5 GIVING BACK TO CHICAGO S YOUTH Net proceeds from the Summit benefit the Chicago Sports Summit Foundation, a non-profit with a mission to promote healthy living by supporting youth-oriented community organizations, such as After School Matters, Girls in the Game and Chicago Run. The event also supports orthopedic research and education with a goal of better understanding the care and treatment of athletes of all abilities. 2016: $30,000 donated 2017: $50,000 donated 2018: $80,000 donated 2019: $100,000 goal!
