4 COACHING MEETING On Thursday, July 6, Coaches will check in at 10:00am at Batter Up Restaurant in Childersburg. This is a mandatory meeting for managers. At this time, we will check credentials and discuss tournament rules. Coaches will need to bring their book, tournament entry fee and check for t-shirts to the meeting. We will be serving lunch. Assistant coaches and team mothers are invited to eat. GAME TIMES Games will be played at Garland Justice Field in Childersburg. Game times will be announced. Games will begin the afternoon of Thursday, July 6. ADMISSION. Guest Price- $ per team, one time gate fee. This is due upon arrival at Coaches Meeting. NO ADMISSION CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED AT THE GATE. Make check payable to: Childersburg Parks and Rec Dept. PARK RULES (All Park Rules will be STRICTLY ENFORCED) NO COOLERS ALLOWED IN PARK! Tents are only allowed near the dug out area. Tents are not allowed in front of the concession stand. No outside food may be brought into the park. No pets allowed Air horns and artificial noise makers are not allowed Coaches and fans who become disruptive will be asked to leave the park Smoking will only be allowed on the deck T-Shirts T-Shirts will be PRE-ORDER. Only one order per team. Team mother should e- mail sizes to pey513@bellsouth.net by July 5 at 5:00pm. There may be a few available for purchase at the tournament.

After you cross the Coosa River, Turn left at the first Red Light (Pizza Hut is on your right). Take hwy 235 approximately 2 miles. Turn right immediately after The Willows Apartments onto Pinecrest Drive. You will see Childersburg Elementary School on your left. The field is just past the elementary school.
