2 PRELIMINARY NOTE Dear future member, You intend to become a member of: Powernext Commodities: PEGAS Spot And/or Powernext Commodities: PEGAS non-mtf And/or Powernext Derivatives: PEGAS Regulated Market The admission process consists of the following steps: Preparation of your admission files with the assistance of the Powernext Membership department Transmission of the admission files to Powernext (Powernext, ECC and GRTgaz documents) at the following address: POWERNEXT SA Membership 5, boulevard Montmartre Paris FRANCE Please inform your Clearing member that you want to start on Powernext Admission as clearing member (CM) or non-clearing member (NCM) as well as recognition as a trading participant by ECC Member setup by ECC and by Powernext Admission by Powernext and go-live on Powernext markets Please note that Powernext proposes to centralize the reception of the documents and coordinates the membership process with ECC. The admission forms are available in the zipped files provided by Powernext Sales team. Please only use the forms matching your situation. Powernext trading forms Powernext documents to be filled in and sent back to Powernext Membership Department C01 Trading Agreement including Appendix 1 X F01 EEX Group F04 T04 EEX Group Identification form Signature Schedule Trading accounts and traders allocation form Know Your Customer questionnaire and/or Gas Appendix Powernext Supporting documents 1 Originals needed S01 S02 S03 S04 Kbis or equivalent (Certificate of Incorporation, extract of the Companies House, certificate of the local Registry, certificate of the Chamber of Commerce, extract of the Registro Mercantil ) Justification of the power of attorney of the persons who sign the contracts & certify the authorised signatures Annual reports for the last 3 years Copy of VAT certificate 1 Please send the supporting documents S01 and S02 in original language and their translation into French, English or German

4 Clearing forms For ECC, please note that your company needs to be recognized: - as Non-Clearing Member (NCM) or Clearing Member (CM) - as Trading Participant of ECC on the selected HUBS ECC documents to be filled in and sent back to Powernext Membership Department Company already recognised as NCM or CM by ECC Company not recognised as a NCM or CM by ECC Originals needed NCM- Questionnaire NCM01 NCM02 Or NCM02a TP07 Supporting documents TP_PWX_01a AND/OR TP_PWX_01b AND/OR TP_PWX-01c Know-Your-Customer Fragebogen Application for admission as Non Clearing Members (NCM) NCM Agreement (triplicates - to be signed by the NCM and the CM). The member needs to find a CM registered with ECC (see ECC website) Appendix to the NCM Agreement (triplicates - to be signed by the NCM and the CM) VAT Details Copies of the identity cards of the persons signing the agreements Own Hub Agreement Application for approval as a trading participant in PEGAS Spot and/or PEGAS non-mtf and/or PEGAS Regulated Market 3 rd Party Balance Area Agreement Application for approval as a trading participant in PEGAS Spot and/or PEGAS non-mtf and/or PEGAS Regulated Market Closing procedure Application for approval as a trading participant in PEGAS non-mtf and/or PEGAS Regulated Market X X X

5 TSO Forms Forms required by the TSO to be sent to Powernext GRTgaz / ANNEXE 3.0 Document required by GRTgaz in case you have an agreement in PEG Nord and/or TRS Appendix 3 to the transmission contract signed with GRTgaz For GRTgaz, please note that your company needs to complete and sign the following form. However, if your company is not a shipper and intends to sign a third party Hub Agreement with ECC (document TP_PWX_01b), this document shall be signed by the 3rd party shipper TIGF / ANNEXE H 3.4 Document required by TIGF in case you have an agreement in TRS Appendix 3.4 to the transmission contract signed with TIGF For TIGF, please note that your company needs to complete and sign the following form. However, if your company is not a shipper and intends to sign a third party Hub Agreement with ECC (document TP_PWX_01b), this document shall be signed by the 3rd party shipper.
