6 Aquaflow Lightweight, ultra flexible and kink resistant Aquaflow is ideal for breathing gas supply and pneumo service for surface demand umbilicals. Construction comprises an extruded core tube, reinforcement of high strength yarn and a bonded outer cover. Both tube and cover are extruded from high performance thermoplastic polymers which are particularly clean and free from odors often associated with conventional rubber hoses. Coupled with the wide operating temperature range this ensures breathing gas quality is maintained under all conditions from -20 C to +66 C. Part No. Nominal Bore O.D. Construction comprises a thermoplastic elastomer core tube, braided reinforcement of high strength yarn and a bonded polyurethane outer cover. The type and increased amount of reinforcement gives this product working pressures that meet or exceed the SAE 100R7 specifications, which in turn are over two times the pressure rating of the 100R3 specification typically used for traditional rubber dive hose. Even with the increased performance levels these hoses are nearly 20% smaller in diameter and half the weight of conventional 100R3 rubber hoses. 7 Reflow Reflow hoses are the next generation of externally pressure resistant constructions for gas reclaim service. Both lightweight diver's hose and armored main umbilical hose are available for use in cabled umbilicals or stand alone. The unique construction of the non-collapse 3/4" hose offers significant benefits over conventional products, resulting in reduced maintenance needs and improved reliability.
