2 Annual Golf Outing August 10, 2015 Olde Stonewall Golf Club The annual golf outing is Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation s primary fundraising event. Proceeds from this year s event will benefit the 2015 Fundraising Initiative: Kohler Supportive Living Program and the Long Term Structured Residence. 3 2015 Fundraising Initiative Kohler Supportive Living Program and Long Term Structured Residence In 2014, Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation raised approximately $120,000 through our 22nd Annual Golf Outing that assisted us with purchasing needed equipment, and completing renovations that were started in 2010 at the Vail Vocational and Employment Center (VVEC) located in Mount Pleasant PA. The renovations included additional office space, a meeting/activity area, additional restrooms and two visitor s areas. Clinic space added for Accessible Dental Services and InvivaSpan Health included; two operatories, two recovery rooms, a patient waiting area, and a sterilization room. Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation is pleased to announce that the Kohler Supportive Living Program and the Long Term Structured Residence located on the Rochester Campus will be the focus of the 2015 Fundraising Initiative. The funds raised through the generosity of participants in our 2015 Golf Outing will assist us in creating areas for program enhancement including; therapy, sensory, computer and daily living skills, and renovations for the program. By making the Kohler Supportive Living Program and the Long Term Structured Residence the focus of our 2015 fundraising initiative, Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation is again reaffirming its commitment to meeting the needs of individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
