It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with this product before you begin using it. This chain hoist is designed for certain applications only. The distributor cannot be responsible for issues arising from modification. We strongly recommend this item not be modified and/or used for any application other than that for which it was designed. If you have any questions relative to a particular application, DO NOT use this product until you have first contacted the distributor to determine if it can or should be performed on the product. For technical questions, please call INTENDED USE This cart provides a convenient, adjustable, and movable storage and work table for shop use. Hold up to 200Lbs recommended weight limit. Strong steel construction promises long service life. Sturdy hard plastic casters are grease and oil resistant. Table top height is adjustable, and table top can be rotated. WARNING: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions or situations that could occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors that cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries. Keep children away from work area. Children must never be allowed in the work area. Do not let them handle machines, tools or equipment. Store idle equipment. When not in use, the Stand must be stored in a dry location to inhibit rust. Always keep the cart out of reach of children. Use the right tool for the job. Do not use a tool for a purpose for which it was not intended. Do not force the tool. It will do the job better and more safely at the rate for which it was intended. Do not use inappropriate attachments in an attempt to exceed the tool s capacities. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can be caught in moving parts. Protective, electrically non-conductive clothes and non-skid footwear are recommended when working. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair. SPECIFIC OPERATION WARNINGS Read all instructions before using this tool!

3 Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Do not reach over or across running machines. Maintain products with care. Keep tools maintained and clean for better and safer performance. Do not overload this cart, recommended weight limit is 200 Lbs. Do not unbalance the weight load of materials carried on this cart. When parking this cart, make sure it is on a stable, level surface to prevent rolling. WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF LOAD AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS You will need several small wrenches a pliers and a screwdriver to complete assembly of this Cart. 1. Find a suitable assembly area, and arrange the parts and tools required to assemble the cart. 2. First insert right cross beam (#7) into the lower part of main post (#6) with the holes for the casters facing down. Secure in place by tightening locking bolt (#5). 3. Bolt left cross beam (#8) onto the flange on the lower parts of main post (#6) using bolts (#4) and lock washers (#3). Be sure the holes for casters are facing down. Tighten securely. 4. Install all casters (#10) to cross beams (#7 and #8) and secure in place using lock washers (#11) and nuts (#9). 5. Turn the tool tray (#1) upside down on your work table, and place support (#2) onto the attachment plate on the underside. Secure in place using bolts (#4) and lock washers (#3). 6. Place the table support right side up on the workshop floor. Insert the support (#2) into main post (#6). Adjust the table height as desired, and tighten the locking bolt (#5) to hold it in place.
