2 This Pricelist determines the prices of game hunting and other hunting services as follows: GENERAL CONDITIONS GAME WOUNDED AND NOT RECOVERED For the game wounded but not recovered 50% of the trophy value, estimated by the accompanying expert and 50% of the venison value will be charged on the basis of average weight of game from the hunting ground and under the condition that a blood-tracking trained hound has been used to track the wounded animal. If the wounded animal is recovered, the hunter pays the difference to the total price of the trophy. Missed shot will be charged 1.000,00 kn/miss for the trophy red deer and brown bear and 700,00 kn/miss for other big game species. For the game shot there will be a trophy certificate issued. BOOKING OF HUNTING PERIOD Booking of the hunting period for the big trophy game is provided through the advance payment, with no discount calculated. The advance payment for the reservation of the hunt of non-trophy game or small game is not necessary. METHOD OF PAYMENT Issuing and paying of invoices after the services rendered shall be performed in accordance with the applicable Law on fiscalization in cash turnover. Advance payment based on the offer made by HŠ d.o.o: - 6% discount on the invoice amount will be approved to the buyer who pays in advance at latest 40 days before the booked hunting date. 2

12 GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE GROUP WILD BOAR HUNT - VARIANT A and B 1. In the group wild boar hunt organized in the open spaces of the hunting ground SPAČVA, as well as in the closed hunting ground RADINJE, additional 500,00 kn will be charged for each piece of female wild boar shot, that weighs over 60 kg, weighed down after processing (without bowel and legs to first joint), and before storage in the refrigerator. 2. The price of the group hunt includes: shooting, wounding, missing, hunting organisation, hunting companion, drivers, hounds and the hunters insurance. 3. If during one day of the group wild boar hunt there hasn t been a single shot fired, the hunting day will not be charged. 4. If in a one-day group wild boar hunt no piece is shot, but the shooting took place, the hunt will be charged 400,00 kn per hunter. 5. If in a day of the started group wild boar hunt the weather conditions don t allow the hunt to take place throughout the whole day, the group hunt will be charged on the basis of hunting results that were achieved until then. GROUP HUNT ON WILD BOAR IN HUNTING GROUNDS OF HRVATSKE ŠUME FOR GROUPS OF 10 AND MORE HUNTERS Organization of the hunt and method of payment: Variant C Group hunt is organized in the polygons for wild boar hunt. During one hunting day the minimum shooting is 30 pieces, and maximum 40 pieces of wild boar. Hunted are male and female wild boars of all age classes. Each shot piece is charged 3.000,00 kn. The starting price of the hunt amounts to ,00 kn. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE GROUP WILD BOAR HUNT VARIANT C 1. The price of the group hunt includes: shooting, wounding, missing, hunting organization, hunting companion, drivers, hounds and the hunters insurance. 2. If during one day of the group wild boar hunt there hasn t been a single shot fired, the hunting day will not be charged. 3. If the group wild boar hunt has to be stopped due to the force major (weather conditions, casualties etc.) and it cannot be resumed on the same day, the hunt can be resumed on another date. If the new date cannot be agreed upon, the group hunt will be charged on the basis of hunting results that were achieved until it was stopped. 4. If the hunt took place according to the planned dynamics, and there were less than 30 wild boars shot, the hunt will be charged per its initial price of ,00 kn. NOTE: Which variant of the hunt organization and method of payment (variant A, B or C) will be applied in the group wild boar hunt in the hunting grounds of Hrvatske šume d.o.o., will be decided by the Forest Administration that manages the respective hunting ground. 12

If a hunter or a group of hunters should shoot more than 50 pheasants in the course of one hunting day, they will be granted a 5% discount. 2. If a hunter or a group of hunters leaves the shot pheasants in the hunting ground, a discount of 15% can be granted. 3. For the duck, woodcock and quail hunt, hunting days can be sold at a price of 732,00 kn/hunting day per hunter. 4. The price of the hunting day includes: hunting organisation, hunting companion, game shot. 5. In the hunting grounds for which there is a special commercial interest, an annual quantity of the planned shooting of game can be sold, in line with this Pricelist and through a public auction for one hunting year, and all the relations are regulated through a special contract. 13

(not on the hunting lodge price), under the condition that at least four (4) pieces of game are shot, that is: one-year old male, female or calf of the red deer and the fallow deer, the two-year old male, doe and fawn of the roe deer, female, 1-year and up to 2-year-olds of the wild boar, a mouflon female and lamb,as well as for the red deer up to 149,99 CIC points, under the condition that the hunter makes at least two (2) half-boards in the hunting lodges of H Š d.o.o. NOTE: Business partners of HŠ d.o.o. who signed a contract on business cooperation in the hunting year 2018/2019. do not achieve the right to agency commission on all package arrangements. All other package arrangements are shown separately and are thus also printed separately. Besides in printed form, the package arrangements offer can also be seen on the web pages of H Š d.o.o. The shooting price for the Brown Bear will be applied starting March 1st 2018 and is valid until February 28th This Pricelist is valid starting April 1 st
