Modification of Art in the 2018 FIA WRC Sporting Regulations On a road section that is a public road and at the start of a Special Stage, a competition car may only be driven on four freely rotating wheels and tyres. Any infringements will be reported to the Stewards who may impose a penalty up to disqualification. 2. Modification of Art in the 2018 FIA WRC Sporting Regulations 62.1 TYRE QUANTITIES FOR 2018 The quantities of new tyres for use at each Championship event shall be detailed in the rally supplementary regulations and be based on the following: - A maximum of 7 tyre changes is permitted on any one rally. - The maximum quantity of tyres allowed on each rally will be calculated as follows: "X" number of changes multiplied by 4 tyres. 4 tyres for WRC cars and 2 for the other cars are added in the overall quantity. - For the Monte Carlo rally, the "X" number of changes will be multiplied by 5 tyres. - All tyre quantities will be detailed in the supplementary regulations of each rally. - Tyres used during shakedown will not count towards the overall quantity. For WRC cars, all tyres used during shakedown must be from the same compound, as defined by the tyre suppliers FIA WRC Sporting Regulations / Art Tyres specified for use during the rally. The maximum quantity of tyres for the entire event will be: WRC cars 24 (5 changes x 4 tyres + 4 spares) All other cars 22 (5 changes x 4 tyres + 2 spares). Tyres used during shakedown will not count towards the overall quantity. Running of Flexi-Service The procedure described in Art of the 2018 FIA WRC Sporting Regulations, will apply for all Priority drivers (P1, P2, P3).

6 21. Supplementary Regulations / Art Official Start / Pre-Start Holding Area (replace) The official start of the rally will be at TC0 (Asparan, Service Park). Rally cars will be driven from the Service Park to the pre-start holding area (Marmaris Cordon) by the crew. All cars will start with one minute intervals. The holding area will be under vigilance. Access to the holding area is limited to team members and media representatives with appropriate identification. Between TC0A and TC0B any service may be performed only according to article of the 2018 FIA WRC Sporting Regulations. 22. Supplementary Regulations / Art Starting Intervals (replace) All cars will start all sections with a minimum interval of two minutes. 23. Supplementary Regulations / Art Time Card Change During the Rally (update) Time cards will be issued at the following time controls: TC0 / TC1A / TC1B / TC4B / TC7C / TC7D / TC10B / TC13C / TC13D TC16A / TC17D 24.
