Open to all teams and families on Field 9 6/30 Single Elimination Bracket Begins 7/1 Semi Finals Begin & Championship REPORT CHECK-IN On June 28 th 4:00pm CST, Coaches will Check-in at Phenix City Idle Hour Park 37 th St. Phenix City, AL It is located behind Garrett- Harrison Stadium off Airport Rd. At this time, we will take your Tournament credentials binder and collect your total tournament fees. We will have a short meeting to review the tournament schedule and rules with the Tournament Director and Umpire Chief. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have at that time. All monies are due at this meeting, checks should be made out to PCYB. You can write a single check for all fees (Tournament Gate Fee $650, T-Shirt Fee $15 each) Following the meeting, we will have a short Opening Ceremonies and ask that all teams regardless of your game time to attend in uniform for introductions and door prizes. You are guaranteed 4 total games 3-4 Pool Play then bracket play. Please by JUNE 22 nd with your coach and team roster, and t-shirt order. 4 IDLE HOUR SPORTS COMPLEX PARK RULES: 900 Airport Rd Phenix City, AL No coolers, except for one team cooler brought in by a coach, will be allowed inside the park. Water Coolers will be provided in each dugout for teams. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on Phenix City property. 2. No outside food may be brought into the park. 3. Pets are not allowed, exceptions are service dogs. 4. No tobacco products allowed within the fenced complex, this includes smokeless tobacco. The Parking Lot is the only allowable smoking area, not the side walk nor right outside the gate. (Ordinance ) 5. No Artificial noisemakers or air horns. 6. PROFANITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE PARK IF CAUGHT USING PROFANITY TOWARDS COACHES, UMPIRES, AND STAFF. BATTING CAGES: There are four batting cages located behind Field 7. Teams are permitted to utilize one cage only unless the number of teams present is less than four. T-SHIRTS $15.00 Youth Small Adult XXL Pre-order using TEAM SHEET FEE. A limited supply of shirts will be available for purchase on game days. Shirts will be white with a design on the front as shown below. (If all teams are known prior to production, team names will be listed on the back)

Option 2 North - From (Hwy 280 South), take Hwy 80 Phenix City North By-Pass take the River Chase Exit turning right. The complex and Airport Road are the next road on the right. Option 3 South (Hwy 431 North) Take Hwy 280 North, Take Hwy 80 Hwy 80 Phenix City North By-Pass take the River Chase Exit turning right. The complex and Airport Road are the next road on the right. Option 4 West (Hwy 80 East) Take Hwy 280 North, Take Hwy 80 Hwy 80 Phenix City North By-Pass take the River Chase Exit turning right. The complex and Airport Road are the next road on the right. 6 LOCAL EVENTS & ATTRACTIONS White Water Rafting & Zipline Come raft with us on the Chattahoochee River in Phenix City, Ala., the longest urban whitewater rafting in the world! The course has been described to be Wild as Colorado and Warm as Costa Rica. USA Today picked the Chattahoochee Whitewater Park as one of the Top 12 man-made Adventures in the World! The course consists of class II-V whitewater and is one of the most exciting sections of whitewater in the US! FOOD TRUCKS Best Street food in town. 7 TOURNAMENT DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS AND PREPARATION The following documents are required by Babe Ruth League, Inc. of each team before they are eligible to participate in any sanctioned Babe Ruth League, Inc. post season tournament. 1. Tournament documents are to be placed in a three ring binder in the order listed below. 2. These documents are to be placed in clear plastic, top loading paper savers before being placed in the binder. Page 1: Birth Document** Page 2: Certificate of Insurance (accident and general liability) Page 3: Tournament Roster * Page 4: Letter of League Eligibility Page 5: Medical Releases (4 Copies per Player) Page 6: Pictures (4 5x7 or 8x10 color or black and white) Page 7: Coaches Certification ID Cards or Certificates Page 8: Charter Page 9: Letter of Waivers Page 10: Local League Rosters (tournament team players highlighted) Page 11: Local League Schedule Page 12: Affidavits (to be signed after managers/coaches meeting) Page 13: League Boundaries Page 14: Head Coach & Assistant Coaches Heads Up Concussion Certificate Page 15: Concussion Forms on each player signed by a parent or guardian. **Birth Documents: See Babe Ruth Rule 0.04 paragraph 1- A for a list of acceptable documents. Consent for treatment form on each player. MUST BE FOUR PART FORM PROVIDED BY BABE RUTH LEAGUE, INC. *1. Each player s birth document is to be placed in the front of the plastic saver with consent for treatment form in the back or under birth document. They are then placed in the binder in the same order as they are listed on the Tournament Team Roster. Dropping out of the tournament (once committed), Failure to complete a full regulation game, Failure to attend the ice breaker & leaving the tournament early will result in a $300 fine and your league will not be considered to host a state tournament for two years.
