Vibration switch on AHE is not required as our system is designed such that it leads to nominal vibrations & all are packages till date with same philosophy are working without any problems. Kindly confirm if same is acceptable. Please note that Gas pressure, temperature, oil pressure will be visible from outside the package on guideboard. The gas flow shall be visible in the PLC. Please note that we shall not provide SRV on Oil recovery pot, as it is connected to BDV and SRV is mounted on BDV. A single isolation valve shall be provided in the drain of ORV. Coalescent super fine filters..at 40kg/cm2G.however mechanical design shall be based on safety set pressure. Bidder shall supply fuel gas conditioning shall be incorporated by the bidder. Please note that the filtration rating of discharge filter shall be 1 micron and the oil carryover shall be restricted to < 5 PPM in discharge. Filter shall be suitable for the maximum flow for the design suction pressure range. This is the standard practice used by all the gas companies in India. Also filter will be provided with automatic drain system with single isolation valve. Please note that we shall not be provide a separate fuel gas conditioning skid. However, the PRV, safety valve, flow meter & all necessary instrumentation as required shall be part of main skid only. Please note that the offered gas compressor is non pressurized crankcase breather type & the normal gas loss from packing of these type of compressors amount to 1 % of total package loss. The design of CNG package is such that due to the ducting arrangement, the flow of air is continuous and there is no risk of entrapped gas / high temperature inside the package.
