2 Welcome to the 3 rd Annual Five Star Futurity Sale! Our goal is to promote our breeding programs as well as others in the performance horse industry. You never know what is in someone s field till you ask! Our first $5000 is one year closer! All our 3 year old prospects will be riding amazing by now and looking for fall work to do with some pattern practise and light hauling next spring! Following this year s sale we will be adding a page to our website for Five Star Eligible horses to be sold. This will allow those wanting to get in on the first few year s odds an upper hand when looking for a prospect! We are looking forward to growing in the future years and finding you your future star! 3 NOTES: TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS Conditions of the Sale: Each horse is sold to the highest bidder. In case of disputes, bidding will be re-opened between the two parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer s decision of all disputes is final. Announced changes on sale day take precedence over catalog. All sales are final. Payment: Cash, approved cheque, or credit card. Registration & Transfers: Registration papers/transfer forms will be mailed to buyers. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Guarantee: We guarantee all horses to be as represented on sale day. To the best of our knowledge the horses are free of sickness or disease. Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the horses before the sale stars. Futurity: Regular futurity rules will apply. Horses are eligible to run for a minimal $ purse in their futurity year. Payout Breakdown Payout will be based on a best of two runs format over a two day jackpot.
