1 Oregon Prep Basketball Girl s Vancouver Tournament Saturday, December 8 th & Sunday, December 9 th 2012 Robby Fenk (360) (Call this office number Monday-Friday) (503) (Call this number during the tournament) Coaches Please Read: All tournament teams play 4 games Teams playing in this tournament If you are not 100% sure when you play on Saturday or Sunday, please call me on my cell phone (503) Coaches MUST locate both games on Saturday & Sunday. 3 Team Pools st Place nd Place rd Place Pool Play Ties: If you are in a 3 team pool and all 3 teams go 1-1, we will go to point difference up to 15 points to establish 1 st, 2 nd & 3 rd place. 4 Team Pools: TEAM POOLS There can t be any ties in 4 teams pools Team with 2 wins in the pool 1 st Place Teams that wins their 1 st game and loses their 2 nd game 2 nd Place Team that loses their 1 st game and wins their 2 nd game 3 rd Place Team with 2 losses in the pool 4 th Place keeper: Possible Game Times: Oregon Prep will provide scorekeepers for the book and the clock, but these are players from the school we are using. These players are doing this as a fundraiser, so we recommend that you have your scorebook person sit at the score table to help prevent mistakes. If a problem occurs, tell the scorekeeper to buzz the referees and they will stop the game and help correct the problem. Possible game times for Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tournament Game Rules minute stop time halves. No pressing or trapping with a 20 point lead Referee Complaints Coaches, if you have issues with our referees, there is a list on the wall that reads exactly as the game schedule. Please not the officials name and the time of the game and call me on Monday night or me with this information, Parents: If you have an issue with a referee, you must direct it through your coach. Double Check Sunday s Schedule If things change on the Sunday schedule, we will not contact you. You must check the website for changes on Friday afternoon and again in the gym on Saturday. It is your responsibility to make sure you have changes to Sunday s schedule. Do not depend on Sunday s schedule Wednesday to read the same as Sunday s schedule on Friday or Saturday. We have teams cancel on us or gym issues pop up every so often and that forces us to make changes.
