

5 AGM 41 International The event will take place at the Michel Hotel and starts at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. AGM Tangent International The event will take place at the Isar Residenz and starts at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Guided City Tour of Landshut The tour through Landshut starts at 10:00 a.m. in front of the town hall, in English, Deutsch and if there are enough participants (at least 10) in Français or Italiano. 6 Banner Exchange The 41 International Banner Exchange will take place on Saturday in the Isar Residenz at 5:30 p.m. Gala Evening The Gala Evening will be opened at 7:00 p.m. with a champagne reception at Stadtsäle Bernlochner, just opposite of the hotels on the other side of the river Isar.
