Special Report T his special report will reveal the little but very important secrets of the Kadochnikov System, which without knowing, there is a high probability that your training can turn into a useless imitation or battle dance. You will understand the reason for controlling the opponent, instead of getting into a confrontation, you need to behave properly in a conflict situation and come out the victor. We are going to share with you some secrets of Controlling the Opponent in Handto-hand Fighting, which will form the right basic skills and show direction for further development in order to increase your chances of winning in any life situation. Very soon we will move to the practical review of the secrets of invisible combat instrument that the Kadochnikov System is exceedingly rich in. But before moving forward let me remind you that the Kadochnikov System is a modern science of survival survival in any environment and in any conditions. The basic principle is the triunity of forces physical, spiritual, intellectual. One of the aspects of this survival is the skill of hand-to-hand fighting and self-defense. Alexey Alexeevich Kadochnikov These skills fundamentally differ from all exciting analogues. They are simple and available to learn. However, in order to master this simplicity and availability you need keys so called, little secrets, without knowing which the training of the skills can turn into a useless imitation or battle dance. This report is dedicated exactly to these little secrets-keys. 2 LITTLE SECRETS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPPONENT IN HAND-TO-HAND FIGHTING
Paradox in the Kadochnikov System, or why weaker people can defeat stronger ones The first of the keys we will review is the correct understanding of skills to control the opponent, not to confront him. The reason is no matter what the manner of the confrontation is hard, mild, tricky, straightforward, etc., the point of it is the same you oppose your strength and skills against the skills and strength of the opponent. Therefore, the strongest always win. So, the more advantages your opponents have (weight, strength, speed, experience, skills, weapon, number, etc.), the less chance you have to win. In this case success is not a victory but the chance to get out of such situations at least relatively healthy. Control is quite another issue. The reason is that any of the advantages mentioned above become not only relative but also can suddenly turn into a weakness under your masterful control. And here s why. The point is that control of the opponent in the Kadochnikov System is a real technique. And any technique must have a secret that forms its advantages. Thanks to which it stands out among other techniques. The principle technique of controlling the opponent in the Kadochnikov System is the same as in the paradox. Control of the opponent in the Kadochnikov System is a real technique But the meaning of paradox here is not in the usual sense: a statement that doesn t coincide with the common opinion and seems to be illogical (mostly after cursory understanding). We are talking about another paradox. This also means the cutting of a rifle in the muzzle of a smooth-bore hunting rifle. This significantly improves the accuracy when firing a bullet, at the same time allowing one to fire shot. LITTLE SECRETS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPPONENT IN HAND-TO-HAND FIGHTING 3
Such rifles were used in jungles when hunting birds, as there was a high possibility to come across huge and dangerous beasts. It meant that people needed to change from shot to bullets quickly. The same principle is used in the 1st phase of controlling the opponent in the Kadochnikov System. The combination of translational and rotational motion in a single integrated motor act allows us to prevent any damage from blows (including cold weapons) and The combination of translational and rotational motion in a single integrated motor act allows us to prevent any damage from blows (including cold weapons) and is a first step toward controlling the opponent. is a first step toward controlling the opponent. Very often the primary task is not to let yourself be hit. It s enough to master the skill of preventing any damage from blows, i.e. to meet them gently in the plain of applying and turning (so called, paradox) to avoid their damage. When meeting the blow we just change its trajectory without breaking contact with 4 LITTLE SECRETS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPPONENT IN HAND-TO-HAND FIGHTING
the impact surface, we get the opportunity to continue to control the opponent on our own terms. At first sight it all seems quite simple. What is the secret then? It means that you need to control two moving parts: shoulder- forearm-hand as translational movement and forearm-hand as rotational. The secret is in that turning. To be precise, in the right combination of translational and rotational motions that form a single and integral motor act. Let s focus on this moment. So Your arm from the shoulder to the fingertips moves linearly towards the opponent s movement. It is easy. If the angle is chosen correctly, then in order to protect yourself, for example, from a heavy blow you can do it without turning. But because of the very large amplitude of this movement further control of the opponent will be difficult to carry out. That s why the changing position is needed. It will let you create much more favorable conditions at lower amplitude, make your movements invisible and unclear to the enemy and create the most favorable starting situation for the subsequent control of your opponent s movements. But this technique is more difficult to carry out. The reason is that for the translational motion of the arm (shoulder- forearm-hand) you need to add the rotational movement only of the forearm and hand. The secret is the right combination of translational and rotational motion in a single integrated motor act In this case the pedagogical control is very important or at least self-control for the right position of the elbow (it must be in the plane of blow impact) and forearm (rotational movement mustn t turn into a repulse). Only then this useful skill will turn into the first little key that will open the door to your new opportunities of controlling the opponent in hand-to-hand fighting without getting into a confrontation. LITTLE SECRETS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPPONENT IN HAND-TO-HAND FIGHTING 5
How to Repulse a Grapping Hold and Put the Opponent into an Uncomfortable Position So, we have got acquainted with the first step in the skills of controlling the opponent the combination of translational and rotational movements in one single motor act that gives the opportunity to repulse any blows of the opponent (including cold weapons). It is extremely important because very often the first thing to do is not let yourself be hit. For this it will be enough for you to repulse blows to meet them gently in the plain of applying and using the turning (the paradox we were talking about in the first part of our report) to avoid damage. This is your first basic skill. Now let s go further and learn how to repulse a grapping hold, i.e. to put the opponent in an uncomfortable position from the first seconds of interaction with him. As popularly believed, right goes before might. Very soon we will get down to practical review of this skill. But before moving forward, let us show you the process of forming motor skills when we face a new kind of activity. When starting to train in any skill that has a component of motor activity, we have to think of every step, watch every movement. Everything goes slowly and awkwardly. As we gain experience we gain dexterity; we notice our movements become faster and better if sometimes the mind doesn t regulate the process and our body acts on autopilot. If we have been training for a long time to make the performed skill automatic, then it seems that body and mind act together. Training such a difficult art as controlling the opponent in hand-to-hand fighting you need to master separately one by one a lot of motor skills. Whenever one of these skills is performed automatically, the mind is freed and can get down to mastering the next skill. As a result, when all simple movements are at last mastered, the brain manages to process the huge amount of figurative motor information that is assimilated by nerve cells forming new connections in the cortex thereby changing their structure. In other words, this information becomes part of nervous system. The complex set of movements has been absorbed by our body and now is performed automatically. As we gain experience our body begins to act on autopilot 6 LITTLE SECRETS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPPONENT IN HAND-TO-HAND FIGHTING
That s why it is so important to start training with the right basic skills those skills that form the basis for correct motor activity. It is exactly this vital basic skill for controlling the opponent in hand-to-hand fighting we are going now to explain in details. So The mind of most of us works according to the connection of two forces: action and reaction. If somebody grabs our arm, for example, our first instinctive reaction will be to pull the arm away, to free it from seizure. There are hundreds of methods in different kinds of martial arts that teach how to free different parts of the body from seizure. But almost all of them work in the connection of two forces action and reaction, which means that they solve the problem only halfway. Stability depends on the center of gravity of the body. When the weight is evenly distributed on both feet the position is the most stable. So, if we can transfer the body weight to one of the opponent s leg, we will unbalance him. In the moment of seizure, the opponent s force influences in one direction and, thus, in one plane. But we know that the human body can work in three planes. If all the opponent s force influences in one direction (and in one plane), it means that in the two other planes he is completely helpless at that moment. Thus, all we need to do is to make at least minimal effort in the other two planes in order to transport the opponent s center of gravity in the right direction. I don t think that you will be satisfied with it when it comes to your health or life. That s why the Kadochnikov System teaches not to confront the opponent but to control him. As far as a grappling hold is concerned, you shouldn t try to get free (because it is reaction) but to change the direction of the opponent s force to one that is no longer dangerous for you. By doing so you will not only put the opponent in an uncomfortable position but also create a good starting situation for further control of his actions. How does it work in practice? First of all, for your opponent to be able to exert force on you his position must be stable. Unbalance him and his superior strength will be lost. Unbalance him and his superior strength will be lost LITTLE SECRETS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPPONENT IN HAND-TO-HAND FIGHTING 7
Once the opponent s center of gravity goes beyond the area of his legs support, he will fall. If it is so simple, then what s the secret? Why do people instead of using this skill invent hundreds of useless and semi-useless methods? You are right, the secret really exists. What is more, half of this secret you have already learned from the first part of the report. It is about using the rotational motion to transport the opponent s force decomposing its negative impact on components. The opponent applied a force in one plane, and we transported it to another plane. We can say that in this phase the score is 1:1. He applied force, and we transported it with minimal effort and didn t get into a confrontation with the opponent as we applied our force in the other plane. But we know there are 3 planes. We just need to make efforts in the third plane to change the score into 2:1 in our favor. But how to do it? To answer this question we need to go over the rule of a dynamic screw. In physics the dynamic screw is said to be a system of forces consisting of a pair of force and a force that is perpendicular to the plane of this pair of forces. S опоры 3 Rule of a dynamic G screw In our case we just lower the centre of gravity (squatting slightly) and this is enough to overturn the opponent. This is the second basic skill that will help you to control the opponent in hand-to-hand fighting and not to get into confrontation with him according to the principle action and reaction. How to Proceed Immediately From Defense to Attack In this part we will tell you how to proceed immediately from defense to attack and why this skill is so important for efficient control of the opponent in hand-tohand fighting. Very soon we will get down to the practical review of this skill. But before moving forward let us explain to you what probabilistic forecasting means. This approach to 8 LITTLE SECRETS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPPONENT IN HAND-TO-HAND FIGHTING
the peculiarities of our perception, memory and mind plays a great role in mastering the practical skills of the Kadochnikov System. Its key point can be easily presented by the formula: Observe Foresee Act. Observe Foresee Act To observe with your eyes. To foresee with your brain. To act according to the right motor skills. What does it mean concerning the control of the opponent in hand-to-hand fighting? First of all, the fact that we use a ligament not of two forces (danger reaction: hit or run), but of three. We don t get accustomed to the conditions of the situation but vice versa, we influence and control it actively to achieve the goals. We shouldn t rely on a knockout blow, but consistently put the opponent in such an uncomfortable condition that we will be able to hit him with impunity as many times as necessary. In other words, we don t put all our efforts into making one blow or throw according to the principle victory or death. Instead we foresee that the situation can develop differently. And as a result, we are ready for it. We can proceed from defense to attack practically immediately because we control the point of contact with the opponent and can have an impact on him as long as necessary to defeat or neutralize him. Let s review some practical examples of how it works. Don t be surprised that in practice it takes only a few seconds because when all necessary motor skills are formed, most of the actions are performed automatically. In this special report we have showed you several basic skills of controlling the opponent in hand-to-hand fighting and revealed little secrets for you to master them quickly (and most importantly, in the right way). The reason is that only the control of an opponent and not confrontation with him will let you act correctly in conflict situations and come out the victor. Of the same importance is the fact that these skills are efficient at any age. That s why we have decided that it is very important to show you these basic skills which are useful today and will be always useful for you, your children, grandchildren, close people We certainly understand that we have shown you only the direction to move for- LITTLE SECRETS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPPONENT IN HAND-TO-HAND FIGHTING 9
