2 A few things to do before the draft and during the draft: 1) Get a player list. The best way is to go online; there are many good sites out there. Avoid Fantasy Football magazines as they are written and printed too early. You can already cross off players that have been franchised or taken as an expansion picks. By crossing off players as they are taken, it will speed up the draft. 2) Keep track of the players that you have taken and when their bye weeks are, this way you get the right amount at each position and good back-ups. 3) Be thoughtful of other teams when talking about players. Try not to give too many hints about sleeper type picks out loud.
