Teams are REQUIRED to stay at our tournament hotels if you are traveling from out of town. When calling the hotel to make reservations, remember to mention that you are booking through Prep Basketball to receive this discount. Also, you can register online through southernidahoelitebasketball.com and the host charges a fee per transaction. This fee is nonrefundable and it goes directly to Tourney Machine. Teams calling on Monday or Tuesday to register late will be required to register through Tourney Machine. Closing date for the online registration is Monday at 9:00 p.m.

4 AWARDS: Medals, T-Shirts or Trophies vary with each tournament. REFUNDS: Refund will be given if Southern Elite is notified on Monday the week of the tournament. If Prep is not notified on Monday the week of the tournament, no refund will be given. If you signup through Tourney Machine, their administration fee will not be refunded. If the weather stops or cancels a tournament, teams will have the opportunity to select another tournament to play in. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Tournament Start Times: We always try to give the out of town teams travel time in the morning, we don t consider what time you get home it can be late. Teams that travel, we try to keep your times as close together as possible. Some groups will be done by 4:00 pm, but some as late as 9:45 pm. We never have a set time for any group until I see where the teams are from and what combinations we have. It can change every week. Games time examples; Out of town teams (11:00 am, 1:15 pm, 4:45 pm or 4:30 pm, 6:30 pm, 9:00 pm) Game times for local teams will be 8:45 am to 10:30 pm. SPECIAL TIME REQUESTS: We will try to accommodate time requests, but on 1 day tournaments they are very difficult to accommodate. Example; if one team needs to be done by 4:00 p.m. and another team in the same age division can t play until after 2:00 p.m., we can t accommodate both teams. The first request will be accommodated. $40.00 per request, please include with your application. $50.00 if you call in the request. SCOREKEEPERS: We will provide scorekeepers for the book and the clock; these are players from the school we are renting. These players are doing this as a fundraiser, so we recommend that you have your scorebook person sit at the score table to help prevent mistakes. If problems occur, tell the scorekeeper to buzz the referee. Don t complain after the game, it s too late then. GAME TIMES: Schedule will be posted on Wednesday the week of the tournament by 6:00 p.m. You can also go to our website and access your game times, locations and opponents. You can call Wednesday between 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or on Thursday morning 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. if you are not sure of your game times or location.
