2 This pricelist determines the prices of game hunting and other hunting services as follows: GENERAL CONDITIONS The hunting of game will be charged according to this pricelist. For the game shot there will be a trophy certificate issued. For the game wounded but not found, 50% of the trophy value will be charged, as estimated by an expert game agent, as well as 50% of the venison value, of the average weight of the kind in that particular hunting ground, under the condition that during the tracking of the game a hound tested on blood tracks was used. If the wounded game has been found, the hunter will be charged the balance of the real price of the shot trophy. For a trophy head of deer, regular and brown bear HRK 1, per miss, and for other types of big game, HRK per miss is charged. The hunting and other services will be paid in cash or credit cards after the hunting in the relevant hunting grounds, unless otherwise agreed prior hunting. The invoice will be issued in the national currency (kuna). Booking of the date for the big game shooting should be paid in advance, that is within 15 days of the receipt of the expense report. If the reservation is not cancelled 60 days prior the agreed date for the kill of the game, the advance payment will be retained. PACKAGE TOUR The right to the 25% discount on the price of game hunting and other hunting services (not on the price of accomodation in hunting lodges) is achieved by shooting at least 4 pieces of NON-trophy high game, as well as by sanitary shooting of Red deer up to 130 CIC points, provided that the hunter is accomodated in hunting lodges of H d.o.o. at least for two days.

The price of the group hunt on wildboar can be reduced up to 25% or raised up to 25% of this Pricelist. That decision is made by the Head of the Forest Administration and is valid throughout the hunting season. 2. In the group hunt on wildboar, organized in the open spaces of the hunting ground SpaËva, additional 2.000,00 (two thousand) kuna is charged for each shot female wildboar heavier than 50 kg, weighted after hunter s treatment (without bowels and legs until first joint), and before placement in a refrigerator. 3. In group boar hunting, a wild board kill is charged separately, so that the price of wild boar kill is charged in the amount of 30% of a wild boar kill in individual hunting. 4. If during one day of the package wildboar hunting there has been no shooting, the hunting day will not be charged. 5. Group boar hunting in H d.o.o. hunting grounds are organized for groups of at least 10 hunters. 6. If H d.o.o. finds interest in it, the group wildboar hunt can be organized also for a group smaller than 10 hunters. The decision about it is made by the Head of the Forest administration, and the hunt is charged as for a group of ten hunters.

10 7. If in a one-day package wildboar hunt no piece is shot, but the shooting took place, the hunt will be charged 400,00 kn per hunter. 8. If in a day of the started package wildboar hunt the weather conditions don t allow the hunt to take place all day long, the package hunt will be charged on the basis of hunting results that were achieved until then. The price of the package hunt includes: shooting, wounding, missing, hunting organisation, hunting experts, drivers, hounds and the hunters insurance. If a hunter or a group oof hunters leaves the shot pheasants in the hunting ground, a discount of 15% can be granted. For the duck, woodcock and quail hunting, hunting-days can be sold at a price of 732,00/hunting day/hunter. The price of the hunting-day includes: hunting organisation, hunting expert, game shot. Selling of the hunting grounds for the duck, woodcock and quail goes through a public auction for one hunting year, and all the relations are regulated through a special contract. In the hunting grounds for which there is a special commercial interest, an annual share of the planned reduction of game can be sold, in line with this Pricelist and through a public auction for one hunting year, and all the relations are regulated through a special contract.
