1 Five Star Draw w/playoff A E B D C Each team draws two teams to play against. A vs. C A vs. D B vs. D B vs. E C vs. E After bracket play, all teams have had two games. All teams are ranked 1-5 based on record. One man shoot out will be used as a tiebreaker. Top three go straight to semifinal Fourth and fifth teams have a playoff for last semifinal spot. Semifinal 1: 1 vs. 4 Semifinal2: 2 vs. 3 Semifinal winners play final. Three games/ team Six play dates

2 SIX TEAM CROSS BRACKET Teams draw into two brackets of three teams each. Bracket I 1 Bracket II Teams play a cross bracket- Bracket I teams play Bracket II teams After bracket games, all teams are ranked 1 st through 6 th, top four teams play semifinal. In the event of a two way tie, who beat who will be used if the teams played each other. All other ties will be broken with a one man shoot out tie breaker. o 1 st vs. 4 th o 2 nd vs. 3 rd Fifth and sixth will advance to the Subsidiary Semi final winners play final. Minimum of 3 games/team Five play dates Five games for teams in final

3 FORMAT SIX TEAM CROSS BRACKET with Mini Quarter Teams draw into two brackets of three teams each. Bracket I Bracket II Teams play a cross bracket- Bracket I teams play Bracket II teams: o 1vs. 4, 2 vs.5, 3 vs. 6 o 1 vs. 5, 2 vs. 6, 3 vs. 4 o 1 vs. 6, 2 vs. 4, 3 vs. 5 After bracket games, all teams are ranked 1 st through 6 th. In the event of a tie, who beat who will be used if possible, tied teams that have not played each other will have a one man shoot out. Top two go straight to the semifinal, 3 rd - 6 th play a mini quarter. Mini Quarterfinals: o 3 vs. 6 o 4 vs. 5 Semifinals: o Semifinal pairings: Mini quarter winners will be ranked as third and fourth.. In the event of a tie on win loss between the quarterfinal winners, who beat who will be used if possible, otherwise a one man shoot out. 4 SEVEN TEAM FORMAT I BRACKET I BRACKET II BRACKET III Bracket I crosses with bracket II Bracket III plays within the bracket After bracket play, Brackets I and II are ranked 1-4. Top two go to semi final Top team in Bracket III goes to semifinal Fourth semifinalist is the better of third in Bracket I/II or second in Bracket III Semi final winners go to final. Teams that do not advance to semifinal go to a new tournament. Two teams will draw to have a playoff game, the other will go straight to final. NOTES: Two games/ team in first round Uneven percentage chance to advance depending on Bracket I/II vs.iii: 50% chance vs. 33% Five play dates total Four games for teams that advance to final

7 Eight Team Format (mini quarter) Bracket I Bracket II Teams play within the bracket After bracket play is completed, top ranked team by record in each bracket advances directly to the semifinals 2nd and 3rd ranked teams in each bracket will advance to a mini quarterfinal playoff Who beat who will break 2 way ties on record, 3 way ties will be broken by USPA approved 1 man shootout Mini Quarterfinals o #2 in Bracket I: o #3 in Bracket I: vs #3 in Bracket II vs #2 in Bracket II Semifinal pairings: winning quarterfinalists will proceed to the semifinals as follows o If the winning quarterfinalists are from different brackets, then they will advance to the semifinal against the bracket winner from the OTHER bracket so teams do not play against someone they already played o If the winning quarterfinalists are from the same bracket, then the Bracket I winner will draw between the two quarterfinalists Semifinals o Semifinal 1: Bracket I winner vs. quarterfinal winner o Semifinal 2: Bracket II winner vs. quarterfinal winner Finals Six play dates All teams get minimum three games Some teams play as many as six games (3 first round, mini, semi, final)

9 EIGHT TEAMS Double Elimination Bracket I Bracket II o Teams play 1 vs. 2, 3 vs. 4, 5 vs. 6, 7 vs 8 o After first games, Bracket I winners play each other, Bracket I losers play each other. Bracket II winners Play each other, Bracket II losers play each other. o This will create: o Two teams 2-0, they will advance to the semifinals. o Four teams 1-1, top two go to semi finals based on net goals/gross goals/shoot out, bottom two go to subsidiary semi finals o Two teams 0-2, advance to subsidiary semi finals. Semi final pairings: o 2-0 teams will be separated. o If possible they will play a team they have not already played. o If one 2-0 team has played both 1-1 teams, they will (play the one with the least net goals/gross goals/shoot out) (or draw) Subsidiary semifinal pairings: o 1-1 teams will be separated. o If possible they will play a team they have not already played. o If one 0-2 team has played both 1-1 teams, they will (play the one with the most net goals/gross goals/shoot out) (or draw) NOTES: Two games first round Four play dates Four games for teams that advance to final
