4 REPORT TIME On July 3, 2015, Teams and Coaches will Check in at 6:00 PM at LBW Community College in the Auditorium. At this time, we will take your credentials binder. Dinner will be served at 6:30 for players and coaches; casual dress with jersey or team shirt. Immediately following dinner we will have an Umpire and Coaches meeting. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have at that time. You will e able to meet with umpires at that time to go over the rules and regulations. Opening Ceremony On July 4, 2015, 9 AM, the Opening Ceremonies will take place on the Chick Earle Field, at Johnson Park. Teams should plan on arriving at he field NLT 8:30 AM. GAME TIMES 12U games will be played on the Chick Earle Field. 11U games will be played on the Legends Field. Game times will be announced at the coaches meeting. Gate Fee: THERE WILL BE A $650 GATE FEE. THIS MONEY SHALL BE TAKEN UP AT THE COACHES MEETING ON JULY 3 rd. IF PAYING BY CHECK, MAKE PAYABLE TO COVINGTON COUNTY BABE RUTH, ENSURE TO PUT GATE FEE IN THE MEMO BOX PARK RULES: 1. No coolers will be allowed inside the park. Water Coolers will be provided in each dugout for teams. 2. No outside food may be brought into the park; any outside food items must be disposed of before entering the park. 3. Pets are not allowed, exceptions are service dogs.

5 4. No tobacco products allowed outside of vehicle. The park and Parking lot are no smoke-free areas. This includes smokeless tobacco. 5. No Artificial noisemakers or air horns. 6. PROFANITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THE PARK IF CAUGHT USING PROFANITY TOWARDS COACHES, UMPIRES, AND STAFF. There are two parking lots located at Johnson Park. The Large Parking lot will be used for fans and they may enter thru the gate. The small parking lot will be where Head Coaches and Staff may park. There is a gate located near this parking lot to be used by players and coaches. The area between the two parking lots can be used for players to assemble and to warm up prior to games. ONLY PLAYERS AND COACHES MAY USE THE GATE AT THE SMALL PARKING LOT. T-SHIRTS We are designing a shirt for the tournament. Shirts are available for purchase on pre-order basis only. Orders will be taken until June 24. Prices : $15 dollars FOR Youth Small thru Adult XL $17 for Adult XXL $18 for Adult XXXL Shirts will be white with a design on the front. (If all teams are known prior to production, team names will be on the back) Coaches shall take up money for their shirts and bring to coaches meeting.
