8 Information / Helpful Hints 1. There will be a MANDATORY Team Manager Meeting on Saturday 7/15/2017 at 7:30 AM, in the meeting room at Bonita Springs Little League for Pool A and San Carlos Little League for Pool B. At this meeting the tournament format, schedule, and rules will be discussed. If you have any questions about this tournament this will be the opportunity to have answered at this meeting. 2. The following will be reviewed at the above meeting or before your first game: Team Affidavits and supporting paperwork 3. Games will be played in accordance with 2017 Little League Tournament Rules 4. Umpires will check all equipment prior to each game faulty equipment will be removed for the duration of the tournament, and will not be allowed to be used. You may pick up removed equipment at the field office at the conclusion of your last game of the tournament. Teams should arrive at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled game start time. 5. Team Warm-Up areas are provided. No hitting balls against the fences. 6. Teams must pick up trash in dugout before vacating. 7. NO COOLERS are allowed inside the park (Exception: A team may have ONE cooler in the dugout with drinks, wet towels, etc, for the manager/coaches/players). Water coolers and cups will also be provided in each team dugout. Please make sure your team and their parents/relatives/friends/fans are aware of this rule. People bringing coolers into the park will be asked to remove them to their vehicle. Let s support the concession stand as this is what sustains the league. Food and drinks are available at the Concession Stand. 8. The use of tobacco and alcohol are strictly prohibited in all City facilities. 9. Obscene language or harassment by anyone will not be tolerated. Offenders WILL BE REMOVED from the park. Noise makers, air horns, boom boxes, etc. will NOT be permitted. Bonita Springs Little league has a PA system that will provide entertainment for all!
