2 CAIRO CAIRO is a playful lighting collection inspired by the influential Sottsass Memphis movement of the 80s. Martin Huxford s contemporary geometric design reinterprets the ancient Egyptian pyramid motifs, believed to be representative of the descending rays of the sun. Each hand crafted polished brass pyramid reflects the light source. It is placed in graphic opposition to the dark sun suspended above Artisan produced by Martin Huxford Studio in England. Custom sizes available. 1

Repeated rotational linear patterns of arms branch from the slender core, and reach into space to terminate in slim upright tall shades. The chandelier can be customised to length for specific locations. 11
