5 Transport & shuttle service For those people who have asked us to manage their golf bag transport, following procedure is important. Meeting point for ALL golfers, playing on BOTH golfcourses is: The entrance hall of Grandhotel Casselbergh! Also for those friends staying in Martin s Hotel!!! Playing at Damme Golf & Country Club Participants should be ready at least 1 ½ before their scheduled tee-off time and wait there for their shuttle. A Jaguar shuttle-service, starting in front of the hotel entrance, will bring you to Damme between 07:30 and 10:00 and bring you back in the afternoon between 15:00 and 17:00. No golf bags allowed! Playing at Royal Ostend Golf Club A Taxi shuttle service at 07:00 will bring you from Grandhotel Casselbergh to the Bruges central bus station where your bus is waiting for you. The Taxi shuttles will be parked in front of the Crowne Plaza hotel at only 100 meters distance away from Grandhotel Casselbergh. Last shuttle at 09:00! Attention! Most of the participants have to take the first bus! The first bus is leaving at 07:30 at the central bus station. The second bus is leaving at 09:30 They will bring you back to Bruges, leaving Ostend at 15:00 and 17:00 Your golf bags will be returned on Saturday morning in the HOF.

6 Only if you have an early departure time on Saturday, you then should take your clubs with you to your hotel after having played your second round on Friday. Have a nice day! Own Transport information For those people who manage their own golf bags and drive their own car to the golf corses, following information is important. Damme Golf & Country Club address: Doornstraat 15 Sijsele Royal Ostend Golf Club address: Koninklijke Baan 2 Den Haan Please, leave your hotel in time! Too late to Hole 1 means disqualification! To help you avoiding this very serious sanction, here some data. It is about 10 km (a 25 minutes drive) to Damme Golf & Country Club and about 32 km (a 45 minutes drive) to Royal Ostend Golf Club. Sometimes the canal bridges are closed for further traffic during ships are sailing through. Can always take 5 to 10 minutes before the bridge reopens for the traffic. Take care of that!
