The bottom 2 teams from each pool based on total points awarded will advance to the Consolation Games. TIE BREAKER RULES: 1. The winner of the head-to-head game. 2. If still tied, the team with the highest total goal differential. 3. If still tied, fewest goals allowed. 4. If still tied, the team with the lowest total penalty minutes. 5. Coin toss by tournament officials in the presence of one coach or representative from each team.
