2 This is a complete 03 set up. There are two units represented, the high end Longevity unit, which is recommended if there will be any injectable 03 used, and a low end Enaly unit used for topical applications, cupping teeth, bagging extremities, tray Ozone treatments

3 Ozone set up album, a work in progress. You need: 1. An 02 source. Either the large 02 welding type of bottle or small E type of medical bottles. Both are available at most pawn shops. I buy medical 02 bottles on line. 2. A pediatric regulator; (Make SURE you are buying a pediatric regulator. They go from 1/32 L per minute flow up to 4 L. You will never go over 1/8 Lpm. ) $20-$40 a. If you are feeding 02 off the big bottle of 02, that pediatric regulator thread type is CGA 540. You will also need enough 3/8 filling station hose to reach your generator. b. If you decide to feed off the regular medical small E bottle, the pediatric regulator thread type is CGA 870 i. If you go with the E bottle, you will need a transfer manifold like in the PowerPoint 3. An 03 generator fed by the 02 bottle. Look on line for the ENALY generators, about $200 delivered. The tubing hook up is a real challenge to get everything in one place. Lure Loc connections, silicone tubing, 3/8 and ¼ connectors, etc. TIADS can make up one set for $100 with enough parts and hose to make up two or more extra sets. The silicone tubing will slowly degenerate and become brittle over time. You will have enough silicone model aircraft racing fuel line (1/4 or 6mm ODX 3mm ID) tubing to make up several more sets and to replace brittle lines.( ebay available, about $24.)

Most likely want 540 to 870 Probably $75 including the shipping. May be able to get these made locally for a lot less. Tank Valve: CGA 870 pedo type. Need to do 1/32 lpm $70 per. 11 This is a typical pediatric medical regulator and a medical 02 bottle with a toggle valve control built in. Notice that we use a 3/8 nylon exit hose on the regulator barb and insert a ¼ silicone flow tube in the nylon exit hose.

16 Flow measurement can be in.00 increments or fractions of a liter..00 Liter incriments are.03,.06,.125 LPM Liter fractions are 1/32, 1/16, 1/8 LPM Start your flow in bagging at 1/8 LPM. After charging the bag(s), you can cut back to 1/16 LPM to save on 02.

17 Regulators can be in digital or fractional increments..03 = 1/32 LPM,.06=1/16 LPM,.125=1/8 LPM

18 Notice that there are two different methods of attaching the supply tubing to the regulator using 3/8 tubing. You can use a full length of 3/8 tubing from the Ozone machine to the regulator as on the left, or a short piece of 3/8 tubing with a ¼ tubing inserted inside as on the right.

19 Enaly O3 generator This connection is with a short piece of 3/8 tubing with a ¼ tubing inserted inside.

20 This is the Longevity unit with a 3/8 nylon 02 delivery hose on the intake barb, and a 3/8 silicone exit hoses. Notice the disconnected power supply.

21 Disconnecting the power supply along with quick disconnects and handle on generator allow you to easily move the generator from room to room rather than trundling a cart around.

24 Enaly 1KNT-24 O3 generator our generator of choice. This is our ¼ delivery silicone tubing of choice, available on Ebay. It has a small inside diameter which speeds up flow of 03 from the generator to the delivery site.

25 This is the complete kit for 03 delivery with several options, including a stethoscope for tympanic insufllation. TIADS will provide this plug-and-play kit for $199 including duplicate connectors so you can immediately copy this kit and make a second kit. You will need the hardware to make An 02 medical bottle. I prefer the higher volume of the E bottles. Available from the local pawn shop or ebay. 2. A pediatric CGA 870 medical regulator. Ebay 3. An 03 Generator I fill my own CGA 870 bottles from full size medical 02 bottles with CGA 530 threads.

26 There are a number of companies selling Luer Lock connectors. We prefer the connectors with 5/32 barbs. These 5/32 barbs make a secure, leak proof seal with the Venom ¼ silicone tubing.

34 This is ¼ blue silicone tubing. As it degrades, it is color coded. When it bleaches out, it will start to get brittle and needs replacing.

35 This is a gender bender connection close to the 03 output on the generator. This connection allows you to pull 03 into a syringe

36 The tubing on the bottom left is a Gender Bender, with two male ends. When disconnected, the female end attached to the generator is available to draw 03 into a syringe. The tubing is also a quick disconnect to facilitate moving the generator, and the female end also serves as an intake port for drawing 03 into a syringe.

38 These are the various tubes we use. Top tube is 3/8 nylon used for interface between regulator and generator via ¼ silicone flow tubing

39 Top tube is 3/8 nylon used for interface between regulator and generator. Bottom tubing is 3/8 silicone. The ¼ silicone flow tubing is inserted into the 3/8 OD tubing which has a ¼ ID. Forms a good seal. When flow tubings play out, just cut at the interface.

40 These are the White Max tips from Ultradent used for spot application i.e. in deep cavities on a delivery handpiece

41 This is a handpiece made from a section of ¼ silicone tubing and the female and male Luers to 5/32 barb connectors and a White Max tip.

42 You can cut off an appropriate length of ¼ tubing for a variety of uses. The 5/32 barb connectors link the sections together.

43 These 5/32 barbs make a secure, leak proof seal with the Venom ¼ silicone tubing. You can also purchase 3/8 and ½ outside diameter silicone tubing to use for cupping small lesions or teeth. Fit nicely over the male Luer.

44 This is a spot applicator for inside small cavities made from a Centrix or Ultradent White Max delivery tip. It can also be used to pinpoint small lesions like apathous ulcers.

45 These are titration drops for 03 available from Biotek. Gives a good indication of 03 H20 level

46 We also make ear/tympanic membrane insufflators from stethoscopes. The upper delivery portion can be made cheaply from a mechanics stethoscope. Discard the lower portion.

48 This is the ear/tympanic membrane insufullation stethoscope. The tubing from the Tee to the stethoscope ear piece is ¼ large inside diameter silicone fish tank tubing for ease of insertion on the SS portion of the scope. Lower tubing is ¼ small inside diameter tubing with a female end to connect to the 03 generator.

51 1. Turn valve on top of tank on and leave on during the day. When Ready to apply 03: 2. Flip on/off switch on generator on 3. Turn the regulator flow control on. 4. Less than four seconds with a small ID tubing 03 will burn rubber. Tubing length of ¼ small ID Venom silicone tubing is seven feet (84 ).

54 1. Hydrogen gas insuffulator form the Biolux dual 03 H20 and H2 unit.

55 This is a typical bagging. We will use a splitter to treat two sites (two separate areas). We started the bagging procedure shortly after 8:30 pm. Picture was taken at 8:42 Notice that the little finger and ring finger do not touch the palm. There was also pain with the effort to close.

56 83YO female had a septic infection of her hand resulting in hospitalization and IV antibiotics. Hand was somewhat immobile and very painful although pronounced healed Picture was taken at 9:16 pm. Patient had begun laughing. Patient had been in tears previously because of the pain in her hand, particularly the little finger. Notice that the little finger and ring finger touch her palm. No pain and no effort.
