1 Dear friends, With a true pleasure we invite you to the 8. RATARY FIUMANKA which will take place in Rijeka, on June 9th, 2017 as part of large international sailing event the 18th Fiumanka. Rotary Club Rijeka is a long term partner and participant of Fiumanka, which every year attracts more and more participants and media from Croatia and abroad. We have convinced that sailing is an excellent platform to socialize, to promote the idea of Rotary and for development of communication with the community. Therefore we have linked the Rotary regatta with this distinctive event for which organization is in charge of our Club supported from organizers of Fiumanka. We believe that program of two-day socializing and sailing will meet your expectations. We invite you to plan even now your arrival and become part of our humanitarian regatta at which we will, during a friendly gathering, support a worthy goal, and that is help to the Center for providing services in community "Izvor" from Selce. 2 MORE ABOUT REGATTA SAILING INSTRUCTIONS: Organizers: Sailing Club MAXI, Rijeka ROTARY CLUB RIJEKA 8. ROTARY FIUMANKA Rijeka, June 9th, 2017 Regatta will be governed by sailing rules - Fiumanka Area of sailing is the Gulf of Rijeka Offshore race will take place on the route: RIJEKA - VOZ (Krk Island, approximately 10 nm) Each boat must display stickers of event sponsors. In regatta can participate only crew of Rotary clubs invited from the side of Organizer. Crew schedule per boat is not the basis for protest or request for redress. Ranking will be determined according the corrected time.. Boat for competitors is ensured in the port of Rijeka Applications must be submitted on the attached form no later than June 8th, 2017 on e- mail: info@fiumanka.eu. Applications sent by must be personally confirmed in the Office of RO the latest by June 9th, 2017 at 11:30 AM. The entry fee is not charged. More about program and accommodation in attachment. PROGRAM OF COMPETITION: Thursday, June 8 th, AM to 8 PM; reception of competitors, distribution of sailing instructions (Terminal) Friday, June 9 th, AM to 11 AM; reception of competitors, distribution of sailing instructions (Terminal) 11:30 AM; Skippers meeting 12:00 AM; START of regatta 6 PM; Limited time of regatta duration

3 Sketches of the fields Competitors participate in regatta at their own risk. The competitor or his representative shall take the specific measures of security and cover all risks including the one toward third parties. Organizer, all persons and organizations involved in organization eliminate any liability for possible damages or injury to competitors, boats or third parties before, during and after regatta. Competitors, owners and their guests give to organizer all rights to use photo and video records of persons and boats before, during and after regatta in media, including advertising, press materials, and other promotional activities or press releases.

4 OFFER FOR BOAT RENT: Price for boat rent for Rotary Fiumanka: 350 Friday, June 9th, 2017 A sailing boat is available to lessee from Friday June 9th, 2017 from 9 AM, and he is obliged to return it in an existing condition at the disposal to lessor no later than the same day until 8 PM. Price for boat rent for Rotary Fiumanka and Fiumanka: 500 Friday and Saturday, June 9-10th, 2017 A sailing boat is available to lessee from Friday June 9th, 2017 from 9 AM, and he is obliged to return it in an existing condition at the disposal to lessor the latest till Saturday, June 10th, 2017 until 8 PM. Notifications: Any damages caused by negligence and irresponsible behavior, are the financial obligation of lessee. At least one crew member must posses a valid license for the yacht master up to 12 meters of length (min. B category). Reservations of sailing boats can be done by mail to: info@sail-ing.com, no later than 15 days before the rent. Terms of payment: it is required to pay 50% of the rental amount upon booking, and the rest during taking over and signing Rental Agreement. Deposit: During taking over the boat, lessee is obliged to pay a deposit in amount of 70% of value of rent, which returns to lessee upon taking over from lessor and after determining that there was no damage during use.
