The knowledge and experience of cone crushing technology is an important part of our history as well as our future. Now we are taking the development of spare parts to the next level we call it the Parts Evolution. These new spare parts are developed to optimize productivity and increase safety during maintenance. For you this means simplified service routines, overall cost savings and increased operational uptime. The new spare parts are available for Sandvik cone crushers: CH420, CH430, CH440, CH660, CS420, CS430, CS440 and CS660.* All new Sandvik cone crushers delivered after Q will have the new system pre-installed. *The mainshaft sleeve requires exchange to mainshaft with new design.

MAINSHAFT SLEEVE Our Mainshaft Sleeve is developed to effectively protect the mainshaft. It is one of the crusher s key components, exposed to an excessive amount of pressure.

3 MAINSHAFT SLEEVE Our Mainshaft Sleeve is developed to effectively protect the mainshaft. It is one of the crusher s key components, exposed to an excessive amount of pressure. Instead of replacing the entire shaft, you can now change the Mainshaft Sleeve for a far more reasonable price. The new conical shape and oil grooves on the mainshaft means that we have been able to exclude the heating and grinding procedure during replacement of the Mainshaft Sleeve. The new simplified procedure only requires a torque wrench and a hand driven oil pump. Altogether, our new innovative design has improved safety significantly by eliminating some potentially dangerous maintenance activities. Replacement can be done in 15 minutes compared to about 90 minutes using the previous method and design. With our new Mainshaft Sleeve you minimize downtime while improving your operational efficiency. BENEFITS: Reduced downtime during maintenance by up to 80 %. SPIDER BUSHING The new Spider Bushing has been developed using new material composition. When the shaft rotates it causes severe friction to the Spider Bushing.

We have combined different materials to minimize abrasion in this wear intense area to increase the lifespan of the Spider Bushing. Thanks to the new alloy, lifespan is increased by 100 %. This means that the frequency of required maintenance stops can be reduced by half. Using our all-new Spider Bushing also saves time since a replacement normally takes about one day. 5 STEP COMPONENTS The Step Components consist of three integrated plates: the Mainshaft Step, the Step Washer and the Piston Wearing Plate. In order to increase lifespan of the Step Components, new oil grooves in the Piston Wearing Plate and Mainshaft Step have been developed to improve lubrication to wear and friction by up to 10 %. The all-new Step Components are partly run in during manufacturing enabling up to 80% faster break in. In addition, we have developed a lifting tool for the Step Components to increase safety during maintenance. BENEFITS: Reduced break in time by up to 80 %. Extended lifespan.
