3 General Meeting Information 1. Regulations: The competition will be conducted according to the regulations, the legal system, the anti-doping order and the competition licensing regulations of the DSV. Participants are members of one of the FINA associated federation or an affiliated association, as well as members of associations that belong to a DSV affiliated national association. The competition is also open to all foreign members of clubs or teams as far as their national federations are FINA members and are entitled to compete. Handicap swimmers with the corresponding proof of classification must also use the competition regulations of the German Handicapped Sports (DBS). Swimmers under the age of 11 may not complete more than 5 launches per day (including relays). 2. Sports Health/License: When entering swimmers for this competition the club has to prove that swimmers are healthy. Without this proof entries must be rejected by the organizing club. The reporting club has to assure that the registered swimmers can prove their sport health according to 8.2 WB. The swimmers according to 12 and 16 WB are registered in the license register of the DSV and have paid the annual license (does not apply to child-friendly competitions WB part "A" 2). If these insurance policies are not available, the notifications will be rejected by the host. 3. Location of competition: The venue is the adventure spa MAXIMARE in east of Hamm, Jürgen-Graef-Allee 2, Hamm. The competition pool is 50 m long, 8 lanes are separated by wave killer lines. The water temperature is about 27 C. It is carried out electronic timing (Colorado Time Systems). The start takes place after the one - start - rule. 4. Registration: Registrations must be sent by as a file (DSV standard) or via . In addition, the reports can be submitted on official entry lists (DSV form 103) together with the registration form (DSV form 102). or the enclosed registration forms. Later incoming entries could not be considered. 5. Entry fee: The entry fee is 5,00 Euro per person and each start for the 50m and 100m tracks. The entry fee for the 200m and 400m tracks are 6,00 Euro per person and each start. 10,00 Euro per relay start. The entry fee has to be paid latest one week before the competition via bank transfer or at arrival cash before the first start. Please ask for the Orga- Team in the Check-In Zone (accreditation). Start Lists: Start lists will be available approximately one week before competition starts at: There will be no mailing of start lists in front of competition due to the organizers! 7. Limitation of heats: In case of problems with the time schedule the organizer himself reserves the right to limit the number of entries, max. is 3300! Events of 400m Freestyle and 400m Medley are limited to 5 heats. Decisive for the occupation of the 400 m heats is the registration time. In competitions over 400m Freestyle, the organizer has the right to swim two swimmers on one lane. In this case, manual timekeeping is performed. 8. Heat set up: All heats will be set independent from age group only sorted by entry times. For the finals of the 50m races the fastest eight athletes will be qualified. For the finals, there is a run in of qualified swimmers. Further information will be announced on site 9. Panel of judges: Each club or team with more than 10 entries (starts) has to provide one judge. Please give also information regarding qualification and favourable job. For more than 30 entries you have to provide two, for more than 50 entries you have to provide three judges and for more than 70 entries you have to provide four judges.

4 10. Variations: The Organizer will be able to change the competition schedule (warm up and start times) depending on the amount of registration entries. The final schedule will be provided with the official start lists (see 6). 11. Liability: The organizer will not take liability for thefts, accidents or any other damage might occur. The supervision of the athletes during swim in and out at the Atcive Pool and during the competition is up to each club representatives. The available Active Pool is used exclusively for swimming in and out! 12. Privacy policy: With entry into the competition each club, Athletes and their legal representatives declares that they agree to: storing all information about their members necessary to run the competition all results of the competition being published and distributed in print media and electronically, pictures and names of the participants (individuals, groups) being published in print media and electronically. 13. Visa affairs: Teams which are need for visa to enter Germany for participating at 1 th International MAXIMARE Swim Cup are recommended to make a contact with their competent authorities. This should be done 6 weeks at the latest before final entry date (that means at the middle of February 2019). 14. Catering: The MAXIMARE casino offers various drinks and food. Ranking - Award - Prices Individual ranking: Open Class: Year without age restrictions Youth A: age group Youth B: age group Youth C: age group Youth D: age group Youth E: age group Awards: The 1-3 places in the various Rating Classes (Open Class - Youth E) receive medals. Places 4-10 will receive diplomas. For all events a side of 50m races medals will give for ranks 1-3 and diplomas for ranks 4-8. For the finals we give separate from cash (see below). 1.
