2 COACHES - VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOUR PRINT AND READ PRE- TOURNAMENT PACKET WHICH IS ADJACENT TO THE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE ON THE MSF1.ORG WEB SITE. PLEASE SUPPORT THE TOURNAMENT HOST Coaches should continue to check schedule through 12 noon Thursday in case there are changes due to forfeits or corrections. TOURNAMENT NOTES 1. The official tournament schedule is the bracket board posted at the tournament headquarters. Chek in continually for changes. It is your responsibility to keep abreast of all changes affecting your team s play. It is the team s 100%responsibility to be in the right place at the right time. The top two teams from each pool advance to the championship bracket. 2. Tie breaking procedures will be posted at the tournament site. If you have questions after reading the procedures, please ask the MSF manager for an explanation. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO RESOLVE YOUR QUESTIONS! 3. Should a forfeit occur within pool play at any time, all previous results of the forfeiting team shall be canceled. However, the forfeiting team may play the remainder of the schedule as an exhibition provided their opponent agrees to play. Exhibition game scores will not be included when tallying the tiebreaker seeding/statistics. Forfeiting teams cannot advance to bracket play. Teams affected by a forfeit should report to the tournament manager immediately for further instructions. 4. In a three team pool where a no-show occurs, the two remaining teams shall play each other twice, unless the time schedule does not allow it. Tie breaking procedures will then determine the seeding in the championship bracket.
