2 If our Club has several teams participating can we pay with 1 check? We prefer Club s sending several teams to make payment with 1 check. If a team is not accepted, will we receive our application fee refunded? Yes; any team not accepted will have their registration fee refunded. If our team is accepted and we cannot participate, will we receive a tournament refund? No; once a team is accepted and they cannot participate a refund is not returned. Can we bring guest or secondary players? Yes; we accept 3 guest players per team. When will acceptances be ed? Acceptance s will be sent by mid September. When are flights posted? Flighting will be posted by the end of September. When are schedules posted? Schedules will be posted no later than one week before the start of the tournament. When is Check In? All teams now have the option to check in online up to October 1st or in person at the host hotel on the Friday night before the tournament between 6 9pm. If not able to check in online prior to October 1st, teams will have to attend in person check in on the Friday night before the tournament. Can I Check In Saturday? All teams must check in on line or Friday night due to the size of the tournament. If you are coming from a far distance, a request via to pride@parsippanysoccerclub.org can be made to register Saturday morning at Smith Field s Headquarters. Trailer will be located in the parking lot of the US 46 E, Parsippany, NJ entrance.

3 What do I need to upload/bring to Check In? 1. Player passes (USYSA state pass or US Club). 2. State or US Club official roster a. If you are doing in person check in, bring two (2) copies of the official team roster (we will keep one) 3. Emergency contact form (download from our website) Where do small sided teams pick up their participation gift? They can be picked up Friday night at in person check in or at Smith Field on Saturday for teams that checked in online. Does my team have to play Friday night? No; only local teams or teams that requested a match Friday night may play on Friday night. What time does the first match begin on Saturday and Sunday? Tournament play begins at 7:45 AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Are there any matches on Monday? No; the tournament is over Sunday. If I have a match Friday night, where do I Check in? All teams playing Friday night who did not check in online will need to check in at the field site 45 minutes before the start of the match. Can we purchase tournament shirts by pre order? Yes; there is a form on the website for tournament shirts at a discounted price. Pre orders can be picked up at Friday night at the host hotel. Is this a patch tournament? Yes; all teams should exchange Club patches after every match. How many players per team are allowed on the roster? U8 U11 is 7v7 (6 field players plus goalie) ONLY 14 PLAYERS CAN BE ROSTERED PER MATCH U11 U12 is 9v9 (8 field players plus goalie) ONLY 14 PLAYERS CAN BE ROSTERED PER MATCH U13 U15 is 11v11 (10 field players plus goalie) ONLY 18 PLAYERS CAN BE ROSTERED PER

4 MATCH We are from out of the area how can we find a hotel? All host hotels are listed on the Pride Tournament website. Where can we find directions to field sites? All directions are posted on the tournament website. Does my team need to check in before every match? Yes; there will be a field marshal at each site and teams need to check in with their player passes and official roster 30 minutes prior to their match. Our coach/trainer works with multiple teams. Can we request separate match times? An can be sent to pride@parsippanysoccerclub.org requesting teams not to play at the same time, but due to the size of the tournament, requests may not be able to be fulfilled. Please make arrangements for an alternate coach. Where are scores posted? U11 to U14 scores will be posted on our website. Are scores posted for small sided teams? No; New Jersey Youth Soccer Association (NJYSA) does not allow scores or standings posted for U8 U10. Is there a championship match? Yes; all U11 through U14 teams winning their flight will meet Sunday afternoon in the final match. U8 10 do not have a championship match. Where are trophies presented? Trophy presentations will be done at designated sites. First and second place teams receive their awards immediately following their match. After the championship match, please have all players go to the designated site. Does my team get Got Soccer points? All finalists in the U12 U14 age brackets will receive GotSoccer points.
