(Bayside HS) A highly-regarded prospect out of high school who battled through an injury-plagued collegiate career at East Carolina Missed the last two spring practice periods (lower back/2014, right shoulder/2015) which limited development and prevented consistent inclusion on program s depth chart at the outside linebacking position Played in only three combined contests as a freshman, sophomore and senior, but did contribute as a defensive reserve and special teams member during junior campaign In all, experienced action in 15 career games and logged three stops Although action on the field was limited, displayed growth in strength and conditioning program when healthy Owns a back squat of 605 pounds, a bench press of 365 and a pro shuttle time of : Earned two-deep standing as the top reserve at the will position after completion of fall camp Experienced action in the first two contests against Towson and Florida, but did not record any statistics Participated on special teams and defensive unit against Tigers before suffering left knee injury on defense against the Gators Did not play in remaining 10 games (because of aforementioned injury). 2014: Appeared in 12 games in a reserve linebacking and special teams role, and was credited with a pair of tackles (one solo) Did not play at South Carolina Recorded first stop in season opener against N.C.
