6 Questions and Answers for the Open World Series 1. Where do I find the game / tournament rules for the tournament? a. On the Wolves web site on the home page click on Rules / Policies. 2. When will schedules be published for the Open World Series? a. They are published on the under the specific World Series and Pool Schedule / Results area. The Schedule Version 1.0 will be published - 7/22/13 after 6:00pm 3. When are rosters due and how do I put them in the system? a. All rosters are put in web site in your team information area. Login into through the coach login and click on roster. Enter your players. If your roster is not in the system your team will not play. Here is the due date: i. Rosters due 7/19/12 before 6:00pm 4. Does the coach or players have to pay gate fee? a. No. Players must be in full game uniform when they come in the gate. If you have more 3 coaches then the extra coaches must purchase a gate pass. If you loose your passes then you will have to pay for new ones. Coach gate passes are unique and when we have a tournament issue / question the directors will only discuss it with a coach with a wrist band. 5. How much is gate fee for the parents and other spectators? a. For the Open World Series it is $5 per day or $10 for the 3 days. Discounts apply for senior citizens and children 7 and under are free. 6. When are T-Shirts available and how can I purchase them at a discount? a. T-Shirts for every tournament will be available for purchase early. The design of the t-shirt is in the document about each tournament. Discount order form is in this document. The T-Shirts will be on sale $14 YS XXXL pre-tournament ( 5) t-shirt minimum order. Print the form included in this document and mail it to Bob Kwiatkowski, OPEN World Series Stonebrook Ct. Northville, MI Price will be $15 at the gate. We will not have all sizes available at the gate as we do with pre-orders. Forms must be in by: i. Pre-Order T-Shirts 7/17/13 before 6:00pm 6

7 7. Is there a mandatory pre-tournament coaches meeting? a. Yes. The mandatory coaches meeting is a conference call: July 24 th 6:30 7:00pm code: # 8. How do you determine which teams go in each pool? a. Teams are randomly selected. The only exception is when teams from the same league that we know of end up in the same pool. We make an adjustment. 9. Can we bring in coolers, chairs, pets to the tournaments? a. Pacesetter Park does not allow coolers, food, smoking or pets in the park. No tobacco products are allowed in the park. One team cooler and chairs are allowed. 10. What about rainout information? a. We will post a message on the home page of the web site and we will also update Twitter wolvestourney. The schedules will be adjusted in the Schedules Result area to reflect the new playing times. 11. Where and When are the results posted? a. The results are posted at the field on schedule sheets and on the web site under the specific World Series and Pool Schedule / Results area. 7

8 Insurance ** Important You Must Read ** Your team must have insurance to play in our tournaments with "Michigan Wolves Baseball Inc Stonebrook Ct. Northville, MI 48167" named as additional insured. Your insurance carrier will add an additional insured party to your policy at no charge to you. Optionally you may purchase insurance through Wolves Tournaments and you will be charged a nominal fee of $3 per player per tournament. In either case you must document your insurance policy or purchase your insurance 2 weeks prior to the start of the tournament our web site under the coach menu item insurance. You will need to login through coach login before you can access the insurance section. If a team fails to provide proof of insurance and does not purchase insurance within the required timeframe they will forfeit their tournament fee and will not be able to play in the tournament. ** Note: Make checks payable to Wolves Tournaments.
