Application for the Siplified Measureent for Yachts below 24 in overall length copleted by St. Vincent and The Grenadines appointed surveyor is required during the initial inspection of the yacht. For existing yachts this application should be copleted on the occasion of the annual or renewal inspection if not copleted before. Yachts over 24 in overall length should be subitted to the tonnage easureent by a Recognized Organization for the issue of an International Tonnage Certificate If the owner dees that the yacht over 24 in overall length is less than 24 (in accordance with the International Convention on Tonnage Measureent of Ships, 1969, Article 2 (8)), then a copy of general arrangeent plan of the yacht should be subitted to this Adinistration for further evaluation and instruction. 1.
