2 Event organizer: OC Bayerischer Wald Host: OC Bayerischer Wald Date: 18 th May till 20 th May 2018 Venue: Hohenzollern - Ski Stadium at the Arbersee Arbersee 40, Bayerisch Eisenstein Competitions: Relay, Sprint, Mass start Registration: Registrations via until Address for registration: OC Bayerischer Wald alfonsschmid22@web.de Privacy: With the registration for this event the participant agrees to an electronic detention of all data that are relevant for the competition under specification of name, first name, name of the club, age, division, description of competition, start number and start time. He/She also agrees to the publication of the start and result list as bulletins, on the internet and in other publications of the DSB, BSB and of the event organizer. Participation: The participation is bound to the membership in the German Shooting and Archery Federation or the DSV German Skiing Federation. Participants of other nations are going to start in the same division. Start fee: Start fee = Contrition money Students 10, per competition Youth, juniors, women and men 15, per competition Relay 20, The start fee must be paid at the day of the competition at the dispensing of the starting numbers. Controls: Weapon and passport controls will be carried out directly before the competition. At the control of the start authorization a competition ID and ID card must be carried along at all starts.

Junior women can start in the women s relay and juniors in the men s relay.

5 Penalty loop: Protests: All groups run a penalty loop of 70 m for each miss. Every penalty loop that is not run will be punished with a time penalty of 2 min. Protests and objects must be handed in immediately to the head of competition, but latest 15 min. after the bulletin of the unofficial list of results in written form with a protest fee of 30 Euros. Insurance coverage and liability: Every participant is taking part in the competition at his own risk. The club is liable for the insurance of his participants. The promoters and hosts do not assume liability for accidents or other damages. Jury: The constellation of the jury is according to the rules of the DSB. Shooting and safety terms as well as gun control law: The event promoter warns all active participants, coaches and trainers that the shooting and safety terms of the IBU competition terms under point 8 as well as the terms of the actual gun control law must be absolutely followed.
