2 UK 20th ANNIVERSARY Peli Products (UK) Ltd celebrate their 20th anniversary year in The company has grown significantly, moving to bigger premises twice during two decades of bringing Pelican cases and torches into the UK. We are the largest stockist of Peli products in the UK and occupy a 20,000 sq ft purpose built facility with offices, warehousing and logistics operations in a stunning location at the edge of the Pennines in Glossop. Peli UK has become an ISO registered company, ensuring quality systems and excellence in service. We are a Link Up registered company as an approved supplier to the Rail and Utilities markets. As the Peli product range has expanded over the years, new products have been developed, including innovative Area Lighting, allowing access to new markets including the renewable energy sector, rail and engineering maintenance along with aviation and aerospace. During the 20 years, we have sent Peli cases to all four corners of the planet, protecting vital equipment against extreme conditions whether hot or cold, wet or dry. From the North Ridge of Everest in 2003 to the South Pole with the camera crew filming On Thin Ice with James Cracknell in Peli Cases have seen action all over the world and are in use with NATO and UK armed forces. 3 Ultimate Equipment Protection WATERTIGHT DUSTPROOF CORROSION-PROOF BUOYANT Peli Protector Cases are manufactured from Copolymer Polypropylene using an open cell core and solid wall construction, ensuring strength and durability. Easy-Open Latches Double-step latches facilitate easier opening and closing of the cases. O-Ring Watertight Seal Neoprene o-ring fits snugly between the case body and the lid, ensuring a watertight seal when the case is closed. Padlock Protector Reinforced metal padlock protectors offer security against cutting and theft Case Automatic Pressure Release Valve For quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure, allows the case to be opened easily (especially after flights). Easy Grip Handles Ergonomically designed, rubberised handles for improved comfort and grip. Stainless Steel Pins Stainless steel pins are used in hinges, latches and handles to prevent corrosion Case Quiet Roll Wheels Peli s transportable cases feature stainless steel, ball bearing wheels for durability and smooth rolling.

4 Foam Solutions Designing a bespoke foam interior for a Peli Protector Case could not be easier, there are a number of foams and methods available from the standard Pick N Pluck to a sophisticated custom designed insert providing optimum protection to the contents using Nitrogen blown polyethylene foams. Optimum protection: Custom foam Foam inserts can be designed specifically to fit your equipment, offering maximum protection for critical components or fragile equipment during transit. Custom foam ensures the contents are safely and securely packed and protected from any drops, knocks and vibration. This is a durable, long lasting option which also enhances the presentation of the contents. Nitrogen blown closed cell, cross-linked foams are available. This option overcomes any outgassing or contamination issues, for example, in the medical or electronics industries. If ESD protection is a requirement, we can utilise static dissipative or conductive foams. Simply send us your CAD files and we will configure the layout to ensure a sensible balance for the case offering maximum protection. Moulded polypropylene inserts are also available subject to quantity, please contact us and we can advise if a PP moulding is an option. Standard protection: Pick N Pluck foam All Peli Protector Cases, except the 1700, 1720, 1750 & 0450 models come with our exclusive Pick N Pluck foam as standard. Layers of foam are pre-scored in tiny squares. Simply place the equipment on top of the pre-cut grid, leaving adequate space between each piece of equipment. Then carefully pick out the area which is not needed. The equipment should fit snugly into this area.

5 Microcases CRUSHPROOF DUSTPROOF WEATHERPROOF Peli MicroCases are designed to protect small, valuable items such as digital cameras, mobile phones and pagers. Foam inserts are available as an optional accessory. Automatic Purge Valve Peli MicroCases have an automatic purge valve, allowing for quick equalisation after changes in altitude or temperature. Hinge Mouldings MicroCase hinges are moulded into the main unit and secured with stainless steel pins ensuring that the case has no weak points. Watertight Seal MicroCases feature an exclusive watertight seal. No water, sand or dust can penetrate this seal. Foam Inserts Foam is available as an optional accessory for most microcases. This model is the same size as the 1010 and is water resistant. The i1010 includes a lid organiser to store the earphones while the custom liner doubles as an o-ring seal. Colours: Black, White, Silver, Pink, Green and Blue to match the ipod body. The i1015 allows you to listen to your favourite music while on the beach, mountain biking or fishing. This model is designed for the iphone & ipod touch and many smartphones, keeping the contents securely protected against sand and rain. 12 Accessories Lid Organisers (See main specification table for availability) Peli lid organisers feature a multitude of pockets in various sizes to protect and keep gear organised. The lid organiser is attached to the case lid with Velcro strips or self tapping screws. EMS version (shown below right) for 1500, 1550 & 1600 cases. Divider Sets (See main specification table for availability) A divider system consisting of padded nylon dividers with Velcro sides, enabling flexible and changeable configuration of internal compartments. EMS Version for medical equipment (shown above right) fits 1500, 1550 and 1600 cases. Panel Frame (See main specification table for availability) A mounting bracket to install electronics or instrumentation panels. An o-ring gasket seals the panel so that the case remains watertight, even with the lid open (panel not included).
