Sash & trophy for 1 st in Preliminary Championships, trophies for 2 nd & 3 rd. ** Closing date for entries : 16 th September 2016 U6, U7, U8 & U9 Mixed Championships will dance all 3 rounds U6 Mixed U7 Mixed U8 Mixed U9 Mixed Reel, Single Jig, Light jig Reel, Single Jig, JIg Reel, Jig, Trad Set Reel, Jig, Trad Set U10- O18 Reel/Slip Jig, Jig/Hornpipe, Any Set *From U10 upwards, If there are 5 or more boys there will be a separate Championship. This does not apply for Preliminary Championships. *A preliminary championship will be incorporated into each Craobh Comortas from Under 9 up to and including under 16 years age groups where there is a minimum of 5 competitors eligible for the preliminary championship. To be eligible for the preliminary championship, dancers must have a) never previously won an open championship judged by 3 or more adjudicators, b) not have won 3 or more preliminary championships judged by 3 or more adjudicators. Preliminary championship will be based on 2 rounds, and will be given before each Open Championship result. It is imperative that Preliminary dancers are identified at time of entry. DIRECTIONS Exit Motorway at Dundalk North (Exit 18) and follow signs for Carlingford for approx 5 miles. St Patricks GFC centre is on left side before you enter Lordship village

5 RIALACHA 1. Age to be reckoned from 1 st January 2. Entries only accepted from teachers currently registered with An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha. 3. Objections in writing within one hour of competition together with 25 via registered teacher. 4. No block, en pointe work, stationery or moving is allowed to be performed for ages up to and including U11. Make up is not permitted on dancers in all competitions under 10 and younger. 5. Competitions with less than 10 dancers will automatically result in a 100% recall. All competitions with more than 10 dancers will have a 50% recall for set dance. 6. Feis organisers will not accept responsibility for personal injuries or articles lost 7. The Feis organisers will, as far as reasonably practical, provide a suitable surface for dancing. No liability will be accepted for injuries sustained whilst dancing. The lodgment of an entry will be deemed to be an acceptance of this provision. 8. All first place Cups, Belts, Shields, are perpetual awards. It is the responsibility of the winner from the relevant year, to ensure that they are returned to Mona Lennon no later than 16th September Any damage or loss will be the responsibility of the current holder. 9. No camcorders or flash photography allowed during any competition. 10. The Feis Committee reserves the right to (a) Use relief Adjudicators, and (b) alternate competitions, if necessary in order to help the feis run more smoothly. 11. *Competitions may be brought forward by 30 minutes depending on the schedule-all dancers should be ready a half hour before the stipulated time
