COMPANY PRESENTATION Promperforator LLC has been operating in the perforation systems market since The Company s basic sphere of activity is the development and manufacture of perforation systems, and the integrated supply of commercial explosives and equipment for perforating-explosive operations in oil, gas and metal mining industries. The Company has all necessary licenses and permits for performing activities such as production, distribution and storage of commercial explosives. The main production plant is located in Chapayevsk, Samara region. Promperforator LLC production is applied in the following cases: casing perforation of oil, gas and other formatiions; perforation of oil and gas wells under pressure; preparation works for formation hydrolic fracturing; remedial cementing; elimination of accidents in wells. Use of modern technologies provides reliability, safety and high quality of our production. All perforation systems and components come with permanent operational permits from RF Rostekhnadzor, as well as conformity certificates. All our charges have passed certification tests under the Russian procedure SS-05, as well as international procedure API RP 19B for perforator tests. With the aim of diversification, we are in constant consultation with geophysical and oil companies and invest in our own development. The Company s technical department is responsible for all issues concerning specific use and technical data of perforating systems, as well as drafting new projects. Scalloped Gun Perforating Systems KP050, KP064, KPO73, Skorpion 89, KPO89, KPO102, KPO114 Scalloped gun perforating systems KP050, KP064, KPO73, KPO89, KPO102, KPO 114 are used in perforating-esplosive operations in oir, gas and other wells both at low and high hydrostatic pressure with t up to 170 С. All KPO perforating systems have similar structure and differ only in overall size. Small-size perforation systems KP050 can be used with tubing. It is provided to apply centralizers for optimum location of perforator towards casing walls (it does not refer to KP050 due to its use with tubing). KPO Perforating Systems can be used in vertical, directional and horizontal wells with both wireline and tubing. Scorpio specifications The new product designed by LLC Promperforator is a line of Scorpio perforators with advanced specifications for perforation and assembly of perforator. It is offered as optional, at the Customer s request, as a fairly universal variant at well completion. It may be used both for hydraulic formation fracturing and for standard perforation. Our enterprise has a wide range of perforating systems and shaped charges that allows us to successfully undertake operations on exposing a producing horizon using the combined perforation method Scalloped Perforating System KPO114 with increased shot density (phasing 45 /135 ) 9

Self-orienting perforator has the following design characteristics: Loading tube with charges inside the carrier is oriented with the help of special rotary group designed by LLC Promperforator; 1 m and 2 m perforation sections together with spacers can be used to reach necessary perforation length at assembly; BH and DP charges (as in KPO perforating systems of the same cross-sectional size) as well as their combination can be used for maximum efficiency; It is possible to apply several types of charge phasing 0, 45 and 180 depending on well characteristics; Application of perforating system with maximum charge density up to 18 hole/m at different phasing is available; The perforator can be used either with oil-well tubing or with a stiff wire-line. 10

Small size expandable perforating systems PMR43-PP, PMR54-PP and PSK52 have been designed for perforation in oil, gas and other wells with oil-well tubing, drill pipes and pressurized wellhead. This perforating system is used when TCP is required. Additional advantage of perforator PSK 52 is minimum well clogging after perforation as a result of application of zinc alloys in perforator elements. Integrated effect units AKV Plast-PP and GPM-105PP combine casing perforation by shaped charges with the subsequent propellant stimulation with combustion products of gas-generating charges in order to make additional micro-cracks in a well formation zone. Propellant stimulation includes integrated mechanical, physical-and-chemical and heat stimulations of the formation: Mechanical stimulation means making residual well fractures, cleaning of a well zone from chemical reaction products and sand-clay particles. At pressure kick liquid-gas mixture with high speed and under high pressure is pumped in the formation through perforation channels and natural cracks thus serving as a wedge forcing apart rock formation. Large amount of gas depending on the weight of gas-making charges provides pressure in the well higher than total rock pressure. Residual deformation of rock formation prevents healing after pressure release and makes unnecessary fixing cracks by sand or proppant that sets apart this method from hydrofrac. Physical-and-chemical stimulation with combustion products consisting mainly of carbon dioxide, nitrogen and chlorine hydride results in dissolution of carbonate rock and cement as well as in reduction of oil viscosity and surface tension at the boundary with water and rock. Heat stimulation results in melting of paraffin deposits and asphalt-resin materials as well as in viscosity reduction due to high temperature at the moment of burning of a solid propellant charge. Recommendations on application of LLC Promperforator integrated effect units. To provide maximum effect while using AKV Plast-PP and GPM-105PP it is recommended to conform application conditions for each well with LLC Promperforator specialists. Arrangement of AKV Plast-PP and GPM-105PP and calculated pressures are provided by LLC Promperforator specialists for each specific well on the basis of designed program. LLC Promperforator recommends a high-speed autonomous gauge used together with AKV Plast-PP and GPM-105PP for confirmation of calculated values. LLC Promperforator recommends a cable head NKPU.PP-65 used together with AKV Plast-PP (wire-line cable option) and GPM-105PP for reduction of peak loads on the unit, the casing and the cement stone during processing. 15

AKV «Plast-PP» Integrated effect unit AKV Plast-PP has been designed on the basis of scalloped gun perforating systems equipped with internal gas-generating charges located between shaped charges and external gas-generating charges. We present it as a multi-purpose unit for solution of majority of geological tasks casing perforation with DP and BH charges, simultaneous propellant stimulation providing micro cracks in perforation channel and extended cracks from the end of perforation channel in the formation, pre-frac operations. Advantages of AKV Plast-PP: Operational flexibility due to several options of arrangement of AKV Plast-PP; Wide choice of unit typical sizes, wide choice of DP and BH shaped charges; The unit can be used either with wire-line or with oil-well tubing of big assembly. GPM-105PP INTEGRATED EFFECT UNITS Generator-perforator GPM-105PP has been designed on the basis of multiple action hollow carrier perforating gun KPM105 with integration of gas-generating charges ZGD-105 burning off once the shaped charges fire and creating high pressure and temperature in already perforated formation. Advantages of GPM-105PP: High service life of multiple action parts; Solid fuel composition of gas-generating charges includes additives which allow obtaining high concentration of hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acids in reaction products. Hydro-Mechanical Firing Head VGM73 (shoot and pull) Firing hydro-mechanical head VGM73 is a basic primer of KPO perforators run into oil, gas and other wells with coil-tubing. It is used for operation in vertical, directional and horizontal wells. In horizontal and directional wells (with inclination more than 45 angle degree) initiating of VGM73 is activated by a rubber ball thrown into the tubing cavity and boosted under pressure. In vertical and directional wells (with inclination not more than 45 angle degree) initiating of VGM73 is activated by a rod. Well device USHR-PP serves for detecting pressure and temperature changes during perforating-explosive operations in oil and gas wells once the perforating system fires. ED-PN Electrical Detonator Safety non-sensitive electrical detonator ED-PN is used to initiate detonating cord in sealed perforating-explosive equipment run into oil and gas wells with temperature up to 150 С. ED-PN is non-sensitive to household and portable DC power supply with voltage up to (500±50) V, AC of frequency (50±5)Hz and of voltage up to (380±20)V, earth currents of commercial frequences almost without limitations and to static charges up to (25±1)kV; safety effect means malfunction of connected detonating cord in case the ED is lowered into the water or well fluid. Electrical detonators are activated by explosive device PVV-1. Fault-free initiating of detonating cord DHT-200, RT-150, RT-165 at maximum length of logging cable of 6000 m is guaranteed. 25 DETONATION TRANSMISSION DEVICES Booster Bi-Directional Booster DYNAWELL HMX is designed for transmission of detonation pulse and higher reliability of PT-150, PT-165 detonating cord functioning in shaped charge hollow-carrier perforating systems during perforating-explosive works in oil and gas wells at temperatures up to 205 С. Booster is an amplifier of bidirectional-operation detonation used at UPD (detonation transmission unit), for detonation transmission inside a multisectional perforating assembly from one section to another.
