1 SUPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS NAGRADA PRIMOŠTENA 2012 event: ALPE ADRIA EUROPEAN REGIONAL ENDURO CHAMPIONSHIP The Motoclub «ŠIBENIK» will promote the 5Round of the 2012 ALPE-ADRIA Enduro Championship, and ALPE-ADRIA NATIONS CHAMPIONSHIP - HMS nr M Results will be count towards the: 1 Croatian championship in all clases 2 Austrian championship in all clases The event will be held in accordance with the Sporting Code of the UEM, AA and HMS, together with the relevant Appendices, these Supplementary Regulations and any final Instructions approved by the Jury The event will be held on Friday 12, Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 October 2012 at Primošten-Croatia ACCESS Nearest airport Split-Kaštela 35 km from Primošten Highway A1 exit 22 Šibenik folow rute 8 to Primošten 24 km 50% Special discount for Car ferry lines Jadrolinija only return ticket (ask for details) 1 ORGANIZER name: adress: GSM: Moto klub ŠIBENIK VNazora 53, ŠIBENIK ,(english, croatian, italian) FAX, , amk@sit-comhr web site: wwwenduroprimostencom 2 ENTRIES Entries must be made on the official entry form (filled completely) and sent to MK Šibenik by the closing date After this deadline the organizer is not obliged to receive any driver to this competition Entry fee will be paid by cash during the Registration (administrative control), 70 or in local currency Additionally 50,00 EURO will pay drivers accepts as late entry 3 REGISTRATION It will take place at Primošten (old city) on: Friday from 18:00 to 22:00 Additionall registration only for late entries and amateurs- Sathurday from 7,00 to 8,00 At administrative inspection the rider must submit: - National enduro Rider's Licence - Driving Licence, - Confirmation of entry fee payment, - Filled entry form - Starting permission SPECIAL NOTE: Attention to all riders, there will be additionall fee of 20- for late attending the registration 4 TECHNICAL INSPECTION It will take place at Primošten (old city) on: Sathurday from 07:00 to 09:00

2 Each machine must be road legal for the Country in which it is registered, and comply with all requirements of the UEM Sporting Code and relevant Appendices, including those under art01161 At technical inspection the rider must submit - Registration sticker - Bike Registration Document (with frame number), - Motorcycle insurance -International Insurance Certificate (Green Card) - together with his Helmet - A noise test will be carried out in accordance with the Technical Rules After conducting the Teh inspection driver must immediately push motorcycles in the"park Ferme" 5 STARTING ORDER 1- SENIOR E1 2- SENIOR E2 3- SENIOR E3 4- JUNIOR 5- VETERAN 6 COURSE FIRST DAY: The course for the first day shall consist of 4 laps, approximately total of 150 km course which will include 2 timechecks per lap SECOND DAY: Same as first day The race will start: 1day at 11:00 2day at 10:00 The location and length of each test shall be displayed at the secreteriat of the event on Thursday 11 October next from 08:00 Unofficial results will be announced on Info board 30 minutes after the end of the race 6 SPECIAL TEST FIRST DAY: There will be a total of 2 special tests per lap, enduro ST ( Primošten-Beach 1150m), and cross ST( Bojana 2056m) SECOND DAY: Same as first day SPECIAL NOTE: Attention to all riders, there will be penalties of 3 minutes for all involuntary or voluntary leaving the special test course market by plastic tape, including cuting or distroying plastic tape To avoid penalisation rider must return to the place from where the exit was made 7 ASSESSMENT OF PERFORMANCE Penalties to be in accordance with UEM art HEADQUARTERS AND JURY MEETINGS The headquarters for the event will be at the secreteriat of the event and the office will be open from Thursday 11 October The Jury meetings will be held at the secreteriat of the event The first Jury meeting will be held on Friday( ) at 18:00 Subsequent Jury meetings will be at times decided by the Jury President and these times will be displayed on at Race Office 9 OFFICIAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT Official results will be announced on Info board after Jury meeting

3 10 PRIZE / AWARDS GIVING CEREMONY Prize / award giving ceremony/ for all classes will take place at podium in centar Primošten (Sunday aprox17:30) Special extra prizese for top three finished riders (general ranking): 1 place500-2 place300-3 place ENVIRONMENT Every rider and accompanying persons must respect the provisions of the FIM and UEM Rules for Environment The use of environmental carpets is obliged during the whole event! 5 The riders are insured for the minimum compulsory insurance coverage in accordance with the UEM Codes (UEM Sporting Code Art 1102) Potpisani jamči za istinitost svih navedenih podataka i izjavljuje da je upoznat s propisima Međunarodnog športskog pravilnika FIA/UEM, kao i Posebnog pravilnika natjecanja Vozač nastupa na vlastitu odgovornost Participants Responsibility et Liability a) Responsibility The participants (sponsors, drivers, passengers, owners and owner-drivers of vehicles) take part in the event at their own risk They bear the sole responsibility regarding civil and penal codes for damages caused by them or the vehicle in their use of so far as no liability exemption has been stipulated in compliance with the Supplementary Regulations of the meeting If the driver, himself, is neither the owner nor the owner-driver of the vehicle used by him during the competition, he releases those persons listed in the following liability waiver from all claims by the owner and the owner-driver of the vehicle or submits, together with the entry form, a corresponding waiver from the owner or the owner-driver of the vehicle b) Liability Waiver By submitting the entry form, the participants (sponsors, drivers, passengers, owners and owner-drivers of vehicles) waive all rights to legal action and recourse for any accident or damage incurred in conjunction with the event against: - the UEM, the FIM, the FMNR, their presidents, members, employees, sporting stewards and other officials; - member-club of the FMNR and their sub-organization; - organizer/promoter, his/their representatives, stewards and assistants; - the owner(s) of the property used for the event including structures and installations on it, the administration of the circuit used for the event, its representatives and assistants; - the participants and their attendants as well as against his/their own assistants in so far as a race or special tests for attaining high-speeds or best times are concerned; - authorities, race services and any other organization or corporate or natural bodies involved in the organization of the event, in so far as the accident or damage did not occur through intent or gross negligence This agreement will take effect for all parties involved with the submission of the entry form to the organizer The undersigned recognizes the above restrictions and commits himself to comply strictly with them, if an injury occurs or is noticed during the event of if the rider s health has been affected such that his fitness for continuing in the motorcycling competition has been put in question,the undersigned with regard to the security risk also resulting for third parties releases the doctors from their obligation to professional secrecy towards the FMNR and towards the officials carrying responsibility at the event (Doctor of the Event,Clerk of the Course, Sporting Stewards) respectively Mjesto/datum(Place/date) potpis vozača(drivers signature) The riders are insured for the minimum compulsory insurance coverage in accordance with the UEM Codes (UEM Sporting Code Art 1102) Odobrava se nastup gore navedenom vozaču The above-mentioned driver/competitor is granted permission to participate Mjesto/datum(Place/date) Stamp of the FMN potpis(signature)
