V.INSURANCE 5.1.INSURANCECOVERAGEFORTHEORGANISER: Organiser sliabilityinsurance OrganiserhasconcludedaninsurancecontractwithOrganiser sliabilityinsurancecoveringdamagecausedtoa thirdpartyduringthecompetitionupto57924eur.theinsuranceperiodisfrom08september201700:00until 09September201723: DamageCausedtotheThirdParty A part of insurance contract is coverage for damages caused to the third party. However, damages caused by driversamongthemselvesarenotcoveredbycontract InternationalGreenCard AllcrewsatAdministrativeCheckhavetohandinavalidmotorthirdpartyliabilityinsurancepolicyorInternational Greencardfortheircar.Withoutthesecards,thecrewwillnotbepermittedtostart. 5.2.INSURANCECOVERAGEFORCOMPETITORSANDCREWS: All drivers and co\drivers are obliged to arrange their own life accident insurance. The proof should be documentedonrequestatadministrativechecking. Bythefactofsigningentryform,competitorsand/ordriversrelinquishanyclaimstocompensationofanykind whichmightresultduetoincidents.therelinquishmentisappliedtofia,asnandorganiser,officialsandother competitorsand/ordrivers. Driversandco\driversfromnon\EUcountrieshavetohavevalidtravelinsurancecontractswithactiverecreational risksincluded. 5.3.DAMAGEREPORTING: Crews are obliged to notify Organiser about any damage caused on track by their car by the end of event the latest.violationofthisdutywillbepenalizedby100eur. 5.4.INSURANCECOVERAGEEXCLUSIONS: Auxiliaryvehicles,reconnaissancecarsandvehicleswithspecialstickersissuedbytheorganiserarenotcoveredby theprovidedrallyinsurance(withtheexceptionofinsuredorganiser scars)andthosearealwaysgoingontheir ownresponsibility. 5.5.DAMAGECOVERAGEEXCLUSIONS: TheOrganiserrefusesanyliabilityfordamagethathasbeencausedbyaparticipantduetounfairaction either regardingrallyregulationsorthesesupplementaryregulationsorthestatelaw.incaseofaroadtrafficaccident neither a service car, reconnaissance car nor official s car with rally markings are considered as crew of the competition.inthesecasesonlyacarownerthird\personliabilityinsurancepoliciesarevalid. If, for any reason, a crew is forced to replace the reconnaissance car during the reconnaissance, the Secretariat(phone:+370\618\40711)mustbeinformedaboutthedetailsofthenewreconnaissancecar. 9.2.NATIONALSPEEDLIMITS: Town/Village: 50km/h Nonresidence: Gravelroads: 70km/h Asphaltroads: 90km/h Motorways: 120km/h Highways: 130km/h Speedduringreconnaissance(Art ofRRSR) AllreconnaissanceofSpecialStageshastobedoneatreasonablespeedinaccordancewithLithuaniantrafficrules. ThemaximumspeedsetforreconnaissanceofSSis70km/h,exceptforthoseareasinwhichtherearespeedlimit signs(50km/hor30km/h)orotherlimitationsmarkedintheroadbook.breakingtherulesandexceedingspeed limits on public roads will be also controlled and fined by the Lithuanian Police according to traffic laws of Lithuania.GPSdatawillalsobemonitoredduringliaison. 9.3.GPSSPEEDCONTROLCHECKINGDEVICES: CollectionofGPSspeedcontrolcheckingdevices DuringAdministrativeChecks ElektrėnaiCultureCenter,Draugystėsst.2,Elektrėnai.
