1 Junior Newsletter Issue 7 April 2014 Message from the President And so ends another season of Waroona junior basketball. This season has flown by, but with much progress in improving our club. We had a dedicated committee with a range of experiences and skills, with the same common goal of wanting to advance our club to the next level. We have set strong foundations for the future of our club. I d like to thank all those who helped make this season as successful as it was. We were fortunate enough to have some talented coaches and umpires at our disposal, and I hope these volunteers continue to support our young players for many years to come. The next season will be a very important one for our club history with the continuation of the branding of our club and a few large projects to come. The Junior Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 27 th May 2014 at 6.30pm. All members of the basketball community are welcome to come along for a listen, ask questions, and vote on the new committee positions for the 2014/15 season. For now keep an eye on your s and the Junior Facebook page for information regarding the next season of junior basketball. Juniors AGM Will be held on TUESDAY 27 MAY pm See you all soon at the Waroona Rec Centre. All basketball members are welcome to come along for a listen, ask questions and vote on the new committee positions.
