Excavate foundations as shown in the foundation plan. 3 Assemble the swing as detailed in pages 3 to 6 using blocks as an installation aid. To locate the swing in the foundation holes requires men for 1 bay unit. 5 Check uprights are vertical and at correct angle, all top bars are horizontal and at correct height. 6 TIGHTEN THE M16 CROSS BAR/UPRIGHT FIXINGS TO THE CORRECT TORQUE SETTINGS, CENTRE PUNCH THREAD IN TWO PLACES TO DEFORM THREAD (SEE PAGE 7) AND FIT NUTCAP TO FIXINGS. 7 Backfill foundations with approx 0.95m³ concrete ( parts gravel/ parts sand/1 part cement). 8 Allow concrete to set for 8 hours. 9 Fit Basket Seat as shown.
