Review Defensive Gaps A,B,C,D parts of the field (flats, corner, deep 1/3) 7:10pm OFFENSE S1: Centers and selected Backs / QBs (snaps with 88, 99 power action) (20 min) S2: Wedge Progression (quick single motion to fit, then speed) (10 min) S3: Slides and KickOuts for 88 Power and Super Power (10 min) Power Action. Role Call - Check on Fundraiser Review Cadence (Go, Readdddy Hit) with clap drill 9:05pm - Standard WARM UP Sequence Quick Lap 9:15am Water Break Coaches verify players have mouth pieces Basic Contact heads up, use the pads, not your bellies and arms: KEEP YOUT HEAD UP!
