Seahawks Positional Overview: This year's cornerback class is an outstanding group of cover men that is exceptionally deep but not necessarily top heavy. There is one blue chip expected to go at the top of the 1st round, Jalen Ramsey who will probably be selected in the top 3 overall picks. Ramsey is also the best athlete at the position and has the skill set and versatility to start at both corner and safety. Hargreaves is a well-developed cover man with an early starting grade. He will probably be selected in the top 10 picks. Juniors Eli Apple and Mackensie Alexander are highly regarded cover men and Top CB Prospects 1 * Jalen Ramsey - Florida St 2 * Vernon Hargreaves - Florida 3 William Jackson - Houston 4 * Eli Apple - Ohio State 5 * Mackensie Alexander - Clemson 6 * Kendall Fuller - Virginia Tech 7 * Artie Burns - Miami 8 Jalen Mills - LSU 9 * KeiVarae Russell - Notre Dame 10 * Xavien Howard - Baylor 11 Will Redmond - Mississippi St 12 * Zach Sanchez - Oklahoma 13 Maurice Canady - Virginia 14 Cyrus Jones - Alabama 15 DJ White - Georgia Tech 16 * Daryl Worley - West Virginia 17 Ken Crawley - Colorado 18 Kevon Seymour - Southern Cal 19 Jonathan Jones - Auburn 20 Eric Murray - Minnesota 21 Harlan Miller - SE Louisiana 22 Briean Boddy-Calhoun - Minnesota 23 * Rashard Robinson - LSU 24 James Bradberry - Samford 25 Morgan Burns - Kansas St probable mid-first round picks. Senior William Jackson is a fast rising highly rated cover man with a 1st round grade. This is a very deep group that will supply many NFL starters well into the early 3rd day of the process. There could be at least prospects selected in the top 100 choices. There will probably be prospects selected in the top 150 picks. There should be a run on corners from the mid-1st round through the middle rounds. There could be as many as corners chosen over the seven rounds. This is a strong group of underclassmen that improved the quality of this class. This class has exceptional depth and will provide a number of middle round steals like KeiVarae Russell, Cyrus Jones, DJ White and Daryl Worley. This position has annually provided the most overall selections and should supply as many as 30 prospects and another 25+ high priority FA. Small college defenders, Harlan Miller, James Bradberry and Deiondre' Hall are highly regarded from the lower level and carry potential starting grades. This is the one of the deepest crop of corners in recent years, though not overly top heavy in blue chip prospects. 1. * Jalen Ramsey #8-6-1, Florida St - Sp Rating 95 Gifted supremely talented defensive back with the ability to line up anywhere in the secondary. During his career, he's had extensive starting experience at free safety, cornerback and the Star position, which a hybrid of a nickel-back and a safety into one. As a sophomore, he started his entire season at the Star spot that allows the player to roam basically like a linebacker in the middle of the field. Received numerous accolades during his career, beginning with Freshman All-American in 2013, to All- American and first-team All-ACC in 2014 and Superior overall athletic ability, also starred in track & field. Won the ACC Draft Insiders Digest / 1

long jump title (26-1.5) at the 2015 outdoor and indoor championships. Also finished seventh in the 100-meters (10.61) and ran lead-off leg in 4x100 relay (39.28). Very durable and did not miss a start in his three collegiate seasons, a span of 41 games. Fine height and frame for any DB position. Long 33 3/8 arms with acceptable muscularity. Excellent initial quickness, but also runs with long strides. Instant accelerator that can reach top speed in a heartbeat. This gives him exceptional range and fine closing speed. Terrific short-area quickness and lateral movement skills allow him to mirror receivers at the line or stay in their hip pocket and run stride for stride with them down the field. Smooth in his ability to change directions. Able to gather himself and break down while on the move, displaying fine body flexion. In press coverage, gets good arm extension and is able to redirect and disrupt receivers at the line. When lined up as the boundary corner, shows he knows how to use the sideline as an extra defender. Shows the ability to cover very well from a trail position. Uses his outstanding change-of-direction ability to react very well to comeback routes. Few receivers have the long speed to beat him deep. Height Athletic Ability 9 Speed 9 Quickness 9 Strength 8 Run Defense 9 Zone Coverage 9 Man Coverage 8 Intangibles 9 Ball Instincts 9 Key & Diagnose 9 Patrick Peterson combined with exceptional leaping ability allow him to win on most jump balls. Knows how to separate a receiver's arms and hands when they are attempting a catch using full extension. Very alert and displays good vision when playing off a receiver or in a zone. Read-reacts in a blur to plant and drive aggressively to break up passes. Technically sound tackling ability in the open-field. Experienced and effective gunner on all special teams coverage units. Hands to intercept are not the most consistent, but once he does have the ball, shows fine playmaking ability and return skills. Inconsistent in run defense. Will attack aggressively on one play and then be passive and let things come to him on another. Shows good timing and flexibility when called upon to blitz. He has enough frame to add some muscle mass which would help him improve his strength to better get off blocks and finish more consistently as a tackler. Could develop better consistency in his tackling technique by keeping his pads lower and showing better knee bend. Looks to make the big play so will sometimes get caught peeking into the backfield. Due to his long legs, tends to stay rather high in his backpedal and isn't a natural when it comes to flipping hips to turn and run. More of a straight-line athlete than one who relies more on lateral quickness. Overall, this is a rare specimen, with outstanding athleticism and playmaking ability. Well worthy of being a top 3-5 selection and an argument could be made that he is the best player in this draft. In 2015, he started all 13 games as the boundary corner, while also returning 2 kickoffs for a 27 yd avg. Finished with 52 tackles, 4 TFL, 1 sack, 1 FR and a team-high 10 PBUs his 36-yard FR for a TD vs BC was their lone defensive TD of the season. In 2014, he started all 14 games at the Star position, ranked 4th on the team with 79 tackles and 2nd in TFL with 9.5, 2nd with 3 sacks, 2 QB hurries, team leader with 12 PBU to go along with 2 picks, 2 FF and a BK. As a true freshman in 2013, started all 14 games, the first three at corner and the rest at free safety. Was the 1st FSU true freshman to start at corner since Deion Sanders in Finished with 49 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 sack, 1 pick, 1 PBU, 1 QB hurry, 1 FF and 1 FR. At the NFL Combine, he checked in at over 6 1 and 209 lbs. with 31 arms. He ran a 4.41 time with a 1.51 ten-yard split time. He also had a 41.5 VJ, 11 3 BJ, 6.94 three cone, 4.18 shuttle and did 14 reps in an excellent performance. As a corner, he is similar to Patrick Peterson in size, AA and development. As a corner/safety tweener, he is similar to Charles Woodson and Rod Woodson. Physical corner with quick feet, flexible hips, rare body control and quick COD. Highly developed cover defender who is NFL ready and plug in player. Blue chip cover man possesses a high ceiling and looks like a top 3 pick. Rookie starter in any scheme with well-developed skills to become a prototypical corner or safety. He can also provide impact in package defenses and special teams. Clubs like the Titans, Browns, Jaguars, Ravens and Cowboys interested. Probable Pro Bowler at either corner or safety if he continues to develop his natural skills. Rare super versatile blue chip talent. Draft Projection: 1st Round - Top 3 Selection 2. * Vernon Hargreaves III #1-5-10, Florida - Sp Rating 90 Pure, natural supremely talented shutdown cover corner has made an instant impact since entering the starting lineup as a true Speed 9 freshman, and being named 1st Team All- Quickness 9 SEC for his three consecutive seasons in Strength 8 Gainesville. His success comes as no big Run Defense 8 surprise, considering he was the HS National Zone Coverage 9 Defensive Player of the Year by the Man Coverage 9 Touchdown Club as a senior, a finalist for the Intangibles 9 Florida Mr. Football award and the Most Ball Instincts 8 Key & Diagnose 9 Draft Insiders Digest / 2 Darrelle Revis

Valuable Player of the Under Armour All-American game. Basically possesses all the characteristics you'd want in a corner. Outstanding quick-twitch athleticism, fine balance allows him to shut down top receivers in coverage due to his fine route-recognition and instincts. Also one of the most physical corners in recent memory. Combined with consistent open-field tackling skills to be an asset in run-support. Also can be effective when called upon to blitz off the corner. Acceptable size for corner with a solid muscular physique. He has the tools to play all types of coverage. Strong enough to handle press. Used a good punch to throw off the receiver's timing coming off the line. Looks smooth dropping into coverage, with exceptional change-of-direction ability and the speed to stay stride for stride down the field with receivers. Just as tough playing man off coverage, using his fine vision to read the QB, and outstanding reaction skills to drive on the ball and cause breakups. While lacking optimal height, this is offset by fine leaping ability. Along with using good timing, fine body control and desire to compete, he's able to win more than his share of jump balls. Quarterbacks are reluctant to challenge his side of the field, but when they do, he shows reliable hands for the interception and hand quickness to breakup the ones he cannot catch himself. Equally an asset versus the run as much as the pass. In run support, he attacks decisively, working to get off blocks and shows the fearlessness to take on even the biggest of ball-carriers. Face up, wrap up textbook tackler on most occasions. Will get into trouble if he tries to take on too high as a tackler. Due to his aggressiveness, can sometimes get fooled by double moves. Tends to peek into the backfield too much on occasion, which can cause him to lose his spacing. The bigger more physical NFL receivers may cause him some problems at times. More quick than fast type, and if he misses on the jam, lacks the makeup speed to overcome mistakes down the field. In 2015, he made 33 tackles, 1 TFL, 4 picks, 4 PBU, and 1 FF. In 2014, totaled 50 tackles, 2 TFL, 3 picks, 13 PBU and 2 FR. In 2013, he totaled 38 tackles, 3 picks and 11 PBU. Overly emotional, which can make him prone to mental mistakes. Possesses fine overall talent with good size, ball skills and confidence. However, is lacking in discipline and maturity on the field and in practice. He is not totally refined and there will be the character concerns to think about. Definite first-round ability though. At the NFL Combine, he came in over 5 10 and 204 lbs., with 30 5/8 arms. He ran a 4.50 time with a 1.58 time in the first ten yards. He also added a 39 VJ and a BJ. He did 15 reps with a 3.98 shuttle with very good overall positional drills. As a corner, he is the most complete prospect in this class. Very tough to be a factor in both run and pass defense including as open field tackler. Complete corner with some refinement of his reads and coverage skills. His high level of development indicates he can either start or play the nickel corner role immediately. He is similar to Darrelle Revis in size, AA and natural coverage skills. One of the best pure cover men in this class. Probable early 1st round pick with the physical package to develop into a rookie starter. Blue chip prospect that probably does not get out of the top ten selections. Highly developed skill set and rookie starter and possible future Pro Bowler if he matures. Draft Projection: 1st Round 3. William Jackson III #3-6-0, Houston - Sp Rating 90 Instinctive, extremely athletic senior corner had a fine career for the Cougars, starting Athletic Ability 9 since late in his sophomore season. Earned Speed 9 back to back AAC honors his final two Quickness 8 seasons. Also enhanced his value with Strength 7 strong performances at the Senior Bowl and Run Defense 8 NFL Combine. He has the athleticism and Zone Coverage 8 physical package for cornerback, combining Man Coverage 8 quickness, speed, length and instincts to be Intangibles 8 NFL ready. Possesses natural athleticism Ball Instincts 9 with very light feet, smooth change of Key & Diagnose 8 direction and fine acceleration to run stride for stride with receivers. Knows angles and displays sound route recognition to keep Aqib Talib positioned between QB and receiver. Used in press coverage fairly often and was successful in that maneuver, though needs further work. Possesses the agility, physicality and confidence to compete for early snaps on defense and possible starting grade. Very good vision and reads routes and finds the football consistently. Shows excellent hand-eye coordination and naturally soft hands to make the most of interception chances with 8 picks and 40 PBUs in his career. Breaks down well and uses his long arms to wrap up and secure ball-carriers, though not a very physical defender. Good lateral agility and balance, though hesitates at times breaking back toward the QB. Instinctive pass defender with very good size, length and speed. Possesses requisite ball skills and anticipation for the corner position with the total skill set. As a senior, he started 13 games and had 43 tackles with 23 PBU and 5 picks for 2 TDs. As a junior, he started 13 games and had 37 tackles with 10 Draft Insiders Digest / 3

PBU and 2 picks. As a sophomore, he started 13 games and had 35 tackles with 7 PBU and 1 pick. At the NFL Combine, he came in at over 6 and 189 lbs., with 32 arms and 10 reps. He added a 9 8 BJ, ran a 4.32 forty with a 1.52 ten-yard time. Pro day, did a 4.32 shuttle and 6.86 cone. One of the most intriguing corner prospects this year. Interesting top 30 prospect with fine overall talent and Pro Bowl potential. He was considered a rising early round prospect entering the 2015 season, but had an outstanding performance that improved his stock significantly. Similar to Aqib Talib in size, length and skill set. Figures in the late 1st/early 2nd round with huge upside as a pro. Fast developing corner with rookie starting grade. Prototypical pro corner and good fit for any defensive scheme. Draft Projection: 1st Round 4. * Eli Apple #13-6-1, Ohio St - Sp Rating 90 Tall, athletic redshirt sophomore has been a shutdown corner for the Buckeyes over his two seasons in the lineup. Chose to declare early for the NFL draft. Named 2nd Team All-Big Ten for 2015 by vote of the coaches. Named also Fiesta Bowl Defensive MVP with five tackles and one PBU and for his outstanding play against Notre Dame's top WR, the very fast Will Fuller, holding him to 32 yards receiving when matched up. Fine height, athletically built with long 31 3/8 arms. Ideal size/speed ratio for the position. Smooth footwork in transition and able to play tight coverage down the field. Comes cleanly out of his backpedal and able to mirror his man in coverage. Athletic Ability 9 Speed 9 Quickness 8 Strength 8 Run Defense 8 Zone Coverage 8 Man Coverage 8 Intangibles 8 Ball Instincts 8 Key & Diagnose 7 Desmond Trufant Matches up well in press coverage, knowing how to use his length to disrupt receivers into their routes. Doesn't open up too soon, and receivers can seldom get him turned around coming off the line. Displays fine short-area quickness to play close in man coverage. Strong enough to redirect when receivers are in their routes. Very aggressive and competes hard at the point of the catch. Willing to put in the extra time to hone his craft and has shown steady improvement technique wise during his time at Ohio St. Mentally strong, has a short memory and does not dwell on negative plays. Experienced and equally effective in both man and zone. Aggressive in run-support and will attack plays hard while maintaining outside contain. Can get too grabby downfield and lacks technique at the top of routes. Draws fair share of penalties for holding and pass interference and they call that even tighter in the NFL. Needs to refine his jam in press. Sometimes opens up too soon and does not read as well playing bail technique. Allows extra cushion at times, making it easier for the receiver to make comeback catches. Lacks the quick-twitch to close suddenly from his plant and drive when playing man off coverage. Tackling technique sometimes gets sloppy in the open-field. Overall, his size and strength should help him compete in the NFL versus the bigger receivers. Also shows the ability to match up well in tight man-to-man. He has quick feet, flexible hips, body control and COD skills. Needs to learn to trust his technique and not play as hands on in the NFL, so as to not draw as many penalties. In 2015, totaled 33 tackles, 2 TFL, 1 pick, 8 PBU, and 1 FR. In 2014, totaled 53 tackles, 5.5 TFL, 3 picks, 10 PBU, 1 FF and 1 FR. Needs time at the next level to be coached up in technique while continuing to develop understanding of the game before expected to have significant impact, though has the tools to develop into a fine all around corner. At times, he tends to get too high in his backpedal resulting in poor reaction time, particularly with quicker receivers. Fails to deliver much power with his hands when in press coverage and allows easy releases too frequently. Probable early package defender. Should go as high as the mid-1st round. At the NFL Combine, he checked in at 6 1 and 199 lbs. with 31 3/8 arms. He ran 4.40 time with 1.53 ten yard split, and did 13 reps in the lifting. At his pro day, he performed quick positional drills, displaying fine footwork and smooth hip flexibility. Pro day, did a 4.08 shuttle and 7.00 cone. Similar to Desmond Trufant in size, athleticism, playmaking abilities and overall LOD. He graded out high facing top receivers and performed well in big game situations. Rising cover man with the developing skills. Cover corner can outrun his mistakes and recover to make plays. Top 20 talent with eventual shutdown ability to rank among the best in this class, but raw currently in certain areas. Clubs like the Dolphins, Eagles, Colts and Jets interested. Draft Projection: 1st Round Draft Insiders Digest / 4

5. * Mackensie Alexander #2-5-11, Clemson - Sp Rating 88 Cat quick redshirt sophomore was a critical component to the Tigers defensive backfield, as the lock down corner on one side. Came to Clemson as Speed 8 the 4th overall recruit in the country, and redshirted Quickness 9 his first year. Took over as a starter in 2014 and set Strength 8 a record for number of snaps played by a freshman Run Defense 8 in school history with 766. Named 1st-team Zone Coverage 9 freshman All-American by FWAA and honorable Man Coverage 8 mention All-ACC selection by coaches. Though he Intangibles 7 made quite a few mistakes born of inexperience, he Ball Instincts 8 Key & Diagnose 7 also displayed the sort of athletic gifts one seeks in a pure cover corner. Projected as a future 1st-round Joe Haden pick at the start of the 2015 season and did nothing to change that projection over the course of the season as he was named 1stteam All-ACC, surrendering no TD catches while in man-to-man coverage in 571 snaps. His minimal statistical totals are an indication of how infrequently opponents threw his way, with only 11 career PBU and no picks over his short two-year career. Displays extremely quick feet and the athleticism to stay on the hip of his man right from the snap. Doesn't lose sight of the ball while still maintaining good coverage integrity. Cocky, fiery competitor plays with the confidence that allows him to hold up well when constantly isolated in man coverage. His continual tight sticky coverage prevented opposition passers from throwing his way very often in Seems to elevate his game even more when going up against top talent. Compact body type, but good muscularity throughout. Plays bigger than his size with deceptive strength. Studies his opponents ahead of time and reads them well during the course of a game, which allows him to have superb route-recognition and anticipation. Exceptionally quick in his read-react ability. His fine initial quickness and short-area burst make it tough for any receiver to gain much if any immediate separation, and allows him simply blanket his man in coverage. As he gained experience over the course of his two seasons in the program, his technique also became more and more sound. Adept at using the sideline as an extra defender and shows he can narrow down the area the receiver has to operate when they take an outside release while he maintains tight inside position. Lacks the ideal size for an NFL boundary corner, and bigger physical outside receivers in the NFL could be a handful for him, though his man-coverage skills are top notch. Used primarily a bail from press technique in college and will have a learning curve as he perfects a more diverse array of coverage techniques. Low production with not even a single interception cause some to question his hands and ability to challenge throws at the catch point. Tries to get into his opponent's head by trash talking, and may get too carried away with it at times. Outstanding reaction time offsets a lack of ideal footwork and needs to develop further in that regard. As he gains more experience there is no reason to doubt he can improve sufficiently. At times, he was considered by some scouts toward the end of the season as the nation s top corner prospect. That degree of adulation has tempered somewhat since then, but he still appears solidly in the top 5 and a likely mid-1st round draft choice. In 2015, he started 14 games and totaled 23 tackles, 2 TFL, no picks and 5 PBU and ACC first team honors. In 2014, he started 13 games and totaled 22 tackles,2 TFL, no picks, 6 PBU, and 1 FR. At the NFL Combine, he checked in over 5 10 and 193 lbs. with 31 3/8 arms. He lifted only and did 11 reps. At his pro day, he ran a 4.47 forty, a 37.5 VJ, a 10 1 BJ and did a 4.21 shuttle and a 7.18 three cone. It was an outstanding overall workout and helped his cause. Similar to Joe Haden in size, athleticism, playmaking abilities and overall LOD. Elite quickness and speed and a high improving LOD to help in the nickel and dime packages immediately. He can shutdown fast quick slot receivers. Fast improving talent and skill set to start at corner early after some critical development in his overall technique and play recognition. Top 25 prospect and one of the fastest corners in recent years. Draft Projection: 1st Round 6. * Kendall Fuller # , Virginia Tech - Sp Rating 85 Latest of the four Fuller brothers to come through the Va Tech program, and many believe he may be the most talented Freshman All-American, Second-Team All-ACC, & ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year First- Team All-ACC and Second & Third-Team All-American. In 2015, played only three games before having seasonending surgery for a torn meniscus. Comes from a well-respected family with three older brothers having played at Virginia Tech and then the NFL. Most recent is Kyle, cornerback, a 2014 first round pick by the Bears, prior was Corey, a wide receiver and 2013 sixth round pick by the Lions and the first was Vincent, a safety, and 2005 fourth round pick by the Titans, and played seven years in the league. Fine physique for cornerback, just under 6' in height, big 10 hands, and 31 1/2 arm length. Very good agility, smooth feet to matchup and mirror receivers. Maintains a Draft Insiders Digest / 5

Draft Insiders Digest / 6 low backpedal and flips his hips and transitions well to keep positioning. Natural athleticism and coordinated movement skills to maintain good positioning to pin receivers along the sideline. Likes to play very tight coverage and is capable of doing so at a high level. Very good diagnostic skills when playing man off coverage. Able to read-react well to plant and drive on the ball. Can be physical in run support and plays with a tenacious attitude. When playing with his back to the ball, does a good job of reading the receiver, and keying off him to time his jumps. Natural ball athlete who plays the ball like a receiver at the catch point. Impressive production with 37 passes defensed, which includes 8 picks in 28 career starts. Very alert and aware, and usually wants to be in the middle of the action. Excellent football intelligence, always working to perfect his skills. Intelligence and intangibles are his strongest characteristics according to the Va Tech coaching staff, with former Hokies DB coach Torrian Gray saying Kendall is "..as smart an IQ football player that I've coached. He s got the total package, according to DC Bud Foster. Tried to play with a torn meniscus in 2015 and couldn't go anymore after the first three games of the season. Also played with a fractured left wrist that he injured early in the 2014 season, requiring post-season surgery in Jan So there are some durability concerns. Good but not great speed for cornerback. Some NFL receivers will be Speed 8 Quickness 8 Strength 8 Run Defense 7 Zone Coverage 9 Man Coverage 8 Intangibles 8 Ball Instincts 8 Key & Diagnose 7 Sam Shields able to gain a step on him deep if he plays them in press-man. More of a smooth than quick-twitch type and can allow separation occasionally to skilled route-runners. Still needs development in route recognition. More frequently plays the receiver rather than the ball, but still gets his hands on more than his share of passes. Still could be more consistent at turning to locate the ball in time. Plays press coverage often, but does not always try to jam, but instead starts bailing out on the snap without getting his hands on the receiver. Can get grabby down the field and is still figuring out what he can and cannot do if he wants to keep from getting flagged. In 2014, he had 54 tackles, 4.5 TFL, 2 sacks, 2 picks, 15 PBU, and one fumble recovery. In 2013, he had 58 tackles, 2.5TFL, half a sack, 6 picks, 11 PBU, 2 QB hurries, 1 FF and 1 FR. Thin frame will be a concern for holding up to the physicality of the NFL. Will overplay the deep routes and be susceptible to back shoulder throws and stop routes. Ejected from Louisville game for targeting. Three-year starter at corner displayed significant improvement in man coverage from 2013 to Though lacking ideal weight and overall strength, his cover skills, athleticism and competitiveness give him a likely early starting grade. At the NFL Combine, he came in at just over 5 11 and 188 lbs. with 31 1/2 arms. He lifted only and did 15 reps. Comparable coverage skills to Sam Shields in areas except for raw speed. Over his career, he was usually right when he gambled. In zone coverage, he recognizes routes quickly and can help in a cover 2 scheme. Agile savvy cover man with a developed skill set necessary to contribute as a rookie. Natural cover 2 corner with fine experience vs top competition. First round bubble player and top 50 prospect off a steady consistent career. Keen instincts to be fine playmaker and early defender in either scheme or package defenses if he proves durable. Draft Projection: 2nd Round 7. * Artie Burns #1-6-0, Miami - Sp Rating 85 Versatile two sport athlete really came on strong in 2015 for the Canes' defense. Came to Miami as a four-star recruit in track & field, and has competed in both sports. He is a record setting hurdler and a three-time Florida state 3A 110m hurdles champion. Two years ago, ran a blazing 7.68 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational, setting a new American junior record. The previous record had stood for 38 years. Chose to declare early for the NFL draft after losing his mother to a heart attack in October and taking over custody of his two brothers while raising his own son, while his father is incarcerated. Possesses an ideal NFL cornerback physique with huge wide shoulders, very long 33 1/4 arms and a defined, muscular frame. Combines a fine blend of size, disposition and all around athletic ability including outstanding straight-line speed, which has helped him succeed both in football and track for the Canes. He is much more than just a track athlete playing football. Though not as physical as one may expect considering his size and muscularity, he competes hard. Well enough to sometimes play inside at safety. He often displays sound technique and body control to get around blockers in run Speed 8 Quickness 8 Strength 7 Run Defense 8 Zone Coverage 9 Man Coverage 8 Intangibles 7 Ball Instincts 8 Key & Diagnose 8 Johnathan Joseph defense or when blitzing off the edge. Shows the ability to get a physical jam on receivers at the line, using good arm extension, but doesn't depend on it. Smooth in his hip flip which allows him to matchup and mirror receivers downfield. Shows impressive body control and glue-like hands to snatch passes away from his body, and generally impressive all around ball skills. Can get the job done when tackling in the open-field. Will use his length to extend and grab an ankle or leg if necessary to bring down a ball-carrier. Still developing and putting it all together at this juncture. Depends largely on his athleticism currently, and sharp route runners can turn him around at times and

cause him to lose sight of the ball. More of a grab on and drag down tackler most of the time, rather than displaying the textbook face up wrap up tackling technique. Fine upside with the tools to make him a worthwhile early-round selection. Most effective when playing press coverage due to size, physicality, speed and ball skills. Good vision to read and anticipate the play before it happens. Displays natural instincts to get in position to make plays on the ball. Very tough prospect as corners go, both physically and mentally. Confident in his abilities with a short-term memory to bounce back quickly after mistakes, which is a key characteristic for a player with his inexperience. Still technically unpolished and learning nuances for the position. Underdeveloped recognition skills and needs to better understand route concepts and how to leverage the field. Shows natural quickness in transition, but his mechanical flaws can mean inconsistency in gaining proper body position downfield. Sometimes allows too much cushion at the line and needs to improve his spacing and closing time. He has some experience in press coverage, but doesn't consistently make contact off the snap and is unproven with jamming receivers at the line. He has a tendency to bite on outside moves at the line and give up inside position due to impatience. Often flips his hips too early and needs time to develop his backpedal. With technique improvement and better discipline, he has all the tools to become a fine NFL starter in time. In 2015, totaled 36 tackles, 5 PBU, 6 picks and a fumble recovery. In 2014, totaled 40 tackles, 2 sacks, and 6 PBU. At the NFL Combine, he came in at 6 and 193 lbs. and 33 1/4 arms. He ran a 4.46 with a 1.56 time for 10 yards and did a 31.5 VL. He is very similar to Johnathan Joseph in size, AA, potential and LOD. He can struggle finding the ball in the deep game when he gives up a step initially. In zone coverage, he needs development in his reads and responsibilities, though he plays the ball very well in front of him with good anticipation. He needs to use his leaping ability better when facing taller receivers who have given him trouble. Fast developing corner with top skill set and the upside to start fairly early in his career. He will benefit from the run at this position through the early middle rounds where he could be chosen in the top 75 picks. He has the upside to develop into a solid well-rounded starter and may rank in the top corners after refinement. Rising prospect with fine talent and intangibles. Draft Projection: 3rd Round 8. Jalen Mills #28-6-0, LSU - Sp Rating 82 Versatile four-year starter for the Tigers, spending significant time at both cornerback and safety during his time in Baton Rouge. In August 2015, fractured his left fibula (smaller nonweight bearing bone in the lower leg) and tore ligaments in his ankle. Demonstrated his toughness and dedication by missing only half the season and came back after eight weeks to play in six games, starting the final five at nickel back or safety. Despite the missed time he was still named to the 2015 First Team All-America (DraftInsiders.com) as a safety. Displays fine agility with the foot quickness to recover from false steps. Trusts his sudden quickness and can plant and drive out of his stance to makeup distance. Fine hip flexibility and smooth change of directions skills. Uses controlled sharp footwork in his transition. Does a good job of picking up the deep ball and knows how to correctly acquire proper body position. Well developed in route recognition with the feel for maintaining sound spacing. Often seems to know the routes as well or better than the receivers. Strong hands to compete for passes at the catch point. Talkative leader on the defense and gravitated Speed 8 Quickness 8 Strength 8 Run Defense 8 Zone Coverage 8 Man Coverage 7 Intangibles 8 Ball Instincts 8 Key & Diagnose 8 Malcolm Jenkins toward this role as a senior. He has started and played well at every defensive back position, and also served effectively as a gunner on special teams. Narrow waist with a slight frame. Sometimes uses questionable angles of pursuit and isn t as dedicated in run support as some scouts would prefer. Generally, he is not a forceful tackler near the line of scrimmage, but will do what he has to, to get the job done. His skill set may have him a slot corner and free safety tweener. Lacks ideal speed to stay with good vertical threats. Makes incorrect reads at times on combo routes. Overall though, is as solid and sound as one could want on short to intermediate routes. Was often put on an island at LSU and responded very well, playing every type of coverage. Could earn an early job as a slot or nickelback. In his injury shortened 2015 season, totaled 30 tackles, 1 sack and 2 PBU. In 2014, starting 12 games at safety and one at nickel-back, totaled 62 tackles, 3 TFL, 5 PBU, 2 QB hurries, 1 pick, and one fumble recovery returned 36 yards. In 2013, totaled 67 tackles, 4 TFL, 3 sacks, 3 PBU, and 3 picks. In 2012, starting all season at corner as a true freshman, totaled 57 tackles, 5 PBU and 2 picks. There were also concerns about his physicality as a tackler and overall play strength. At the NFL Combine, he came in over 6 0 and 191 lbs., with 31 1/8 arms. He ran 4.61 with a ten yard split of He did 16 reps with a 37 VL and 10 3 BJ. He had times of 4.0 for the short shuttle and a 6.86 for the three-cone drill. He looked sharp in the positional drills with fairly flexible hips that lose little in transition and the speed to recover. He is similar to Malcolm Jenkins in size, AA, skill set and true versatility. Like many college corners, they will find coverage limitations much more stringent in the pros. Though he performed well at both safety and corner in college, he lacks the physicality for in the box at the next level, and likely best suited as a Cover-2 cornerback or free safety. Likely an early day two draft selection. Savvy athlete with skills to fit early in the Draft Insiders Digest / 7

Draft Insiders Digest / 8 nickel and dime packages. Feisty cover two corner with the skills to start in that scheme and early nickel defender. Excellent special teams performer as a gunner. His good performance at the NFL Combine proved starting talent. Marginal top 75 prospect with clubs like the Eagles, Seahawks, Ravens and Saints interested. Draft Projection: 3rd Round 9. * KeiVarae Russell #6-5-11, Notre Dame - Sp Rating 82 Tough aggressive early entry redshirt junior had a fine final season after missing the 2014 season due to academic issues. Strong athletic frame with good movement skills for the position. Over his short career, he was exposed to several techniques and at a nice level of development. Shows fine open-field tackling ability with good technique and hand use to get off blockers. Displays a fine combination of speed, fluidity and physicality to be a solid pro corner prospect for the next level. Good size and the willingness to stick his nose in the middle of the action. He has the ability to fight off blocks and aggressively chase down ball carriers to finish with strong hits. Able to effectively handle press coverage and very adept at bump-and-run. Uses his length and strength to reroute receivers off the jam. Open his hips smoothly with the ability to retain his speed and tight coverage. Shows the ability to turn, run and close and stay tight on inside or outside releases. Will get on top of vertical routes and blanket his man and maintains good speed down the field. Displays the requisite timing and ball skills to break up passes consistently. Fine instincts and awareness, to roam outside his area to make plays. Decisive tackler in open field and will Speed 8 Quickness 8 Strength 8 Run Defense 8 Zone Coverage 9 Man Coverage 8 Intangibles 7 Ball Instincts 8 Key & Diagnose 7 Kareem Jackson explode into ball carriers. Can get too physical and grab receivers and may need time to adjust to NFL illegal-contact rules. Usually stays over the top on deep routes, opening him to easy comebacks. Most effective when asked to play zone coverage. Raises his game against tougher opponents with nice focus. Consistent to step downhill and attack the run and finish. Displays ability to play on an island, and a short memory to comeback and forget if beaten. Can be effective covering outside or in the slot, and could possibly start early in career. With more consistent effort, he has the talent to be among the best corners in this draft. As a junior, he started 11 games on the corner and made 60 tackles, 3.5 TFL, 1 sack, 2 FF, 2 picks and 4 PBU. His season ended with a broken leg. As a sophomore in 2013, he started 13 games and made 51 tackles, 1.5 TFL, 1 pick and 8 PBUs. At the NFL Combine, he checked in at 5 11 and 192 lbs. with 31 5/8 arms. He did not run due to leg rehab. He did 17 reps in the lifting. Excellent pro day that dispelled concerns about his broken leg. At his pro day, he ran a 4.40 forty with a 38.5 VL, an 11 2 BJ and a 4.09 shuttle and 6.89 three cone drill. Performed well in big game situations which improved his grade. Savvy highly underrated corner and a developed prospect. Falling prospect with the skills for a fine NFL career. Early starter with the skills to be a factor in multiple packages immediately and eventual starter. May fall out of the 2nd day. Falling developed prospect and one of the biggest steals of the entire draft. Draft Projection: 3rd-4th Round 10. Will Redmond #2-5-11, Mississippi St - Sp Rating 80 Speedy agile ball-hawk enters the pro ranks after a productive three-year SEC career. Well-developed cover man sustained an ACL knee injury in a mid-october practice. Missed Athletic Ability 98 the rest of the postseason including the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine. Lanky athlete with Speed 98 highly developed corner skills speed, quickness, agility, instincts and tackling skills to Quickness 9 merit an early NFL starting grade. He really blossomed in his junior season, producing 5 Strength 87 passes defensed and 3 picks. Teams began avoiding his area more in 2014 and carried Run Defense 87 that over to his senior season. Most comfortable in press-man or man-off coverage, but has Zone Coverage 98 the well-developed skill set to succeed in any scheme. Quick twitch corner with very good Man Coverage 8 speed and athleticism and the nifty footwork to blanket receivers. Coordinated and Intangibles 8 controlled in his lower body. Uses his fine initial burst to help him play tight coverage. Ball Instincts 78 Shows good patience in press coverage. Despite only adequate size, he has good Key & Diagnose 7 physicality and will get in the receiver's face coming off the line of scrimmage. Utilizes sound hand usage and does a fine job of turning and picking up the ball. Aggressive when DeAngelo Brent Grimes Hall attacking and times very well. Looks to jump routes and make a play on the ball. Very competitive and not shy about mixing it up as a tackler, though needs some technique refinement in this regard. Must wrap up better especially in the open field. Shows flexibility to turn and comes out of his plant quickly and gives up little separation. Knows how to stay with his man, but needs improvement to read-react to the receiver better and when to get his head turned to find the ball. Lacks bulk and muscle, but possesses the length and leaping ability to match up with big receivers and win. While aggressive as a run defender, he needs improved technique as a tackler.

Shows the speed, hips and footwork that can translate well to the NFL, as well as knack and nose for the ball to create turnovers. As a senior, he started 7 games until the October ACL injury. He made 25 tackles with 2 picks and 1 PBU. As a junior, he started 12 games and made 51 tackles, 3 TFL, 3 picks and 5 PBU. At the NFL Combine, he came at 5 11 and 182 lbs., with 30 3/8 arms and did not workout due to ACL rehab. Overall, he is a well-rounded athlete who has made fast progress and quick improvement with experience. Size/speed/instincts to start early when healthy. High LOD with strong SEC grades. Immediate nickel corner when right before earning starting job. He can match up well with pro receivers physically and makes sound reads consistently. His speed and instincts should help him adjust quickly to a new pro setting. Possible rookie starter if right at midseason. High level nickel corner immediately. Top 50 prospect prior to knee injury, looks like marginal top 100 pick off readiness. Nice upside. Draft Projection: 3rd-4th Round 11. * Xavien Howard #4-6-0, Baylor - Sp Rating 80 Physical junior ball hawk has been a dependable playmaker for the Bears over the past two seasons, earning Big 12 honorable mention annually. Emerged onto the Big 12 scene in a big way in 2014, his first year as a starter. He followed that up last fall with a strong effort that influenced him to declare early. Possesses a big athletic, wellproportioned frame. Fairly quick feet and flexible hips, which allow him to turn smoothly and run with receivers. Uses arm extension to hinder receivers, but can grab too often and be prone to flags. Displays good coordination and fluid movement skills in man coverage. For a large defender, he is sudden with impressive stop-start quickness and adjusts speed well. In the Big 12, he performed well vs top receivers in both man and zone coverage. Experience vs Corey Coleman and Baylor passing game helped him greatly in knowing route concepts, often breaking with receivers. Reliable, natural hands and superior hand-eye coordination allows him to break up passes. Final two seasons totaled 23 PBU and 9 interceptions. Displays fine character on and off the field. Gives strong effort supporting the run and finishes with a physical style. Quickness and fluidity Speed 8 Quickness 8 Strength 8 Run Defense 8 Zone Coverage 7 Man Coverage 7 Intangibles 8 Ball Instincts 7 Key & Diagnose 7 Prince Amukamara are his strong suits more than pure speed, and he may have difficulty staying with receivers in the vertical game. Shows fine, sticky hands and can make the big play. Raw athlete with skill set to improve, though he lacks pure speed for man situations. His physicality in coverage and as a run defender impresses cover two teams. They like his ball production and skills. As a junior, he started 13 games and made 42 tackles with 10 PBU and 5 picks that earned him first team Big 12 honors. As a sophomore, he started 13 games and made 51 tackles with 4.5 TFL, 1 sack, 13 PBU and 4 picks. At the NFL Combine, he came in at 6 and 201 lbs. with 31 1/4 arms. He did 11 reps and ran a 4.58 forty. He added a 33 VL, a 10 2 BJ and a 4.15 shuttle and 7.18 three cone drill. At his pro day improved with 4.45 forty time. He has the size, quickness and agility to match up in zone coverage where he needs some refinement in his recognition skills to use his athleticism. Marginal top 100 prospect with a potential starting grade in the right system. Late in his career, he made sound decisions in coverage and learned to play within a system. In zone coverage, recognizes routes and plays with awareness to earn playing time. Physical cover man with good raw skill set to compete for role as cover two corner and in dime packages. Overall, he is a fast improving corner with skills to progress. Good value as starter, though not ready for immediate extended starting time in his career. Draft Projection: 3rd-4th Round 12. * Zach Sanchez # , Oklahoma - Sp Rating 80 Sleek, instinctive ball-hawk has been a standout part of the Sooners' secondary. Started every game since his redshirt freshman season, with 37 games over that span. Missed two games midway through 2015 due to injury, but other than that been very durable. In 2013, Speed 8 named Freshman All-American by FWAA. In 2014, named All-Big 12 First Team by Quickness 8 numerous outlets, including coach's poll. In 2015, named 2nd Team All-American by Strength 7 various sources, also consensus All-Big 12 and was a semifinalist for the Thorpe Award. Run Defense 7 Outstanding production over his career. Returned three of his 15 career interceptions for Zone Coverage 8 touchdowns, with one each season. He has superb foot quickness and hip fluidity that Man Coverage 8 allows him to seamlessly turn and run with receivers and not lose a step in transition. Intangibles 8 Shows a knack for peeking into the backfield at times while in coverage and not getting Ball Instincts 8 burned. Very good route recognition with an impressive burst to close on the ball. Key & Diagnose 8 Exceptional ball skills, hand-eye coordination and the soft natural hands of a wide receiver. He has the deep speed to stay close to vertical threat receivers. Shows fine vision, feel and Asante Samuel awareness in zone coverage. Slim physique with deceptive body strength. Displays good alertness and awareness Draft Insiders Digest / 9

Draft Insiders Digest / 10 to respond well to constraint plays. Will not hesitate to cut the legs of potential blockers to maintain containment, as well as being a willing and physical tackler. Usually displays textbook tackling form and can be more physical than his size would indicate. Relatively tough, given his size, and not fazed by minor dings and bruises. May lack the size and mass to play on the boundary in the NFL. Sometimes needs assistance when bringing down big physical receivers. Needs to stay low to tackle consistently and is much less effective when he tries to take on the ball-carrier too high. While he makes a lot of big plays, he's also given up a few TD passes every season as well, usually by being overly aggressive. His big play ability will help his cause on draft day, but his slight physique may hinder it as well. In 2015, totaled 45 tackles, 3.5 TFL, 7 picks with one TD return, 7 PBU, and one QB hurry. In 2014, totaled 43 tackles, 1 TFL, 6 picks with one TD return, 8 PBU, and a blocked kick. In 2013, totaled 46 tackles, 2 picks with one returned for a TD, and 13 PBU. His 43 total passes defensed in 37 career games is an outstanding ratio. At the NFL Combine, he checked in at 5 11 and 185 lbs. with 31 3/8 arms. He did not run due to leg injury. He did 19 reps in the lifting and added a 35.5 VL and a 9 8 BJ. Pro day, ran a 4.50 with 1.49 ten and did a 4.51 shuttle and 7.12 cone. Very flexible hips that lose little in transition and the speed to recover. He is similar to Asante Samuel in size, AA and skill set. Savvy athlete with skills to fit early in the nickel and dime packages. Feisty cover corner with the skills to start in either pro scheme and early nickel defender. Marginal top 100 prospect with clubs like the Seahawks, Texans and Saints interested. Draft Projection: 3rd-4th Round 13. Maurice Canady #26-6-1, Virginia - Sp Rating 78 Tall athletic senior started for three seasons vs ACC talent, earning honors after his final year. Long athlete with average arms (31 5/8 ) and good speed and quickness the position Athletic Ability 7 demands. As a corner, shows good balance, acceptable hip flip and decent acceleration in Speed 7 coverage. Quick to close in run support and against underneath routes and breaks down Quickness 7 average to tackle in the open-field. Shows poise in coverage, but lacks quick feet and good Strength 8 recovery speed. Over his 33 career starts, he broke up 29 passes with 5 interceptions. Run Defense 8 Possesses the ideal frame for a pro defensive back, such as good height, broad shoulders Zone Coverage 8 and tapered, well-defined physique. Fails to uses size and physicality to jam receivers at Man Coverage 8 the line and harass them during the route. Uses good arm extension in his jam. Possesses Intangibles 8 good coordination and balance in transition, with steady acceleration and acceptable Ball Instincts 7 straight-line speed to remain at corner. Able to disrupt passes before the catch, though Key & Diagnose 7 needs better hand technique and footwork to be in position to make more plays. Lacks physicality playing the run and struggles disengaging from blockers. Average drag down Devon House tackler needs to take his game up a level. Produced a fine overall workout at the NFL Combine and ran a fine 4.49 forty. May struggle covering deep in the NFL. More build up speed than sudden acceleration and lacks good functional recovery speed. Not as effective in man coverage. Change-of-direction is limited in close quarters. Maybe scheme-specific and more suited for zone. Not as effective mirroring receivers in man-to-man. Most teams will see him as more of a zone cover prospect. As a senior, he started 10 of 12 games and made 39 tackles with 3 TFL, 6 PBU, 1 FF and no picks. As a junior, he started 12 games and made 37 tackles with 1.5 TFL, 3 picks and 12 PBU. At the NFL Combine, he came in at just under 6 1 and 193 lbs. with 31 5/8 arms. He ran a 4.49 time with a 1.59 ten yard split, 16 reps with a 38 VL and 10 4 BJ. He had good drills with a 4.09 shuttle and 7.03 three cone. He has the size, quickness and instincts that will allow him to match up in zone coverage where he needs some refinement in his recognition skills to play up to his athleticism. Rising top 125 prospect and a potential starter in the right system. He has the body type, coverage skills and LOD similar to Devon House in positional athleticism. Over his late career, he made better decisions in coverage and was usually right when he gambled on plays. In zone coverage, he recognizes routes, plays aware and is quick to close on the ball. Experienced cover man looks the part and has a good skill set that will allow him to compete for early playing time and an eventual starter. Improving corner had a solid Senior Bowl week and nice LOD. Rising corner with tools and a good 3rd day value, though must improve his technique and reads. Scheme limited. Good matchup skills with big receivers. Draft Projection: 4th Round 14. Cyrus Jones #5-5-10, Alabama - Sp Rating 75 Physical aggressive senior corner has been a fixture in the Bama secondary, starting since midway of his sophomore season. Short hard-nosed corner plays bigger than his size and graded out high vs SEC talent. Doubles as a punt returner where he scored 4 TDs in Standout in coverage during Senior Bowl practices, with quick feet, fluid hip flip and good closing burst. Consistently undercuts receivers to bat the ball away. Possesses the blend of quickness, strength and feisty demeanor scouts seek in a nickel corner. Thick, stocky physique for a corner and
