1 A to Z Men s Lacrosse Fan Guide ADA Accommodations Animals: Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at Homewood Field. All animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Parking: Disabled parking is available on a first come first serve basis at the Homewood Field parking lot between the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame and the stadium off of University Parkway. Vehicles must display a proper tag for access. A person with a disability must be in the vehicle. Cost to park will be equivalent to the lowest parking fee used on that day, typically $5-10. A drop off zone for those with disabilities is located on Goodnow Dr. off of University Parkway in front of the Athletic Center. Restrooms: Once inside the stadium, accessible stalls are located underneath the press box and in Schelle Pavilion. Seating: Patrons with disabilities are able to view our games from field level in front of the bleacher seating areas. Alcohol Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the stadium. University security, staff or contracted officers will confiscate any prohibited beverages and have been asked to search any bags of permitted size. ATM s An ATM is located inside the Ralph O Connor Recreation Center. Autographs Hopkins lacrosse players are available for autographs at the conclusion of the game. Fans hoping to get an autograph are asked to gather near the entrance to the field where players will be available as they exit the field. Shortly after the game, youth will also be able to access the team locker room from this same area. An assistant coach will invite everyone in when the team is ready. Females are not permitted into the locker room, but will be provided access to the locker room area and players will stop by to visit. Bag searches (see also Prohibited Items) Small tote bags (purses, baby or diaper bags, etc.) will be permitted inside Homewood Field and are subject to search at all entrances. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or discarded. Staff may not store or hold items for you until postgame. Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspections of contents of bags or purses will be denied entry to the stadium. Banners and Signage Derogatory or profane signs, banners, clothing items & language are prohibited in the stadium.

2 Blue Jays Unlimited Blue Jays Unlimited (BJU) is comprised of a group of volunteer alumni, friends and staff dedicated to support and promote the athletics programs at Johns Hopkins University. BJU is committed to providing support for annual fund raising and recognition activities for intercollegiate athletics. Money raised by BJU is used to enhance the Hopkins experience for all student-athletes. For more information about how you can impact the athletes, please contact the office at bju@jhu.edu or by calling If you would like to make an online contribution to BJU, please use the following link, Box office On game day, General Will Call is located at the main tickets booths in Schelle Pavilion on University Parkway. Will call opens 90 minutes prior to face off on game day and will remain open the entire game. A valid ID is required when picking up tickets. Player Complimentary Will Call is located at the end of the stadium in our black ticket booths off of University Parkway. These booths will open 90 minutes prior to face off on game day and will remain open until face off. A valid ID is required when you are picking up tickets. Individual game ticket prices range from $7 for adult general admission and $5 for children 12 and under, seniors and students with a valid school ID from Brown or Johns Hopkins. Children under 2 are free. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling during normal business hours. Individual game tickets will also be available on game day at all ticket booths including our main location at Schelle Pavilion off of University Parkway. Ticket booths will open 90 minutes prior to face off. Broadcasts All Johns Hopkins Lacrosse games will air on either WJFK-AM1300 or WVIE-AM1370 in the Baltimore area Most Johns Hopkins Men s Lacrosse Games can be seen on ESPN U. Check out the following link for more details Buses No charter buses are permitted to park on campus on game days. Only visiting team buses and Johns Hopkins Athletics sponsored buses are permitted to stage on campus. Buses may park on Johns Hopkins Eastern Campus if space permits. Please see a Johns Hopkins University security officer for directions to Eastern Campus. Child ticketing policy Children under the age of 2 are admitted at no charge to all Hopkins Lacrosse Games.

3 Code of conduct The NCAA and Johns Hopkins University promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site. Consumption of alcohol and tobacco products is strictly prohibited. Coolers Coolers are not permitted in the stadium. Emergency inside stadium For any emergency, including medical emergencies, while inside the stadium, notify the nearest security officer or First Aid staff at the red tent located under the main scoreboard. Evacuation In the event of an emergency, stadium staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits in the stadium are clearly marked. In the case of lightening, teams will be directed to exit the field and all guests will be asked to leave the bleachers and return to their vehicles or seek shelter under Schelle Pavilion. Access is not permitted inside the Athletic Center. Field access Only authorized persons with proper credentials are allowed on the field. Fans entering the field area without proper credentials are subject to removal from the stadium. Credentials for field access are not available for purchase. First Aid/EMS The first aid station is located under the green tent on the scoreboard end of the field. If you are in need of medical attention, please notify an usher or security officer. Stadium staff is trained to call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations. Food/Beverages Patrons may not bring food or beverages, including alcoholic beverages, inside the stadium. Concession stands are located throughout the stadium and offer a variety of food and nonalcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are not sold or permitted inside the stadium. Cash only please, as credit cards are not accepted. Game dates and times Johns Hopkins Lacrosse game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date or time change should occur, the information will be immediately posted on hopkinssports.com and will be communicated through the local media.

4 Game Programs & Media Guides NCAA game programs will be available for purchase during the NCAA playoff games held at Homewood Field at the center gate of Schelle Pavilion and near our main concession stand at the team entrance to the field. Cash only please, as credit cards are not accepted. Gates open Gates open 90 minutes prior to face off. This includes all parking lots adjacent to the stadium. Hotels Johns Hopkins encourages our fans to support our hotel partners when in town for games. Please contact your desired hotel for special Hopkins rates. Lost tickets Lost tickets should be reported to the Hopkins Athletics Ticket Office. Ticket replacement policies vary. To contact the ticket office, please call Mascot The Blue Jay makes several appearances at Hopkins lacrosse. Merchandise Booth NCAA Merchandise will be available for sale throughout the game. Items will include hats and t-shirts. Noisemakers Johns Hopkins University and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought inside the stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, all horns (including air horns), cow bells and whistles. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

5 Parking Public parking is available in the following campus garages on game days: Homewood Lot (off of University Parkway and between the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame and Homewood Field) - Lot opens 90 minutes prior to face off and a ticket is required for admittance to the lot. Space Telescope Garage (off of San Martin behind the Athletic Center) - Lot opens 90 minutes prior to face off. Pets Johns Hopkins asked that spectators refrain from bringing their pets (of any size) to any competitions held at Homewood Field. Post Season For post season competition details please refer back to our website, for information regarding tickets, parking, game times, etc. Prohibited items Alcohol Animals/Pets Backpacks Signs attached to sticks or poles Bikes, skateboards, skates and related items Coolers Noisemaking devices Outside Food or Beverages (glass or plastic bottles included) Any type of weapon Lacrosse balls Umbrellas Re-entry policy Re-entry is not permitted once ticket has been torn or hand stamped. Seating Homewood Field has an official seating capacity of 8,500. For playoffs, seating is all general admission.

6 Security Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest-related problems should be reported to an usher or security officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the stadium or the teams may be ejected from the facility. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the stadium. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected patron is grounds for arrest. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Johns Hopkins University. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the stadium. To report an incident in your seating area, please notify the nearest usher or security officer at the entrance nearest to your seat. The following items are not allowed into the stadium: Alcohol, animals/pets, backpacks, signs attached to sticks or poles, bikes, skateboards, skates and related items, coolers, noisemaking devices, outside food or beverages (glass or plastic bottles included), any type of weapon, lacrosse balls, umbrellas. Smoking policy Smoking is not permitted at Homewood Field. Solicitation Johns Hopkins University does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on University property. Special announcements Special announcements on the public address system and scoreboard are limited to medical and police emergencies. Johns Hopkins Athletics does not announce or display birthday, anniversary or other personal messages on the public address system or scoreboard. Tailgating Tailgating is permitted in parking areas surrounding Homewood Field once lots are open. Tailgating is not permitted in the stadium. 7 Water fountains Water fountains are located under Schelle Pavilion and outside the Athletic Center near the main concession stand. Weapons No weapons of any kind are permitted in Homewood Field, in the Newton White Athletic Center, or in any designated Johns Hopkins venue. This policy includes weapons used by offduty law enforcement officers.
