Registration Information: For: The Women s Rec Level Basketball League: Starts on: Wednesday * February 7, 2018 & Ends on: Tuesday: May 22, 2018; By: 3:00PM Officials / Referees / Clock & Scorekeepers / Game Day League Site Supervisors *Mandatory* Meeting and Training Clinic: Monday: June 4, 2018 at: 5:30PM * Please BE EARLY or at least: On Time!!!!!!! * This is a Mandatory and Necessary part of our (New and Veteran) Sports Officials Payment and Training process. In order for any Our Sports Officials to be Eligible to Officiate in any of our upcoming League and or Tournament Games in the upcoming League Session; he or she Must attend this clinic. We will use what we consider to be: The: Best Sports Officials that attend these Meetings and Trainings, ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!! We Strive to Employ The Very Best Sports Officials in the business. 2 Team Managers / Coaches *Mandatory* Pre Season Double Elimination {Jamboree Style} Tournament Bracket Selection Meeting: Wednesday Night: June 6, 2018 at: 5:30PM * Please BE EARLY or at least: On Time!!!!!!! * This meeting allows Each Team Manager a chance to see where and how his or her Team s Time Slot and Bracket Position Slot are Fairly Selected; and, how it unfolds. Managers can also get ALL additional Tournament Information. This Pre-Season Tournament will Start Up Very Early on: Saturday Morning: at: 7;00AM!!!!!!!!!!!! League Play: Starts Up on: The Week of Monday: June 11, 2018 and Ends on: Thursday: August 28, 2018 The One: (1) League Night Offered is: Tuesday Nights Potential: Starting Game Times Ranges From: 5:30PM; 6:15PM; 7:00PM; 7:45PM; To: 8:30PM We Do Have REFUNDS How-Ever; There Will Be a 25% {Administration Service Charge on: ALL Refunds} Unless, The Refund is the result of a League that did not make or an error on our part!!!! In that case; Each Patron would receive a: ****FULL *** REFUND**** We Offer a: Free Pre-Season (Jamboree Style) Tournament and a: Free Post Season Championship Tournament There will be No Charge for Any Officials Fees Throughout The League and for Both: The Pre Season and Post Season Tournaments Each Team s Entry Fee Includes The cost of The Officials. None of our League or Tournament Teams Pays for Referee Fees at Game Time. A FREE: Saturday: Pre - Season Double Elimination {Jamboree Style} Tournament 1.) Saturday: June 9, 2018: Starting Up at: 7:00AM 2.) The City of Pasadena Parks and Recreation Department: Athletics Division s Women s Rec Level Basketball Leagues Staff will host a: FREE: Pre - Season Double Elimination {Jamboree Style} Tournament that will be Offered to All League Teams from any current League Night of the week. 3.) This Tournament would always be held on: The Saturday prior to The Opening Night of That upcoming League. Please keep in mind that; this: Pre-Season Tournament is Not Mandatory and is simply a (Fun-Filled Tune Up) and a Dress Rehearsal for Each Team s upcoming League or Leagues; and, it Will Not Count Against your upcoming League Standings.

3 A FREE: Post Season {Single Elimination} Championship Tournament 1.) The City of Pasadena Parks and Recreation Department: Athletics Division s Women s Rec Level Basketball League s Staff will host a: 2.) FREE: Post Season {Single Elimination} Championship} Tournament that would held on: Each Team s Specific League Night; on The Last Three: (3) scheduled League Weeks, near the conclusion of their Women s Rec Level Basketball League Schedule. The Manager / Coach: Must Provide a Completed Team Roster, with: No More than: Twelve: (12) Players on This Roster, By: The First: (1 ST ) Game of Their Season Opening Day Jamboree Tournament or prior to the start of their First: (1 st ) League Game of the season, if their Team elects to not participate in the Jamboree Style Tournament. Each Team s Final Roster Changes must be made prior to the start of Their: Third: (3 rd ) Week s League Game. At that point, Each Team s Roster will be Locked. Therefore, No More Players can be Added. Therefore, Players cannot be added. The Old Roster would be That Team s Final Roster. The City of Pasadena Parks & Rec: Athletics Division s {Tuesday Nights}Women s Rec Level Basketball League * Some Basic Rules & Regulations for our Leagues & Tournaments * Uniforms Information: Each Team Must have: Two: (2) Sets of: {Team Uniform Jerseys or T-Shirts}; One: (1) Must Be White or Very Light in Color and The Other Must Be Very Dark in Color. No Team will be allowed to use One: (1) Neutral Colored Uniform; trying to rely on the rest of our League Teams to use a Dark or a Light Color Uniform to Off Set Their Uniforms. I would Strongly Advise that Each Team purchases One: (1) Set of Reversible Style Jerseys. Each Team s Uniform Jerseys or T-Shirts, Must come with: (a Minimum of an Eight Inch: (8 ) Size Number on the Back); and with: (a Minimum of a Four Inch: (4 ) Size Number on the Front) of Each Uniform Jersey or T-Shirt. Fouls: Each Player is allowed Six: (6) Personal Fouls before He or She Fouls Out of The Game, instead of the normal Five: (5) Fouls!!!!!!!!!!!!

4 Game Time Duration: Each Game is projected to wrap up in Forty Minutes: (40.00), or Less. We will Play: Four: (4) Seven Minute: (07.00) Quarters. We are working on getting a Twenty Second: (.20) Shot Clock System!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is how The Clock will be run in Each Quarter of Every Game. In the First: (1 st ) Quarter: we will have a Running Clock for the Entire Quarter. In the Second: (2 nd ) Quarter: The Clock will Stop on: All Dead Balls, Only in: The Final Minute: (01.00) of That Quarter. In the Third: (3 rd ) Quarter: The Clock will Stop on: All Dead Balls, Only in: The Final Two Minutes: (02.00) of That Quarter. In the Forth: (4 th ) Quarter: The Clock will Stop on: All Dead Balls, Only in: The Final Three Minutes: (03.00) of That Quarter and for: The Rest of The Game. Over Time: 1.) In The First: (1 st ) Over Time: The First Over Time Period will be for played for a Two: (2) Minute Stint. 2.) The Team Managers will Flip for: The Choice of Shooting First: (1 st ) or Last.. There will be Alternating Choice Selection from that point, on. 3.) The Second: (2 nd ) Over Time Period will be a: Starting Five Shoot Out: from: The Four Point Line, for a Thirty Second: (.30) Stint. 4.) The Third: (3 rd ) Over Time Period will be a: Starting Five Shoot Out: from: The Three Point Line, for a Thirty second: (.30) Stint. The Forth: (4 th ) Over Time Period will be a: Starting Five Shoot Out: from: The Free Throw Line, for a Thirty second: (.30) Stint; until we determine a Winner. There will be: NO Tie Games!!!!!!! Time Outs: Each Team will be Awarded: {One: (1) Thirty Second: (.30) Time Out per Quarter}. We will have A Four: (4) Point Line on each Half of our Basketball Court. Any Player that makes a shot from behind The Four Point Line, The Basket will Count for: Four: (4) Points, at Any Time of The Game!!!!!!! League Nights Offered: Tuesday Nights = Rec Division * Women s Div. * Basketball League Times = Game #1 = 5:30PM; Game #2 = 6:15PM; Game #3 = 7:00PM; Game #4 = 7:45PM; Game # 5 = 8:30PM

5 Early Bird Special = (If you are Registered By) From: Wednesday: February 7, 2018 ******* To: Tuesday: April 24, 2018; By: 3:00PM $ = Per: Team Regular Registration = (If you Registered Between) From: Wednesday: February 7, 2018 ******* To: Tuesday: May 1, 2018; By: 3:00PM $ = Per: Team From: Wednesday: April May 2, 2018 ******* To: Tuesday: May 22, 2018; By: 3:00PM Women s Basketball League Awards: Pre-Season Tournament Awards: We will Conduct Two: (2) Shooting Contest that Any Player listed on the Roster of One: (1) of Our League Teams that is: {Participating in This Jamboree Style Tournament}, Only. Players Must have their (I Ds). And, Must Be on a Registered Tournament Team Roster to Participate. Absolutely No Exceptions!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a Twenty Dollar: $20.00 Registration Fee per attempt. {Each time a Player wants to attempt to Better His or Her Scores.} Each participate will receive a receipt each time He or She Registers to compete in: The Free Throw Shooting Contest and or The Three: (3) Point Shoot Out Contest. These Contests will go on at: during each Half Time Session and Between Each Game. There will Be a: Free Throw Shooting Contest on One: (1) Goal; and, a: Three: (3) Point Shoot Out Contest on The Other Goal.

6 The Basic Rules of These Two: (2) Contests: The Top Four: (4) Players with the most Points By: the Start of THE: Championship Game will be seeded based on Their Highest Registered Score, Only. Because; Each Eligible Player is: {Allowed to Pay to Play as many times as He or She wants to}, as long as, they go to the end of the line; and time does permit, before we Shut Down The Registration Process. Each participate will have a Total of Four: (4) Basketballs to shoot with. The First: (1 st ) Three: (3) Balls in the Ball Rotation will count for One: (1) Point when a Contestant makes it from: Behind The Free Throw Line or from: Behind The Three: Point Line, depending on whichever Contest That Participate is in, at That Time. However, The Forth: (4 th ) and Final Ball of The Ball Rotation is known as: THE MONEY BALL; and, will be worth: Three: (3) Points Each Time a Contestant makes This MONEY BALL from: Behind The Free Throw Line or from: Behind The Three: Point Line, based on whichever contest that The Participate is in, at That Time. A participate will be Penalized or DISQUALIFIED; if His or Her Ball Rotation Person and or Ball Handlers Intentionally or Accidently gives The Participate The MONEY BALL in the wrong Rotation Order. Each Participate can pick His or Her Own Special Ball Shaggers, Rebounders and Ball Rotation Person. There will be a Judge who will determine each time a score is made; and He or She will signal to the scorekeeper. Each Participate will make as many points as He or She can in a: Minute s: (1.00) Time Frame. The Final Four: (4) Free Throw Shooters Contestants will be Seeded and will Compete First: (1 st ). The Final Four: (4) Three: (3) Point Shoot Out Contestants will be Seeded and will Compete Last. The Champion of Each Contest will WIN: One Half: (1/2) of The Pot; from: That Specific Contest. The other One Half: (1/2) will Immediately Go Toward That Specific League Equipment Upgrades and League Awards!!!!!!!!!!!!
