As the stud heads into its second century at the top end of the bloodstock business, its stallion roster and broodmare band have never been stronger results have confirmed that Lope de Vega is one of the very best sires in Europe. His black type statistics are matched by only an elite group of sires. Lawman, with two Classic colts including St Leger winner Harbour Law, confirmed his position as a proper Classic sire and with a host of promising juveniles among his 25 two-year-old winners, his future success is assured. His yearling sales have shown that he is also a real commercial success. Dream Ahead is one of the leaders of the 2nd crop sires and in Al Wukair he has an unbeaten two-year-old that his outstanding trainer Andre Fabre believes to be a real Classic candidate could see Dream Ahead make a real impression. With Limato confirming that Make Believe s record-breaking win in the Prix de la Foret was a world class performance and his first mares in foal selling for up to 260,000 at Goffs, we are eagerly looking forward to his first crop next year. He has developed into a magnificent looking stallion and it s well worth your time to inspect him. Beat Hollow is widely recognised as the best dual purpose stallion in the business and this was seen yet again when his Cheltenham Festival-winning son Wicklow Brave beat Order of St George to claim the Irish St Leger. With over 100 acres of uphill grass gallops, a five furlong uphill all-weather gallop and miles of woodland trails, it is an ideal pre-training centre.
