Michigan International Speedway celebrates 47 years of racing this year. This weekend you will witness an exhibition of speed and competition by Sprint Cup and Camping World Truck Series drivers. You will experience the thrills and excitement of Sprint Cup racing up close and personal at one of the circuit s fastest tracks. Drivers can race three and four wide around this two-mile D-shaped speedway! 2 Need To Know Michigan Track & Tickets Need To Know Schedule / Itinerary Race Tickets You will find your 2015 Pure Michigan 400 race tickets and pit passes you may have purchased in the front pocket of this tour booklet. Please review these items as soon as possible. If you find any of your tickets or documents missing, please call us immediately. Replacing lost or stolen tickets/passes can be difficult and will incur a replacement fee. Michigan Raceway Admission Policy Cooler no larger than 12 x12 x12 Glass Containers not allowed Food and Unopened Water are allowed Coolers are not allowed in the Hospitality/Pit road. Hospitality/Pit Pass Policy If you purchased a Hospitality Package, or a Pit pass please see your inserts. Hospitality tents and Pit Passes are provided and serviced by Michigan Speedway. Clothing requirements such as long pants or no opened toed shoes may be required. Race tickets are required to be with you when you access pit road and the Hospitality areas. Rain Policy In the event of rain, NASCAR will try to stay as long as possible to get a race to the halfway point which makes the race official. We will stay at the track until NASCAR officials make an official decision to post pone the race and reschedule it or we have an unanimous decision from our tour clients to go back to the hotel. We will then implement a procedure to determine whether we can offer transfers back to the Sprint Cup race. There is generally an additional fare required for transfers back to a rescheduled race. The price will be determined based on several factors. Return transfers are not guaranteed. Your race tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date. Your bus departs the Marriott from the front of the hotel. Look for the There And Back Again banner on the bus windshield. Please meet outside hotel entrance 15 minutes prior to departure. We will not be able to wait for anyone who is late. As a courtesy to our other tour participants, please notify your tour representative if you do not plan on riding the bus to and/or especially back from the track. Alcohol is allowed on the motorcoach; however, you must act responsibly. Please no loud or obnoxious language or behavior! For your safety and convenience, we ask that you help keep our buses clean. 3 Need To Know Track Transportation Bus transfers to Michigan Speedway are provided on Sunday and are available as an option on Saturday. The bus departs the hotel, remains at the track and returns to the hotel after the race. The buses are equipped with a restroom and other conveniences. Contact your tour representative if you do not plan to ride our bus to and especially back from the track. On The Bus For your convenience and safety, please help keep our buses clean and litter free. Food and Beverages (no glass containers) are allowed on the bus. Do not set items or trash on the floor of the bus, use trash receptacles or trash bags. Alcohol is allowed on the bus, however, you must act responsibly. We encourage everyone to make new friends and have a good time. We do ask that you are respectful of your traveling companions and that you do not use loud or obnoxious language or behavior or obscenities. Under The Bus You may bring chairs, and larger coolers to put under the bus for transportation to the track. Tailgate party items can be brought; however, you can not bring Propane gas in any containers on or under the bus. Before the Races We depart our hotel early so that we arrive at the track three to five hours prior to a race. Traffic can be quite heavy on race days so we make every attempt to have our clients at the track in time for any important events. At the Track You will have plenty of time to souvenir shop, see scheduled events, visit the midway area, enjoy your hospitality experience, or just relax on the bus. The bus remains open until 30 minutes prior to the race. Your tour representative or the bus driver will be with the bus at all times until it is locked. You can leave any souvenirs securely on the bus during the race. After the Races We ask that you walk directly back to the bus immediately following the completion of the race. Please do all of your souvenir shopping prior to the race. A prompt return to the bus after race will help alleviate traffic jams and delays on the way back to the hotel. 5 Need To Know Hotel Marriott-Romulus-Detroit Airport Flynn Road, Romulus, MI Description The modern four-star, full service, four-story, 244 room Marriott hotel is located one-half mile from Detroit s Airport. You can expect top notch service from the staff at this hotel. Location Located on Flynn Road, Half a mile from the Detroit Metro Airport and 13 miles to downtown Detroit. Take exit 198 (Merryman Road exit) off of Interstate 94. Dining Located within the Marriott is Ha Penny Pub, an Irish themed Pub serving drinks, pints of beer, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby is Bob Evan s, Leonardo s and many others, including fast food restaurants. Breakfast is included each morning of your stay. Please ask at check-in for your breakfast coupons. Amenities Include courtesy airport shuttle, complimentary parking, restaurant, lounge, hairdryers, irons, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, business center a gift shop and complimentary in-room coffee/tea. Miscellaneous Check-in is 3:00 pm. Check-out is 12 noon. You may check-in earlier depending upon room availability. We submit our clients names to the hotel prior to race weekend. You just give your name when you check in. All room and tax have been pre-paid. You are responsible for any incidental charges and may be asked for a credit card for incidental charges. 6

This is strictly a personal decision. 7 Scanner Rental Don t just watch the excitement, hear it and see more than the view from your seat. You ve never experienced racing like this before. You can witness the drivers & crew chiefs plotting strategies, the radio and TV broadcasts, and the NASCAR officials...all uncensored! Our Scanners are NASCAR FanVision which allow you to watch and hear the all the action from drivers, crew chiefs, NASCAR officials and TV/Radio media, view stats, and access to social media such as twitter. We also have Racing Electronics 3000 which allow you to hear all the action while you watch the track. We will order your scanner in advance so you ll know that you have a scanner when you arrive at the track. All you have to do is sit back and relax on the way to the track knowing that you will be able to pick up a pre-ordered scanner. A limited number of scanners are available. LoPatin, a developer who was president of the American Raceways, Inc. The track was designed by Charles Moneypenny who also designed Daytona International Speedway. In 1972, Penske Corporation purchased Michigan Speedway and immediately began an innovative improvement plan which resulted in the Michigan Speedway becoming one of the country s finest racing facilities. International Speedway Corp. purchased Penske Motorsports and Michigan Speedway in Michigan Speedway s recognition as a premier facility in Motorsports is due partly to its wide racing surface. Three and four-abreast racing is routine on this two-mile tri-oval. Race fans enjoy Michigan Speedway for its spectacular view of the entire track from almost every seat, for its cleanliness and amenities such as free parking and for its scenic location in the Irish Hills of Southeastern Michigan. Over its 46 year history, Michigan Speedway has been consistently upgraded and improved for the enjoyment of the fans and participants. Details are below: A victory in one of the first 26 races likely will guarantee a driver a berth in the 10-race Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. The Chase field is expanded from 12 to 16 drivers, with those drivers advancing to what now will be known as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Chase Grid. The number of championship drivers in contention for the NASCAR Sprint Cup championship will decrease after every three Chase races, from 16 to start in the Chase Grid; 12 after Chase race No. 3; eight after Chase race No. 6; and four after Chase race No. 9. The first three races of the Chase (27-29) will be known as the Challenger Round; races will be known as the Contender Round; races will be the Eliminator Round and race No. 36 will be the NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship. A win by a championship-eligible driver in any Chase race automatically clinches the winning driver a spot in the next Chase round. Four drivers will enter the NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship with a chance for the Cup, with the highest finisher among those four capturing the prestigious NASCAR Sprint Cup Series title

8 NEW Qualifying Procedures! 2015 Sprint Cup Race Teams At tracks measuring 1.25 miles in length or larger, qualifying for the Coors Light Pole Award will consist of three rounds: The first qualifying elimination round will be 25 minutes in duration and includes all cars/trucks. The 24 cars/trucks that post the fastest single lap from the first qualifying round will advance to the second round. The remaining cars/trucks will be sorted based on their times posted in the first round of qualifying in descending order. The second qualifying elimination round will be 10 minutes in duration and the 12 cars/trucks that post the fastest single lap time will advance to the third and final round. The fastest remaining cars/trucks earn positions 13th through 24th based on their times posted in qualifying in descending order. The third and final qualifying round will be five minutes in duration and the fastest single lap time will determine positions 1st through 12th in descending order. There will be a five-minute break between each qualifying round. 11 Brooklyn and Detroit On many Michigan maps, you won t be able to find the relatively isolated area known as Brooklyn, Michigan. But when NASCAR comes to town in June and August, tiny Brooklyn comes alive! The Plaza is a gathering place featuring a network of walking paths and grassy areas where you can take a time out from the high-speed action and excitement on the track. Covering over 26 acres, this fan-friendly area has plenty of entertainment, expanded vendor outlets, and new interactive display areas to add even more fun and comfort to your race weekend. The small community of Brooklyn is in the Ann Arbor, Jackson and Irish Hills area, about 60 miles west of Detroit. Every year Brooklyn holds special events that coincide with the races. Brookfest is an auto extravaganza held a couple of days before the race on an 87-acre tract located next to the Michigan Speedway. The surrounding areas of Brooklyn have a lot to offer tourists as well. Southwest of Jackson is Sparks Foundation County Park. This 450-acre park features Cascades, 15 waterfalls and 6 fountains, Also in the park are two golf courses, tennis courts, boating and miniature golf. The Irish Hills area is located East of Michigan Speedway on US 12. A popular tourist spot, its attractions include go-cart tracks, putt-putt golf and a 19th century village theme park called Stage Coach Stop USA featuring saloons, an ice cream parlor, antique shops and trading post. Travel to Detroit to catch a baseball game at Tiger Stadium or tour your favorite car manufacturing facility (Ford or Chevrolet) while in the Motor City. The Henry Ford Museum is an incredible experience that highlights the early 20th century. It is located 15 miles from our hotel. Or, you may want to try your luck at one of the several casinos in Detroit and Canada. Windsor, Canada is just across the Detroit River from Detroit and can be accessed by bridge or tunnel. 21 Local Points of Interest The Henry Ford Museum Oakwood Blvd, Dearborn, MI More than a museum, it is a museum-entertainment complex where patrons can take a ride in a Model T, ride the train, visit an IMAX Theatre, or see a live show. Named for its founder Henry Ford and based on his desire to preserve items of historical significance and portray the Industrial revolution, the property houses a vast array of famous homes, machinery, exhibits, and Americana. The collection contains many rare exhibits including JFK's limousine, Abraham Lincoln's chair from Fords Theatre, Thomas Edison's laboratory, the Wright Brothers' bicycle shop, and the Rosa Parks bus. Greenfield Village Oakwood Blvd, Dearborn, MI Located at the Henry Ford Museum Greenfield Village is considered the first and largest outdoor museum in America. Nearly one hundred historical buildings were moved to the property from their original locations and arranged in a "village" setting. The museum's intent is to show how Americans lived and worked since the founding of the country. The Village includes buildings from the 17th century to the present. A collection of craft buildings such as pottery, glass-blowing, and tin shops provide demonstrations while producing materials used in the Village & for sale. Greektown Historic District Between Brush and St. Antoine Streets Downtown Detroit Greektown Historic District, also known as Greektown, is a historic neighborhood, commercial, and entertainment district in Detroit, Michigan, located just northeast of the heart of downtown, along Monroe Avenue between Brush and St. Antoine Streets with a station on the city's elevated downtown monorail transit system known as the Detroit People Mover. 22
