1 /Small Small School Boys Team Player Name # Year Pos. Twitter Honors/Awards: Michael Cruger JR 2-year starter Receiving Interest From: Saginaw Valley, Knox College and Washburn University Coach Evaluation: Michael is a tremendous teammate, who is committed to making himself a better player. Biggest strength is his ability to shoot the basketball and at his size is a great tool. He continues to work on his strength in the weight room and that has translated on to the floor this year. Aurora Christian Taaj Davis 12 SO Jaehshon Thomas 22 FR 2 year starter, received allconference as a freshman Taaj is an excellent talent for us. He has the ability to shoot, but his biggest strength at this point is getting to the basket. One thing that will separate himself in the next couple of years is his work ethic and desire to get better. His commitment level is one to admire. He had a brother who was on a scholarship for basketball at a Division II school in Florida. Jaehshon is an athlete to watch. His dad was 4 year starter at West Aurora, whose team made it the state tournament. Jaehshon is an excellent shooter with a high basketball IQ. Will Wolfe 24 SO 2 year starter, Unanimous 2nd team all-conference as freshman, Illinois Christian Schools freshman of the year Will comes from an excellent family background of basketball. His dad played at Michigan State for Jud Heathcote and still holds 3 pt. records there. He was also a two-time captain. His brother Jake, who is a senior at Aurora Christian, just signed early to play at Division I Limbscomb University. Will has a unique skill set due to his size and ability. He is 6 6 but plays like a guard. He has improved this year his explosion to the basket, but his greatest strength is his shot. He shot 42% from 3 pt. land last year as a freshman on varsity. He will garner a ton of attention by the time he is a senior.

Good pick and pop 4 man. Can handle and pass the ball very well at his size with either hand. Block and alters shots at the rim. Water bug quick PG. Does not turn the ball over and knows how to draw defenders and kick to shooters. Very quick first step and very good going left as a right-handed player. Can shut down the other team's PG with his disruptive on-ball defense. Randy Tucker 1 SR
5 Shooting Rockford Lutheran Rockton Hononegah Kenny Strawbridge 1 SR Brayden Hennis 20 SR Caleb Donaldson 1 JR Nick Pierson 23 JR Team Captain; Big Northern All Conference; Honorable Mention All State; First Team All Tournament (Wheaton MLK); First Team All Tournament (State Farm Classic) Receiving a lot of interest from many Division 1 schools and will make a decision this spring. Governors State, Beloit College Great shooter with point guard skills. High basketball IQ and a GREAT teammate! Tremendous shooter who provides length defensively. Leads teams in deflections. Athletic PG who can create for himself or others. Long and lanky. Will be 4 year varsity player. High level student. Strong bodied player who can score from odd angles. Springfield Nate Borders 55 JR Zaire Harris 11 JR Academic All- Conference CS8 Can step out and shoot the 3. Good hands and big body. The downside is he's slow getting down the floor. However, he makes up for that by having a good understanding of the game. He is also and honors students with great family home life. Would be a real nice addition for a D3 or NAIA school looking for a good role player that will fit in academically and athletically. Zaire is ranked #3 in a class of 400 looking to major in engineering or medical sciences. He is a solid shooter with a high basketball IQ. He is extremely coachable and would be a fine addition to a D2, D3, NAIA or juco program.
6 @ChastenHughes Point / Shooting Small / Power Chasten Hughes 34 SR Has improved dramatically from one season ago. He is aggressive on the defensive end, but still tentative on the offensive end. He still has a nice upside with his length and potential. He could possibly be a D2 player depending on what a team is looking for but definitely be a quality addition to a Juco, D3 or NAIA school. South Holland Thornwood Springfield Ananaise Mackey 15 SR Bennie Slater 2 FR Josh Washington 25 SR Jalen Chavers 3 SR Jalen Martin 25 SR Parkland College; St Louis Community College North Carolina Wesleyan College; University of Nebraska Omaha; Kankakee Parkland College; University of Rochester Able to shoot mid range and occasional 3 point. Average dribbling ability. He is strong. He would fit into a D3, Juco, or NAIA program. Bennie is on pace to be a D1 player. He is very long. He shoots the 3 well and is able to get to the basket off the dribble. Depending on match ups we are able to use him at the point guard position as well. His versatility makes him a tough match up. Blue collar inside player. He is great picking up weak side garbage off the glass. He is a very hard worker and extremely coachable. He would fit into a D3, Juco, or NAIA program.
7 Point / South Holland Thornwood Joshua Roseborough 5 SR Zachery Carr 1 JR Samuel Moore 2 SR Judson University; Wesleyan University Northland College; Kankakee Community College
