The top two overall prospects are Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota. Winston is the sure #1 overall selection and Mariota will most likely go in the top 5- picks. Brett Hundley, Bryce Petty and Garrett Grayson could come off the board in the top prospects. Hundley appears to be a top 50 selection. Grayson is rising up the charts quickly off a developed skill set and the critical and vital intangibles. Sean Mannion is a strong Top QB Prospects 1. * Jameis Winston - Florida St 2. * Marcus Mariota - Oregon 3. * Brett Hundley - UCLA 4. Bryce Petty - Baylor 5. Garrett Grayson - Colorado St 6. Blake Sims - Alabama armed prospect who scouts like a lot and feel he can become a starter in the right setting. Bryce Petty is falling off limited experience under center and may even fall out of the top 100 selections. Bryan Bennett is a quick athektuc passer with NFL talent with developed skills to surprise and probably challenge for a starting duty after critical time in a system. He is an underrated prospect who could be a late round selection and a gem in this class. This class features a few developmental types who need to be in situations to learn a system and settle into playing time. Shane Carden, Connor Halliday, Tyler Heinicke and Bo Wallace can make NFL rosters as #3. This is a weak group with as few as 6- prospects being chosen over the three-day event. 1. * Jameis Winston #5 - Florida St - 6-4, Sp. 4.5 Rating 94 Dynamic, well-developed field general led the Seminoles to one BCS title and one Key Factors final four finish in his two seasons at the Athletic Ability helm of their offense. During his redshirt Arm Strength 9 freshman season, he earned ACC Player Accuracy of the Year and Rookie of the Year and Mechanics 9 consensus All-American honors. He set Mobility 7 national freshman records for passing Instincts 9 yards (4,057) and passing TDs (40) and Intangibles 6 also won the Heisman Trophy. Had he Ball Handling been eligible for the 2014 NFL draft, he Decision Making 7 may well have been the No. 1 overall pick. He was not as productive in the passing Hindu Theory department in His completion pct and TD's declined while his interceptions rose Vince Young significantly. One year after throwing for 40 TDs and just 10 ints, his numbers fell to a relatively average 25 TD passes and 1 picks. In a historic Rose Bowl showdown with the other top QB in the country, Winston and the 'Noles fumbled away their opportunity to repeat as champions, losing to Marcus Mariota's 1

Oregon Ducks. He has all the natural physical traits one would seek in today's NFL. Such as ideal size, good athleticism, very strong arm and fine pocket awareness. His intangibles include poise, anticipation, toughness, vision, leadership and competitive desire. Basically the complete package, from a physical standpoint. When on top of his game, he fires strikes before the receivers are out of their breaks or looking for the ball. Also deals with pressure well, by evading, resetting and speeding up his process when necessary by hearing his internal clock. Usually makes sound decisions with the ball with displaying the ability to deliver very accurate short and intermediate passes, as well as tossing strikes down the alleys. Possesses fine touch on deep passes as well as inside the red zone. Though he struggled during the first half of several games in 2014, he consistently impressed with the ability to make adjustments and rally his offense from behind, making clutch throws with the game on the line. The main concern scouts have about his pro-readiness are his off the field issues where a series of unsavory incidents have raised questions about maturity and character, including a sexual assault charge, shoplifting and using vulgar language in the student union. A few teams may have him off their boards entirely. Though that decision is likely moot, since 31 teams will probably not have the chance to draft him. Some scouts think he needs to quicken and shorten his delivery in order to be consistently successful in the NFL. He has a tendency to wind up when he throws, rather than the more desirable quick release. He has more than enough arm strength, so the elongated delivery was not a problem at the college level. Sometimes has a tendency to stare down his target and will make poor decisions with the ball down the field when under pressure. At times, he will backpedal and make off-balance throws, rather than stepping into them, which negates his natural arm strength. Shown to be fairly vulnerable to underneath defenders dropping in front of his intended targets. Given the frequency of zone-blitzes in the NFL this could be a legitimate concern. He sets up adequately in the pocket with the ability to find the passing lanes, though he can struggle to pick up secondary receivers. He needs work on his basic footwork and his follow through technique while showing more pocket poise. The Numbers: As a redshirt sophomore, he started 13 games and had 305 completions of 467 passes for 3907 yards with 25 TDs and a disturbing 1 interceptions. As a freshman, he started 14 games and completed 67% of his passes for 4057 yards with 40 TDs and 10 interceptions. At the NFL Combine, he ran a 4.91 time with a 2.5 VJ and an 7 BJ. In the passing drills, he displayed good velocity, timing and accuracy. He helped his cause with a strong performance. He is similar to Vince Young and Ben Roethlisberger in size, delivery, toughness and overall AA development. He reminds me of Big Ben on his ability to throw the deep ball while scrambling late on the down. The Skinny: Talented strong-armed QB is able to make all the throws. Competitor who takes command and displays top football IQ and capable of making a difference with the game on the line. Strong frame and size to hold up to the physical demands of the game. Shows the toughness and defensive recognition to continue to develop as a winning pro starter. Fast developing talent with only two seasons as a starter which usually demands time to settle into an offense. One of the gems in recent years at the position. Interesting prospect with the upside potential to develop quickly and be a surprise rookie starter. PR has done a great job promoting him this offseason, but the serious allegations leave a lasting impression that only maturity and commitment can truly correct. Talented QB and best in class, though he may need a few seasons. Behind only Leonard Williams on value board. Draft Projection: 1st Round - Top overall pick 2. * Marcus Mariota # - Oregon - 6-4, Sp Rating 90 Highly productive and athletic redshirt junior led the Ducks to a BCS 2nd place Key Factors finish, while piling up a myriad of Athletic Ability 9 individual honors along the way. Marcus Arm Strength was the Ducks' first ever Heisman Trophy Accuracy winner and the first player from the state Mechanics of Hawaii. He was also Oregon's second Mobility 9 all-time unanimous 1st-team All- Instincts American. Other honors included Player Intangibles 9 of the Year by the AP, the Walter Camp Ball Handling Football Foundation, and the Maxwell Decision Making 9 Award. Also received the Davey O'Brien Hindu Theory National QB and Johnny Unitas Golden Arm awards, as the nation's top collegiate Colin Kaepernick quarterback. Well praised for his intelligence, humility and work ethic. Fine natural arm strength to fire the ball up and down the field. He has the supreme athleticism to run away from defenders, even defensive backs. Very skilled at evading pressure while keeping his eyes downfield. Very quick release and displays deadly accuracy, whether in the pocket or on the move. Good arm and not afraid to make the tough throws through tight windows. Also displays nice touch for lofting passes over defenders down the seam, or to backs and receivers on quick swing or outlet passes. His scrambling ability places severe pressure on defenses. His extreme straight-line speed, makes him a legitimate threat for the big play whether by throwing or running on every down. Played in an innovative offense that allowed for simplified decisions for the quarterback and it was basically the 2

same scheme he played in HS. Therefore, some of the NFL requisite basics such as taking the snap from under center and scanning downfield while dropping back are things he has not needed to master yet. Usually very reliant on the first read, and occasionally makes the mistake of throwing late across his body. Accuracy may be an issue at times, as he may miss some open receivers, including high-percentage underneath throws. Quarterbacks that play in an Oregon type offense are basically going to be a projection player for the next level, due to adjusting to a completely different offensive scheme. Unless, in the case of Marcus, he somehow goes to the Eagles where he could play for Chip Kelly, the coach that recruited him to Oregon. He is a savvy mobile athlete who has a fine arm to make all the throws for the pro game. He displays a very good arm with a quick delivery and nice release point to complete a high percentage of passes. He shows the ability to go through his progressions quickly with the smarts to make consistently proper decisions. He spreads the ball around, showing good awareness of coverage and looking off defenders and capable of finding the hot receiver. He has improved his accuracy with the touch to deliver the intermediate and short passes consistently well with fast improving accuracy in the deep game. Knows how to lead a receiver with the right amount touch on the ball, though he can struggle and throw into heavy coverage at times. Speed to make plays outside the pocket with his feet. He has a sturdy frame and footwork within the pocket to avoid the rush or fight off a defender. He has developed fine intangibles related to toughness, leadership and poise under pressure vs top competition. The Numbers: As a junior, he started all 15 games and completed 304 of 445 passes for a 65% rate for 3907 yards with 42 TDs and just 4 picks that earned him the Heisman Trophy and Pac 12 Player of the Year. As a sophomore, he started 13 games and completed 245 passes of 36 attempts for a 63% rate for 3665 yards with 31 TDs and 4 picks. Over his career, he threw for yards for a 67% rate with 105 TDs and just 14 picks on 1167 attempts. He is similar to QB Colin Kaepernick in size, mobility and AA, but a high level of development and intangibles. At the NFL Combine, he came at 6 4 and 222 lbs. He ran a fine 4.52 time and added a 36 VL and 10 1 BJ with a 4.11 shuttle and 6.7 three cone times. At the Oregon pro day, he performed well. He set up quickly with good footwork in the pocket to move laterally and create passing lanes. Technically sound to set up and plant and drive the ball down the field with an above average arm and good fundamentals. Gets the ball down the field, relying on a quick release and the touch to drop the ball into holes in coverage The Skinny: Fast developing passer with a solid chance to start in a short time after some refinement under center. Fine field awareness and a top football IQ that should accelerate his progress within a pro offense. He is an interesting prospect who has elevated his game each season. Needs the right situation, but has the skill set to be a nice surprise at the position. Solid early 1st round pick with definite starting potential after gaining experience and learning a system. Savvy experienced QB and could produce as early as any passer in this class. He has risen into the early selections and probably in the top 5 prospect. Excellent addition with skills to be NFL ready within a short period and a good fit for the Titans, Jets, Bears and Eagles. Excellent intangibles to make a difference. Draft Projection: 1st Round -Top 5-10 pick 3. * Brett Hundley #17 - UCLA - 6-3, Sp Rating 4 Athletic dual threat junior signal-caller has done a fine job of leading the prolific Bruins attack over the past three seasons. Possesses a tall, well-built physique and has the arm to complete passes all over the field. He has natural throwing mechanics with a very good and accurate arm. UCLA's offense expected him to challenge defenses with aggressive downfield throws. He displayed the moxie to try those passes even with defenders in fairly tight coverage. He also has a quick set-up and release, along with the velocity and touch to complete any throw. While his elusiveness and acceleration are very impressive, he also shows good vision and poise from the pocket. Very good at sensing pressure and will climb the pocket as necessary. He showed nice improvement last season re-setting while maintaining his pass options, though some more development is needed in this regard. That is quite important for consistent extended success in the pros. Definitely possesses the physical characteristics to be a prolific dual-threat quarterback in the NFL, along with the mental makeup needed for long term success. Ran the offense almost entirely from the shotgun and basically depended Key Factors Athletic Ability Arm Strength Accuracy Mechanics 7 Mobility Instincts Intangibles Ball Handling Decision Making 7 Hindu Theory Donovan McNabb upon pre-snap reads in a comparatively simple offense. Scouts will need to watch him operate more extensively from the pocket, especially under pressure. Shows a tendency of dropping his eyes and looking to run when facing pressure, even when he can avoid the initial pressure. He has good, but not elite straight-line speed in the mold of top dual-threat QBs. Ball placement is still an aspect that is under development. As with many young QB's, he needs to improve anticipation as a passer and maintain better rhythm with his receivers. However, he also possesses the natural traits that cannot be coached. He looks the part as an NFL starting QB - instinctive, good arm with a quick delivery and good scrambling ability to make positive yardage when under pressure. He is capable of making all the throws and standing tall in the pocket. The Numbers: As a junior, he threw for 3155 yards with 271 completions of 392 attempts for 22 TD passes and just 5 picks. He completed 69% of his passes and added another 644 yards and 10 TDs running the ball. During his 3

final season, he struggled at midseason with a few mediocre performances especially from a decision making perspective. As a sophomore, he threw for 3071 yards with 245 completions of 369 attempts for 24 TD passes and 9 picks, starting all 13 games. He completed 67% of his passes. At the NFL Combine, he came in at 6 3 and 226 lbs. and did a 4.63 time. He did have a 36 VL and 10 BJ with a 6.93 three cone and 3.9 shuttle times. At the Bruins pro day, he threw the ball erratically and had a weak performance. Similar to former #1 pick Donovan McNabb, in size, AA and potential, though not as a strong an arm or mobile as a runner. The Skinny: Developing young QB with all the talent to become a quality NFL starter in time. He should command a 2nd day selection, maybe as early as the 2nd round. Titans, Browns and Bears are all interested. Type that needs to sit a season or two and be in a setting where he can compete for the starting job after getting comfortable in a system. He still needs development both physically and mentally to hold up to the rigors of the NFL. In time, this is a good NFL starter with the skills to develop, though would benefit from the tutelage of a strong offensive minded coach with extensive under center training. Talented spread QB with the skill set to become a fine starter, but may struggle early due to key areas that need refinement. Draft Projection: 2nd Round 4. Bryce Petty #14 - Baylor - 6-3, Sp. 4.0 Rating 0 Gritty underrated two-year starter in the Bears' high-powered spread offense racked up several honors over his short career. He was named the 2015 Cotton Bowl Offensive Key Factors MVP, the 2014 Bobby Bowden Award winner and the 2013 Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Athletic Ability 7 Award winner. Also was a finalist for the Unitas Golden Arm Award and the Manning Arm Strength Award in his senior season. Possesses the necessary size for the NFL. Not extremely Accuracy 7 fast, but shows decent enough movement skills outside of the pocket. Described by Mechanics many scouts as highly competitive, intelligent and tough. Respected as a leader. Played Mobility 7 every game despite a back injury for much of the 2014 season. Not quite a cannon arm, Instincts but throwing strength is more than sufficient for an NFL starter. Improved throwing the Intangibles deep pass in 2014, compared to Knows when to throw the fastball and when to Ball Handling take something off. Gets his feet set with good balance to fire passes. Maintains the ball Decision Making at correct height when setting up and displays a nice quick release. Seldom will he Hindu Theory under throw a deep pass, meaning only his receiver, or no one at all will make the Matt Hasselbeck catch. Rhythm passer who can slice up a defense with touch, timing and placement, especially when working the underneath zones with quick throws. Improving mobility for extending plays outside of the pocket. Reads were frequently predetermined and he would lock on to the primary target. Fairly often would struggle to diagnose the defense and go through his progressions. Always took snaps from the shotgun and not required to move his feet unless pressured. Does not appear comfortable when he has to reset his base or eyes. Attempted many vertical throws, but he had a low completion percentage downfield and often attempted passes that could best be described as balls. NFL teams are often wary of QBs from spread offenses, and some of Petty's 2014 games will not enhance his draft stock. The Numbers: Over the 2014 season, he started 12 games and completed 270 passes of 42 attempts for a 63% rate for 355 yards with 29 TDs and 7 picks. Over his junior season, he threw for 4662 yards while completing 62% with 32 TDs and 3 picks in 13 starts. He attempted only 14 passes with 10 completions for 1 TD his first two seasons. At the NFL Combine, he came in at 6 3 and 230 lbs. He ran a 4.7 time with a 34 VL, 10 1 BJ and added a 4.13 shuttle and 6.91 three cone. Impressed coaches with his attitude and his ability to pick up schemes and a new offense. At his pro day, he threw well, displaying accuracy, power and surprising mobility. The Skinny: Tough productive passer faces a steep learning curve under center, but has both the physical and mental skills to make that adjustment. Fine size and arm strength to become a quality NFL starter with some critical development. Needs clear improvement in his footwork and set up to play in a pro set. He can get the ball into tight windows in coverage, though he needs further work on recognizing different defensive schemes and learn to go through his progressions quicker. His setup mechanics need some critical work and development with a QB coach who can refine his overall technique. Physically similar to former NFL starter Matt Hasselbeck. Natural talent to become a good starting QB after learning a system. Fine long term prospect that needs time and is a work in progress. Probable late 2nd day selection and marginal top 100 pick with the talent to go on the 3rd round to teams like Texans, Titans and Bears very interested. Draft Projection: 3rd Round 5. Garrett Grayson #1 - Colorado St - 6-2, Sp Rating 0 Unsung, productive two-year starter for the Rams has been steadily climbing the QB rankings after a fine senior season and solid showings in All-Star games. After missing most of 2012 with a broken collarbone, he has stayed healthy the past two seasons. Emerged as one of the Mountain West's best quarterbacks, and was named the conference's Player of the Year which earned invitations to the East-West Shrine and Senior Bowl weeks. Displayed fine touch on his deep-balls along with even better accuracy in Shows the knack of putting the 4

right amount of air under the ball and places throws into consistently catchable spots for receivers. Gets feet set and generates power from his lower body with proper weight transfer to drive the ball with fine zip. Squares his shoulders consistently to throw when out of the pocket. Displays impressive toughness and poise from the pocket. Able to stand tall in the face of the rush and will take a hit in order to deliver the pass. Shows willingness to challenge safeties and will attack over the top against press corners. Production improved both seasons as starter. Has experience working under center, as well as from the pistol and shotgun. Shows a tight unique windup that slows his release. Was not expected to work sidelines much and struggles with velocity and accuracy when he does. Run after the catch TDs helped inflate his YPA and TD totals in Was inconsistent in decision-making and has a need for processing quicker. Can get locked in too often on his primary target. Seldom able to threaten defenses with feet. Marginal improvisational skills or ability to extend plays. Needs better anticipation and trusting his reads. Deliberate when getting into drops and needs to develop quicker ball Key Factors Athletic Ability Arm Strength 7 Accuracy Mechanics Mobility Instincts Intangibles Ball Handling Decision Making 7 Hindu Theory Tony Romo handling. Throwing mechanics are good, though needs some work with an NFL QB coach who can refine his footwork and overall technique. Can be inconsistent with his accuracy on short throws against zone. The Numbers: Over the 2014 regular season, he started 13 games and completed 270 passes of 420 attempts with 7 interceptions and 32 TDs on a 64% rate for 4006 yards which earned him both East-West and Senior Bowl invitations Over his junior season, he threw for 3696 yards on 297 of 47 passing for 62% with 23 TDs and 11 interceptions. Over his starting career, he showed good ball security and decision-making by throwing only 1 picks while working with young receiving corps. He is similar to NFL starter and EIU player Tony Romo in size, AA, arm strength and LOD. At the NFL Combine, he came in at 6 2 and 213 lbs. He ran a 4.74 time but did not workout. At the Senior Bowl week, he gave a strong showing and impressed coaches and scouts with his aptitude and his ability to pick up schemes and a new offense. He displayed a quick delivery and nice accuracy. He picked up the offense quickly and made nice adjustments over the week. The Skinny: Highly productive QB with adequate size and above average arm strength to become a quality starter with some critical development. Needs improvement in his footwork and set up to play in a pro-style offense. He can drive the ball down the field and make the tough intermediate throw accurately. Fits the ball into tight windows in coverage. Needs further work on reading different defenses and to go through his check-downs quicker to make proper decisions. Quality prospect with the talent to become a good starter after critical time in a system. Probable early round pick and marginal top 100 pick with the talent to go in 3rd round to teams like Texans, Bears or Jets. Draft Projection: 3rd-4th Round 6. Sean Mannion #4 - Oregon St - 6-6, Sp Rating 75 Big strong armed senior was able to progress very well as a traditional pocket passer in the Beavers' pro-style offense. He carries an advantage over most QBs in this draft due Key Factors to his extensive experience as a four-year starter in an offense in which he called plays in the huddle. He often worked from under center and was trusted by HC Mike Riley to call audibles as necessary. The learning curve is much less extreme for this player. Possesses an ideal frame for the next level, with the pure arm strength to make every throw. When he can be comfortable in the pocket and given the time to properly step into his throws, his touch and accuracy on intermediate and vertical passes is as impressive as any QB in the nation. Able to consistently place the ball with perfect trajectory over the shoulder of his receivers and allows them to go get it in full stride. Athletic Ability Arm Strength Accuracy Mechanics Mobility Instincts Intangibles Ball Handling 7 7 Shows precise accuracy to lead his target away from defenders. Displays an easy, natural throwing motion and is well-developed in a pro-style offense that contained elements of the West Coast offense. Took snaps from under center as well as in the Decision Making 7 Hindu Theory Nick Foles shotgun. Able to really drive the ball when required, though many of his passes seem to glide, rather than explode from his hand. The results appear effortless and some may question if he has the premier velocity to significantly boost his stock heading into the draft. Fairly immobile. Would benefit by improving poise under pressure. Highly intelligent and usually able to read defenses pre-snap. If he misreads and his primary is taken away, he tends to retreat further into the pocket, rather than climb it. Shows the willingness to take a hit to complete the pass, though more often than not does so while falling back, rather than stepping up, which decreases some of the velocity and accuracy. At the Senior Bowl week, he gave a strong showing and impressed coaches with his strong arm and his ability to pick up coverage, schemes and a different offense in general. The Numbers: As a senior, he started 12 games and completed 22 of 453 passes for 15 TDs with eight interceptions and 3164 yards. As a junior, he started 13 games and completed 400 of 603 passes and threw 37 TD passes with 15 interceptions for 4662 yards, a Pac-12 single season record. As a sophomore, he started 10 games and completed 200 of 309 attempts for 15 TDs with 13 picks and 2446 yards. Took over as the starter as a redshirt freshman. Started 12 games and completed 305 of 473 passes, for 332 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 1 5

interceptions. Over his career, he threw for yards along with a disturbing 54 interceptions and 3 TD passes on a 64% completion rate. He is similar to NFL starters, Nick Foles and Mike Glennon in size, AA, arm strength and LOD. At the NFL Combine, he came in at 6 6 and 229 lbs. He ran a 5.06 time and added a 31 VL and an 9 BJ. The Skinny: Highly productive QB with a huge frame and strong arm to become a quality starter with some development. Needs improvement in his footwork to set up to play in a pro-style offense. He can throw the deep ball with accuracy, drive the ball down the field and make the tough intermediate throws. Fits the ball into tight windows in coverage. Intriguing prospect and maybe the hidden gem in this average QB class. Probable early 3rd day pick with underrated talent and top 150 prospect with the skill set to shock NFL fans and win a starting job within a few seasons after learning a system. Great late gamble with huge upside to be one of the steals in this class. Needs further work on reading defenses and go through his progressions. Clubs like Bears, Titans or Jets. Draft Projection: 4th Round 7. Bryan Bennett #3 - Southeastern Louisiana - 6-2, Sp Rating 70 Very mobile, athletic strong armed prospect began his career at Oregon as a well-regarded four-star recruit out of Crespi HS in Encino. CA and rated the #10 QB in the country in He was at first considered the heir apparent to Darron Thomas, until someone named Marcus Mariota came along. Left with the choice of being a backup, changing positions, or transferring, he decided to do the latter and ended up at SE Louisiana. Very athletic movement skills with elite foot quickness to evade and escape the pass rush, while showing the ability to improvise and effectively scramble. Though his release point is fairly low, he possesses a quick snap delivery and sound mechanics. Quick thinker who processes well and is very decisive once he decides to let it rip. Shows fine efficiency in the pocket to buy time while keeping his eyes downfield. Improving with his touch and effectively adjusts his ball speed. Runs the read-option as well as anyone in this draft with the burst, instincts and running skills to be a significant threat when he keeps the ball. Savvy, confident competitor with pro-level toughness. He was quite productive during his career between Oregon and Southeastern Louisiana with 5 total touchdowns (4 passing, 37 rushing), earning a number of impressive honors including the 2013 Southland Offensive Player of the Year Award. Average frame and height with a low release point. Just adequate, not elite, arm strength and lacks ideal velocity on some important throws. Will throw some floaters with too much air under the passes. Inconsistent with his ball placement and accuracy. Ball control may suffer when on the move, if he does not reset his base. Predetermines his passes at times when he locks his eyes on his reads, which may lead a defender to his intended target. Will make questionable decisions with the ball and takes too many risks by throwing it up for grabs. As a runner, his long-speed is not elite, such as with Mariota, and at times gets cut off by defenders when he tries to reach the edge. Long-term durability is a concern, because he takes a lot of hits and gets beaten up due to his style of play. Nearly all his starting experience (26 of 27 starts) was at the FCS-level vs sub-par competition. Over his final season, he started 13 games and had a 49.5% rate while throwing for 2357 yards for 1 TD passes and picks. In 2013, in 14 games, he completed 60.7% of passes for 3165 yards, 21 TDs and 11 picks. Over his two year starting time, he threw 39 TDs while rushing for 31 scores. At the NFL Combine, he came in at 6 2 and 211 lbs. and ran a 4.79 time. He had a 37 VJ, 10 5 BJ with a 7.13 three cone and 4.20 shuttle. Displayed a sound arm in the throwing drills with a compact release that gets the ball out nicely. He faces a steep learning curve after starting only two seasons as a collegian especially technically in his setup when under center or reading sophisticated defenses. Shows the ability to scan the field, read the defense properly and find the hot receiver. Displays the leadership to direct an offense with the patience to sit in the pocket to allow plays to develop and take a hit. Size, arm strength and intangibles to win a #3 role and move up the charts in time. Tough player with the intangibles necessary to compete at a high level of competition. With development and overall improvement, he could be a starter QB with above average AA. Top 200 prospect and probable late 3rd day pick with definite tools to move up charts and possibly compete for starting time. Good long-term project with talent to impress personnel people.. Shane Carden #5 - East Carolina - 6-2, Sp. 4.5 Rating 65 Gritty intelligent senior three-year starter showed steady improvement and solid production during his career with the Pirates. Average athlete with decent mobility to get to the outside and move the pocket. Good pocket awareness to operate in tight spaces, but able to adjust and confidently use his legs when necessary. Lacks exceptional arm strength, but has acceptable velocity when able to step into throws and follow through. Usually gets the pass off quickly, and is fearless in the pocket when under pressure and willing to hold the ball until the last instant if needed. Not reluctant to test small windows and has the confidence to fire precise strikes and allow his target a chance. Shows innate field awareness and seems to know where everyone is at any time and understands matchups, including where the soft spots are in defenses. Possesses superior football intelligence. Very diligent in his preparation and is like a pro passer when it comes to developing fine chemistry with his receivers. Fine leadership traits and mental toughness. He was highly productive and left school with several ECU passing records. Athletic bloodlines with his father (eight years of professional baseball) and uncle (former Southern California QB). Does not possess an imposing physique, either in size or athleticism. Arm strength is 6

less than ideal and throws too many passes with too much air in their trajectory. Struggles to add mustard to his throws if he isn't able to totally follow through. Places too much weight on his back foot and doesn't depend on balance or a sound base in his throws, with bad habits in his lower body mechanics. He has a slight hitch at the top of his delivery. Struggles controlling his touch and ball placement is inconsistent when forced from his original spot. Fairly athletic, but not able to get away from most pass rushers and is not an elusive runner. Inconsistent anticipating blitzes or seeing extra pass rushers before the play or as it unfolds. Sometimes will panic and get flustered when the pocket begins to break down. Often will predetermine his throws and forces it into congested areas, without the quick eyes to come off initial read and look for secondary options. Field vision and decision-making are a little inconsistent. As a senior, was named the AAC Offensive Player-of-the-Year by the league's coaches, passed for an AAC and ECU single-season record 4,736 yards, completing 63.5 % of passes (392 of 617) with 30 TDs and 10 ints. He also added six rushing TDs and established a new record with 4,12 yards of total offense. Started all 13 games and completed 37-of-549 passes for 4,139 yards and 33 TDs and 10 ints as a junior. Started 11-of-13 games and completed 273 of 413 passes for 3,116 yards, 23 TDs and 10 ints as a sophomore. At the NFL Combine, he ran a 4.90 time with a 29.5 VL and BJ with a 7.17 three cone and 4.45 shuffle. Prospect with smarts and fine vision that facilitates his decision making. Physical and mental makeup to win a #3 job with the skill set to move up with development. Type of prospect an organization needs time to settle into the offense and develop the finer points of the position like Chase Daniel. Marginal starting prospect with talent to develop, but only an average skill set physically. Marginal top 200 talent with make it grade. 9. Connor Halliday #12 - Washington St - 6-4, Sp. 4.5 Rating 65 Lanky, productive, strong-armed redshirt senior lit up the scoreboard often during his time on the Palouse. Pocket QB with one of the strongest arms in this class. Possesses a nice sized frame with room to carry additional muscle mass, which may help improve durability. Not really much of a scrambler or runner, but speed is not terrible either. Very effective when throwing in the intermediate middle on routes like slants and posts. Usually displays fine velocity and accuracy on those passes. Accuracy is also generally acceptable on outside routes at all depths, including the tough deep outs. Displays fine timing and anticipation with his receivers. Impressive touch on outside go routes with the ability to drop the ball over the shoulder of his receiver in stride. Shows supreme confidence in his ability as a passer and has acquitted himself well versus top competition. Beat highly regarded All-American cornerback Ifo Ekpre-Olomu for three TDs in a close game against Oregon (3-31). Played in a spread offense and took almost all snaps from the shotgun. Will have a steep learning curve while getting acclimated at dropping back from under center in the NFL. He as a very slender physique and would benefit from adding some muscle mass to help him hold up at the pro level. Too often willing to take risky shots downfield and has 50 ints in only 35 games. When he doesn't set his feet, his accuracy tends to become erratic. Played in a very QB friendly offense that help pad his statistics. As a senior, he started 9 games before suffering a season-ending ankle injury in first quarter against USC. Completed 354 of 526 passes for 67.3% and 373 yards with 32 TDs and 11 interceptions. During the 2013 season, he started 13 games and completed 449 passes in 714 attempts for 4597 yards with 34 TDs and 22 interceptions. Over his career, he completed 62% while throwing for 11,304 yards, 90 TDs and 50 picks. He is still rehabbing from the ankle injury and was not able to participate in athletic testing at the NFL Combine. NFL team doctors will need to be sure he is recovering on schedule. Prospect shows a good arm with improving accuracy and touch on his throws with the velocity to make all the throws. Needs development in his footwork and motion to improve his overall accuracy. Fails to go through his progressions quickly and consistently follow through with sound decisions. Physical and mental makeup to win a #3 job in camp with the skill set to move up with development. Prospect has NFL potential with time in a system and critical development. Top 250 prospect with the skill set to fill a backup role early in the NFL before challenging for more playing time. 10. Tyler Heinicke #14 - Old Dominion - 6-1, Sp Rating 65 Intelligent, undersized, productive senior has played a big part in putting Old Dominion on the football map with his outstanding performances over the past four seasons. Smooth, quick release without any wasted motion. Not strong-armed, but able to put nice spin on his throws. Displays fine poise and a natural feel for pocket. Shows fine mobility and senses pressure well. Able to adjust and reset while keeping his eyes downfield. Shows good coordination in his set-up and delivery and throws very catchable spirals. Displays the mobility to run the zone read. Can get yards with his legs or by throwing on the run. Productive as a runner with 1,320 yards and 22 TDs for his career. Quickly diagnoses as the play develops while scanning the field, going through his progressions and executing sound decisions. Played in a no-huddle offense, calling plays at the line, while identifying coverages presnap. He has fine ball placement on slants and is highly effective when attacking over the middle. Capable as a pooch punter. Exceptional leadership traits and plays with passion and confidence. Able to get the most out of his ability. Extremely productive throughout his career, set nearly every school record and ranked among the all-time leaders in several FBS categories. Lacks ideal height with a maxed-out frame. Arm strength is barely average and 7

does not drive the ball well unless he maintains a solid base. Placement and touch suffer when he tries to increase velocity on passes, causing some to sail. Much less effective when he fails to follow through on his throws or get proper torque with his hips, and negatively affecting his downfield accuracy. Launch point changes as he tries to throw over and around big linemen, causing his accuracy to be inconsistent. Sometimes leads defenders to the ball by staring down his progressions, locking on to his intended target. Nearly always played from the shotgun and unproven dropping from under center. Production dropped each of the last three seasons with only one season of experience at the FBS level. His best statistical season came as a sophomore in 2012 with an FCS-record 5,076 passing yards and 39 completions. He earned 1st Team All-American honors and the Walter Payton Award (best offensive FCS player). As a junior in 2013, fell short of his sophomore numbers, but posted his best completion percentage with 70%, and cut down on his interceptions. Old Dominion moved to the FBS-level in 2014 and faced tougher competition. His production dropped again, but he recorded his third straight season with 3,400-plus passing yards and 30-plus TDs, earning CUSA honorable mention. Finished his career third in FBS history in total offense (16,279) and fourth in TD passes (132). He threw for just under yards and ran for another yards. He did not attend the NFL Combine. Savvy prospect with pro potential to win a roster spot and merit a long look as a backup. Intangibles to become a pro backup and possibly moving up in time. Capable of being a fine #3 prospect initially with enough talent to move to #2. He is a good fit for the West Coast offense that demands quick accurate passing and sound decision making. Marginal top 250 prospect. 11. Cody Fajardo #17 - Nevada - 6-1, Sp Rating 65 Mobile dual-threat senior leader completed a productive career as a three and a half year starter for the Wolfpack, despite the pressure of taking over for the highly regarded Colin Kaepernick. One of just two players in FBS history, along with Kaepernick, to throw for 9,000 yards and rush for 3,000 yards during a career. Looks to improve as a passer, and has attended the Manning Passing Academy three years in a row. Very agile and athletic with good mobility in the pocket, and able to step up and avoid the rush, by using efficient footwork and movement skills. Looks to buy time behind the line of scrimmage while trying to find an open receiver. Good foot speed when running with the ball, displaying the vision and patience to pick up nice gains using his legs. Very competitive as a ball-carrier while showing resourcefulness and toughness. Able to set up quickly and gets the ball out well with good rhythm, though needs better consistency. He has the ability to work through his reads quickly and decisively. Displays a lively arm with acceptable velocity. Smart decision-maker whether throwing or running, as he looks to limit mistakes while doing a nice job of sliding to avoid big hits as much as possible. Previously held the MWC record for consecutive pass attempts without an interception (193). Just average size and body-build for QB position. Inconsistent controlling his touch and velocity. Erratic at times with his delivery and will lower his left shoulder, which elongates his throwing motion. Inconsistent mechanics, largely due to being so often on the move, failing to reset his process, even when he has the time to do so, apparently hearing footsteps. Below average with ball placement and benefited from mostly safe, high percent of his throws in Nevada's spread offense. Too frequently will go to his initial read regardless, by predetermining and not reading, which can lead to mistakes. Stares down targets and tips off passes. Not an elite athlete and lacks shiftiness in his approach. Very tough as a ball-carrier, but lacks good power and doesn't have the physique to force things. Needs better ball security with 15 career fumbles. As a senior, he had a 59% rate while throwing for 249 yards with 1 TD passes and 11 picks in another efficient performance. He rushed for 1046 yards on 177 attempts for 13 TDs. As a junior, he had a 6% rate while throwing for 266 yards with TD passes and just 3 picks. Over his four year starting career, he threw 57 TD passes with 29 picks and 44 rushing TDs. At the NFL Combine, he came in at 6 1 and 223 lbs. He ran a 4.53 time and added a 32.5 VL and 9 10 BJ with a 4.10 shuttle and 6.95 three cone. Gritty smart prospect with pro potential to win a roster spot and merit a long look in camp. Talent and intangibles to become a pro backup and possibly moving up in time. Capable of being a fine #3 prospect initially with the talent to move to #2. He is a good fit for the West Coast offense that demands quick accurate passing and sound decision making. Kid has the package to play in time and surprise despite above average overall talent. Falling marginal top 250 prospect. 12. Bo Wallace #14 - Ole Miss - 6-4, Sp. 4.5 Rating 65 Gutsy, tenacious senior field general and three year starter led the Rebels to their first 7-0 start since 1962 and highest ranking (#3) since Considering there has been two members of the Manning family QBing the team this is an impressive accomplishment. Bo is the programs best QB prospect since Eli over 10 years ago. Displayed solid productivity in their spread offense working from the shotgun. Qualities similar to Jay Cutler. Possesses a good sized frame that could carry more muscle. Shows solid mobility. He has the requisite arm strength to drive the ball downfield. At times, however, makes some questionable decisions, usually when he throws without a proper base. Somewhat of a gunslinger mentality, like Cutler. He has some impressive highlight tapes, but there are sloppy mechanics and inconsistencies that appear as often as the positives. Highly confident in his ability to make a play, but too much at times that he does not always display good ball security. Able to use his powerful body to pick up short-yardage. Displays an NFL caliber arm and will fire some strikes into tight spaces. Athletic enough to effectively run read option and pick up yards as a ball-carrier. Stands tall in the pocket, won't wilt under pressure or

give up on plays with a fiery never say die mindset. His patience and discipline have improved since joining the program. Displays consistently good ball placement so the receivers can make plays after the catch. Changes arm angles if necessary. Appears fairly impervious to pain, and was able to play through injuries. Productive three-year starter with 39 starts, every game he played at Ole Miss after transferring from the JC level. Ranks 2nd in the Ole Miss record books in several passing categories behind Eli Manning. Can be inconsistent with his footwork and mechanics which affects accuracy. Uses an elongated throwing motion. Sometimes slow to read coverages and fails to anticipate throwing windows. Tends to stare down the receiver, thus leading savvy cover men to where he intends to go with the ball. Poor in his ability to look off coverage. He makes too many poor decisions, attempting dangerous throws, resulting in 41 career interceptions at Ole Miss. Though he is tough in the pocket, he also lacks consistently good awareness. Took over the starting job as a sophomore in 2012 and finished with 63.9% completions, 2,994 yards 22 TD and17 ints. As a junior in 2013 posted a career-best 64.%, 3,346 yards, 1 TD and 10 picks, while setting school records for completions (23) and total offense (3,701). As a senior, again started all 13 games and finished with 60.1% for 3,194 passing yards, 22 TDs and 14 ints. Boom or bust prospect with NFL talent but some reckless qualities. Needs strong QB coaching and time. Possible late pick with upside. 13. Brandon Bridge #7 - South Alabama - 6-4, Sp Rating 62 Raw, athletic, cannon-armed redshirt senior has displayed fine tools with inconsistent production during his career. Tall, thin frame with athletic footwork and long-striding speed to pick up yards with his legs. Three-quarter thrower with good arm strength and release quickness with the ability to add speed and RPM's on his throws with no problem. Trusts arm to make difficult throws and can deliver the ball anywhere he wants on the field. Displays the mobility to keep plays alive when the pocket breaks down, brushing off arm tackles and keeping his eyes downfield. Shows he can go through his reads while being a quick thinker that can make snap decisions. Showed impressive fortitude while playing through an ankle injury most of November Plenty of arm to complete the off-balance intermediate and deep throws that few others in this draft are able to make. Able to place his deep ball into a bucket with some accuracy and had completions of 42 yards or more in eight of 11 games in Able to make big plays with his feet. Had runs of 65 and 54 yards in 2014 but will try to buy time and continue to scan the field for receivers before escaping the pocket. Improving field vision, but needs to use his eyes better and not stare down receivers or lead defenders to his intended target. His receivers can be handcuffed or overwhelmed by his heat at times and he needs to develop a change-up and better overall ouch to all areas of the field. Mechanics and accuracy need definite refinement. Accuracy can be a 50/50 proposition with his receivers not knowing where to expect the ball when it leaves his hand. Footwork can be all over the place, which causes his throws to sail. Let s his base get too narrow at times with feet too close together as he bounces in the pocket. Rushes some throws when he does not need to, instead of getting into a rhythm and getting the pass off on time. Must improve his touch to produce more catchable balls. Inconsistent decision maker. Trusts his arm too much sometimes and will throw into tight coverage. As a senior, he had only a 52% rate, throwing for 1927 yards with 15 TD passes and picks with 4 rushing TDs. As a junior in his first season at SA after transferring from Alcorn St., he had just a 43% rate. He threw for 39 yards with 1 TD pass and 2 picks. At the NFL Combine, he came in at 6 4 and 229 lbs. He ran a 4.65 time and added a 33 VL and 9 2 BJ with a 4.37 shuttle and 7.1 three cone. At every spot this postseason, scouts saw his raw talent, but highly undeveloped skill set that demands a long learning curve. Super raw passer with extensive work under center and reading coverage. Possible late pick. Long term project needs time on PS before winning #3 role. 14. Taylor Kelly #10 - Arizona St - 6-2, Sp Rating 62 Mobile, underrated senior has been a consistently productive competitor over his three seasons starting for the Sun Devils. Solid athleticism with the ability to extend plays and pick up yardage. Shows fine improvisational skills when on the move and set an Arizona St. record for career rushing yards by a QB with Sets up quickly while displaying a gunslinger mentality. His passes are usually very catchable. Accurate ball placement on most throws. Very confident in his abilities and spreads the ball around well so his receivers can make plays. Shows good poise and grit, physically and mentally. Displays pro quality leadership ability. Extensive starting experience with 37 in three seasons and left school as the Sun Devils' career record-holder in yardage (10,223) and 3rd in career passing TDs (79). Displays a quick, tight release. Able to add some velocity to his throws and fit the ball into tight windows. He has acceptable touch and accuracy on his deep throws. Mobile, productive runner who compiled 1,30 rushing yards and 13 career TDs. Accepted his role and stayed within himself. Completion percent declined significantly in his final two seasons. Missed three games in 2014 with a foot injury. Average-at-best poise in the pocket. Shows a faulty internal clock and sometimes will take a sack rather than throwing the ball away. As a passer, consistency and decision making was suspect at times. Inconsistent ball placement when throwing on the move and his ability to drive the ball with accuracy were concerns after foot injury. Instincts and anticipation are often no more than average. As a senior, he had 59% rate while throwing for 2114 yards, 22 TD passes and 5 picks. The foot injury had a big effect on both his throwing and running. He declined from earlier performances where he threw for over 6600 yards for 57 TD passes and 21 picks on 65% rate as a sophomore and junior. He did not attend the NFL Combine. Marginal size and arm strength limits his NFL potential. After three starting seasons in Pac 12, shows 9
